Definitely a great place to shop. They have a great selection of bikes and price ranges as well work with you. They have everything that you will need in the back for riding and more. Look for shane merchlewitz if you wanna buy a bike or have any questions on one really nice guy and works with you to find your best match with no pressure on buying.

These guys are amazing to work with!Im a single mom of a boy who is obsessed with bikes! He wanted a dirt-bike so badly but I was clueless, had no idea how to even start one.My son and I came in to look at our options, figure out what we needed, I didnt even know what size!Shane and Michael were so helpful (even a year later), they showed me everything I needed to know, made sure both of us knew how to start it, stop, throttle control etc. Since then my son has been absolutely loving his bike!If you are like me, and dont know where to even start, just stop by Cycle City.

Absolute worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. Was told the ship date on a dirt bike I wanted to buy for my son was to be May 3rd and come July it still hadnt arrived. I asked for my deposit back because I wouldnt have the bike for our summer trip over the July 4th holiday and they refused. I decided rather than to fight it I would take it and sell it once it arrived midway through July. Then they tell me freight fee was $500 instead of advertised $200 so they are attempting to shake me down either way. I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere.

I rarely take time to write reviews, but Cycle City deserves a shout out! I worked with salesperson Shane and the manager, Michael - they were both outstanding. My experience was a bit unique - I purchased the motorcycle without seeing it in person from another state. Shane and Michael were very good about explaining the details of the motorcycle, walking me through the purchasing process, and coordinating with shipping the motorcycle to me. The price was very fair and they were professional and relational throughout the process. They kept up with regular communication. We were able to complete the purchase within a day or two and I had the bike shipped to me within a week! In fact, Michael even took time during his personal life to help ship the bike. Great customer service! I love the bike - its better than they described it! I had the bike looked at by my local shop and its in perfect working order. Very happy with my experience - I would recommend them.

I would give cycle citys parts department a strong 5/5 stars, jamie lea, Tom and Colleen are fantastic. Recently i brought in my bike for service to get my tires put on and not only did it take 4 days to do 2 tires but i also got my rear wheel returned scratched. this isnt the first time either. Andrew is a fantastic mechanic and im just so bummed hes stuck with Rick as his boss. i was lied to by rick saying my rim was scratched by a rock, thats laughable if you look at the picture, and now i wont be recieving a new wheel for the damages that have been done to it. absolutely no customer service and to Rick the customer is always wrong. not a great way to run a business, especially cause they monopolize the area and take advantage that they are the only shop in town for bikes. will be taking my bike elsewhere for service from now on. Absolutely nothing againts the mechanic andrew, hes fantastic and mistakes happen but the lack of customer service and owning up to mistakes made in the service department is where cycle city needs the most work. get rick out of there so people dont feel belittled when they come to get work done on their bikes. will still be using cycle citys parts department but will be using cycle pros for service. i know im not the only one who feels this way.

My experience contains observations between a few different visits. The ceiling tiles in the shop really need to be replaced. Theyre brown, wet and dripping off of the framework. I never thought Id be distracted from the floor merchandise by ceiling tiles but there you have it...The staff is always busy. This is not their fault and says a lot about their business practices and customer care. I never once felt like I was being rushed out of the building for any reason.Personally I had decided on a bike to buy before arriving. I wanted to see it in person. Thankfully one of the employees (Isaiah) showed me everything he knew about the bike. He took great interest and care in my purchase experience.Overall I think I will be back. I had never been to cycle city before. My 2007 Yamaha Vstar 1300, needed new tires. I brought it in. They ordered the tires and also discovered a small oil leak. In addition to putting on the tires they also fixed the leak and gave me an oil change. Rick was honest and and fair. The price was comparable to other service repair work at a dealership. Owning a bike means maintaining a bike so you either do the work yourself, which is cheaper or you pay someone. If Im gonna pay I want the person doing the work to know what they are doing and at cycle city the mechanic was certified and they guaranteed their work. The bike is handling great, isnt leaking and I can really feel the difference with the new tires on. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because it took a little long to get the bike service done..but it was at the height of the pandemic, so Im sure that had something to do with parts shipping. I intend to keep coming back for service, parts, and accesories. Thanks cycle city. Will

I worked with Cycle City a handful of times on one particular bike, my KTM 450. I was experiencing an oil leak, and could identify the point of leaking but was not about to dive into disassembling a four stroke 450 to try to fix the problem. So I figured Id take into a professional shop and deal with the pricey bill. After to first visit the bike continued to leak. I took it back and the mechanics took a look and found it to be one of their own mistakes. They took care of it free of charge. I rode the bike, it still leaked. So I returned again. The guys at CC were surprised it was still leaking. So they took a deeper look and diagnosed another area causing the leak. The third and final visit wasnt cheap. I was excited when it was finally time to pick up the bike again, and get back on that beast of a horse. Yet it still leaked.. So now Im in the hole with a large bill and a bike that still leaks oil. I was truly disappointed by the ability of this shop to fix my issue on my bike that is still collecting dust. I would advise to look elsewhere for service.

I was here just yesterday. Service is horrible. They insist on making everyone coming in for service feel stupid. Here is a tip: your customers have the cash that feeds your families. You may want to have all of your employees educated on that fact if you want to be in business much longer. A customer should feel welcomed and not ripped off when they leave. We were made to feel like we were almost trespassing when we came in to pay for the service on our cycle. Classless!!! Also, get rid of your sales and service people that insist on being know it alls and telling customers off to their face, I dont do that in my business and you should learn not to also. Thanks.

My dad brought my little brothers in for tires first off $219 for two small tires is a bit much but oh well. Mostly the complaint is about the older mechanic that insisted on giving his unwanted opinion on why the tires went bad. He was rude and made it a point to blame it on them being driven on while they were low. My dad tried to explain that my little brother is slightly handicapped and would not have noticed that. He continued his verbal vomit even after the other mechanic who was actually a human being was explaining that there was a puncture to the side of one as if someone had popped it on purpose.Whatever the reason a vehicle has a problem blaming a customer, annoyingly, and constantly seems like a bad business model.Maybe this older gentleman should stick to working on bikes and leave the customer service to someone that knows how to handle themselves in public.

Maybe my luck is extremely poor, but I have called and even stopped in numerous times over the last several years well before their posted closing time to find they had locked up and headed out. When they were actually open, I stopped in to set up an appointment to have them give a quote for some work. Rick was nice enough until we started talking about motorcycles. He told me to come back later and when I asked when would be best, he sharply replied When we arent busy would be best. Thought he was joking at first, but his hesitation to set up a time made me think otherwise. When eventually setting up the appointment and talking through expectations, I was interrupted several times for him to re-ask a question I was currently answering.Going back to pick everything up was more of the same. The tone of every conversation made it clear they wanted me on the sales floor, not at the service counter. I paid for their time and left. While I could overlook their high prices if customer service was adequate, I wont bother calling or making the trip down only to get an after hours message or find the doors locked any more. They know they are the only game in town and exploit that to the fullest. There are plenty of online part shops that will cost less, even with shipping. If I ever need service, Ill just head to the cities.
