My routine annual service was completed promptly at the appointed time. Service consultant Joshua was friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Overall I had a very fine experience and will be coming back.

I had a horrific experience at this dealership. I had arranged to meet a salesman in North Branch to buy the car, and after test driving and signing all the papers he demanded that we bring him back to the dealership because his driver didn’t come with him to bring him home, when he had previously said that he had someone driving there with him. Not only did he demand a ride home, but he cussed us out for not agreeing to and said “I would’ve never sold you this car if you weren’t going to bring me home.” It was very unprofessional. Only a few weeks later the car’s transmission overheat light came on, and we called the dealership to talk to them about the warranty and they said we have some unpaid fee of 180$. They were the worst in service and now are trying to get more money from us when the deal was already arranged and there were no additional fees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.
