Restored two awning windows under $100. K&M cut and installed new glass for me under $60. Windows look brand new again. Highly recommend.

I had a chip in my windshield so I decided to drop into K&M (no appointment) and see what could be done. One of the technicians dropped what he was working on to take a look at the chip. He quickly informed me that he could fix it and if I had 30 minutes he could do it right then.30 minutes later my truck was done, chip is nearly invisible and for the service I received I happily paid them and I was on my way..Great local company with phenomenal service.

I called K & M to fix the windshield on my classic car. They came to my house and fixed the rock dings. They explained what they would do and gave realistic expectations. They worked directly with my insurance so I never even touched my wallet. Overall awesome service, friendly technicians, I will definitely use them again if needed.

Walked in to get a price of glass replaced for a truck topper. After I started talking to a guy up front a lady from the side rudly said they dont do glass for toppers only plex glass. I left very disappointed. Ive worked with the installers before at least they arent rude.

Got chip in car window fixed. Took it to the store and fixed up in 30 min. They took care of all paperwork for insurance claim. Very friendly staff. Its why I keep going back for my glass needs.

I needed to replace a glass shelf in my wifes hutch for her ornaments that I accidentally broke. They were very helpful on choice of glass and reasonably priced.

Friendly and helpful

We are from out of state and had our side window broken out by a foul ball at Mayo Field. We needed to get back home and no one in the area had the replacement window for our vehicle. K & M told us to bring it by and they would cover the window for us. We arrived and everyone seemed happy to help. They removed the broken glass, vaccumed the vehicle, and covered the window. All for no charge! These people deserve your business!

Overall, my experience was adequate. The on-site service experience as a retail customer was less than welcoming, so one was left with the impression that they consider other customers more important. It appears that they do most of their business commercially or through insurance companies for auto glass. For residential small projects, like table top glass, I would recommend going elsewhere or buying online.

I am a repeat customer, and happy to be one. Their prices are great, their work and products are exactly what I need, but their customer service is their best asset. Every employee I have encountered has been pleasant and helpful. Their work is completed on time or early. Ive purchased two table tops, had a window repaired, and replaced glass in a picture frame. Excellent customer service!! I purchased two pieces of glass for a curio cabinet from them but unfortunately one of the measurements I gave them was too long. They cut the glass down to the right measurement at no cost. Great service!!

Other review was from 3 years ago.....Called them last week to get estimate on a broken window that had just happened on my house that was having open house the next day. Was told One of the guys will call you. Well, guess theyre closed Saturday; never received a call, even though website states open Saturday...OK. Still had heard nothing back Monday morning at 10:00 am. Called again, was told by same office person itll be 2-3 days for the guys to get out there (in town) to look at it....told them to forget it. Its winter, and house is showing!Called another highly recommended place, in an hour he had called me back, already had the window in the shop, and quoted me a great price on this replacement. (I have done these windows before) I dont know whats happened at K&M, but the last time I kinda got the time-frame runaround too. Too bad, was always a great place. Not for me anymore. I dont have time for excuses.

Fast service.

I called K & M this morning because one of our fireplace doors broke it last week. I was given an approximate cost to have it replaced over the phone (based on size) and told I could drop the door off before running some errands around town and they’d have it ready in a couple of hours. It was ready right on time and looks great! Fabulous service. Thanks K & M!

Set up an appointment with my insurance company, they were very respectful and helpful over the phone, two guys came out to do the installation, had everything done within and hour... Call at 9:30 am(opens at 9am) was told no one around to cut a piece of glass 17×3 until monday... why open your doors very disappointing.

We had turned in an insurance claim for our cracked windshield. The insurance company gave us the name of a company to call. The first time they callled to reschedule because the glass they ordered came with a crack in it, so they rescheduled for the next day. They next day they called and said they ordered the glass too late so they would have to reschedule again. (Mind you, they knew at 9:40 that morning that they needed to order it) We rescheduled for 2 days later to make sure they had plenty of time to get the glass in. That day they called and said that they couldn’t get the glass at all, unless we wanted an after market piece without the Ram logo. I had enough. I called Ellie at K & M Glass, gave her the VIN # for our truck and within 10 seconds, she had the glass with the RAM logo on it ordered and they came out the next morning to install it. The 2 techs that came out were very nice and professional. We will definitely be using K & M Glass in the future and recommend them to all our friends and family.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.They disappeared with no communication after preparing the invoice and taking the money for the workorder. No installation has been scheduled and when I contacted them they couldnt say when an installation will be scheduled. Again, this is AFTER the everything has been paid for.Take your business elsewhere folks, there are much better companies who would gladly help you out in times of need.

Our china cabinet glass broke when we removed it to clean. We brought the broken glass to K & M Glass and within hours they had a new replacement double pane. The price was far lower than we had expected it to be as well. The new glass fits perfect!

These guys installed a new shower door for us. They did beautiful work, were very professional, and the price was incredibly reasonable for a custom job. SO glad we decided to hire this company instead of going for a slightly cheaper meh shower door from Lowes or Home Depot.

Poor communication internally, it didnt seem like anyone I spoke to knew what was happening with my order. It took 4 weeks to get the glass and then it didnt seem like a priority to get the glass installed when I clearly stated it needed to be completed no later than the 31st of the month. Customer service was rude and their stories inconsistent and I felt pushed off and like my $600 order wasnt important. Will not recommend or use again.

Cost was reasonable, but the window trim came off and the glass cracked on my first trip with the new glass.

Not very great customer service. Refused to come look at a custom job because they were just to busy . Never met a company that didnt want to acually perform the work they advertise? I will not be using this company in the future.
