Very helpful in suggesting materials I needed for a project. Associate walked with me to the area and pointed out possible alternatives. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable and service oriented. Very pleased with how my project turned out. Would definitely recommend Michaels for supplies and service regarding any unique project or everyday/special occasion needs!

They carry a wide selection of craft supplies. The store is clean 90% of the time. Well organized too. I usually only buy sale items or use coupons. Their prices can be a bit high. I like that they still offer pick up for those who dont feel comfortable in the store.

This Michaels is very clean, and the staff are very friendly. I got there right as they were opening the doors, and got a happy greeting coming through to shop. They had everything I needed, and then some!

Looking through the planners and they sent an employee in the aisle to watch me. I had no purse so there was no way for me to steal anything, so idk why they felt that was necessary. The employee didn’t even hide the fact that she was there to watch me. I guess I have to respect the fact that they are very open about their profiling. Don’t typically shop here so not going back won’t be a problem. Plus the planner was 50% off so that’s cool.

Love it here; its always very clean and pretty well organized. It makes it easy to find exactly what you need and they have a really great selection of art supplies!

Love this store. Just wish there was more silky realistic flowers to choose from. Theres always the cheaper fake looking flowers. I know the silky realistic ones cost more, but those are the most beautiful and the ones I am looking for. Its nice to be able to get them from Michaels.

After our horrible experience today, one star is being courteous. Robyn who works in framing is a terrible employee. Robyn, was not only rude and unwelcoming, but also assumed we could not afford the order we were attempting to place. She continuously kept referring back to the price while failing to allow us to explain what we needed/wanted. When we went to speak with a manager to file a complaint, Robyn followed us from the back of the store and proceeded to shout over us and interfered with our ability to speak with Amanda, who announced herself as a manager. Amanda stood quietly and at no point did she ask Robyn to move or to allow us to speak with her. Robyn continuously interrupted us and grew increasingly condescending and rude, even going as far as mocking my mother, who announced we were looking to frame a photo of her deceased son. Robyn seemed unconcerned and the least bit worried when we asked for the number to corporate. Appalling service.

The cashier was. very nice and efficient. The long line went quickly.

A huge store with not enough workers to help when you are looking for something. Poor direction from staff who were too lazy to look up the item you are in to buy. It took 3 staff members to locate what we needed!

THEY SOLD ME A RETURNED CIRCUT JOY THAT THEY NEVER EVEN CHECKED TO MAKE SURE THE PIECES WERE THERE. Just ordered a brand new cricut joy so excited to make projects tonight with my sister while I am in town and when I opened my box the power adapter was missing the cord to plug into the wall, and my mini project that comes with the system was already opened as the open me sticker was already peeled. I would never recommend this location.

Michaels had an excellent employee(Howa4d) who retired apparently. My framing experience was not up to my prior visit. One the employees determined I was not going to use a custom frame so she basically left me to figure it out myself which I did however I could have used assistance for oprion, colors etc.

Michaels has the best floral dept. Over all I feel their product quailty and prices beat out their competition hands down. Its a great store. Employees are helpful and happy! Definitely a plus!

We stopped here to pick up art supplies for a teenager. The associate was friendly and helpful. The selection was reasonable. The associate also took the time to look and see if additional items would be in stock with their next shipment. The lines were crazy long, but it was holiday season.

Its been my go to art and craft supply store for a while now. With AC Moore gone and the local shops closed down I dont really have a choice though.Most of the time I go in I can find what Im looking for. Lately the store has been looking a bit picked over, but given the current state of things its not their fault.Advice... Dont shop here unless you have a coupon or what youre looking for is on sale. Otherwise they are overpriced compared to other retailers.

Great customer service when I found someone to help, but finding someone took a while. I also feel like their seasonal items are a little pricey

Dont trust them with any art that is of any value. They essentially manhandle such and chipped paint off 5 areas of an oil painting I gave them to stretch. Go to a real framer in Rochester. There are multiple others. Big mistake to go here and trust them with such.

Im quite pleased with this Michaels. It is always clean and neat. I can find what I need pretty easily. The employees are always nice. I usually forget my coupon and I tell them at the register, they always give me the discount anyway. I never come out on empty handed when I go to this Michaels.

I walked the entire site twice and couldnt find an associate to help me. I finally went to the custom frame department and the young lady not only suggested items but also helped me find each item for my project. During our time walking throughout the store, didnt see another associate. I am grateful she took the time away from frames to help me.

I was very disappointed.I wandered the store for half hr trying to locate birthday supplies specifically train theme.Most shelves were empty and I couldnt find an employee anywhere.Only cashiers.Maybe its the times right now so they didnt have a lot of stock but should b @ least one employee on floor to help customers.Most prices were extremely high also.This was my go to store for a long time.I wont be going back.

I went there to get yard to make an afgan. I found what I needed and to my delight it was on sale. It was busy because of the holiday season but the staff was organized and pleasant. I was in and out easily

I purchased a beautiful 2 foot Christmas tree for my office. I only paid $8.00 for it. I have received multiple compliments. It looks real. All thats missing is the scent of pine.

What can I say. Michaels is AWESOME! Its not ALL about arts. There are so many things in the store! They also offer classes, for different types of art. The employees are very knowledgeable, helpful & kind. If you feel creative, but you dont know, what you feel like making; just walk around the store & you will have so many ideas! In fact, youll probably end up wanting to do more than one project! Michaels is amazing!

Just restocked everything and huge price cuts due to being shut down for so long with the pandemic. Employees can help you find products they dont have at sister stores and help find coupons as well for you if you ask. Has everything for your home projects.

Selection and service are amazing. Quality of some products can be underwhelming in quality especially given the price. For example, they have some beautiful decorative boxes. But honestly, they are paper covered cardboard. Why are they $15 to $30?? Same with some of their home decor. Service is amazing when you can find a staff member. Sometimes that can be hard because in this day and age mall type retail stores run on skeleton crew. All in all, I recommend shopping at Michaels!

Nice store found what I was looking for fairly easy

Me and my mother have went to this store on 3 different occasions within the past 3 weeks and received horrible customer service on all 3 occasions. We are doing the floral arrangements and other items for my wedding, have spent hundreds of dollars at this store and since we aren’t finished our crafts, I will be driving to Webster or Pittsford just to avoid employees at this store.

Good selection of all sorts of craft items. Coupons make for some pretty good deals, particularly when they offer the 40% off one item. If youre looking for craft items for the kids, there are a lot of kits for the little ones at a very low price.

I was impressed with the selection. Not as organized as I would have liked but I ended up finding everything on my list for my project and its a big project. Cashier was helpful to get the correct coupons from my phone. Thank you Michaels.

Its a craft store! About 98% of the time you can find exactly what youre looking for. Hopefully they will stick around and not go out of business like the Moore place is doing. Always check online for coupons!

The employees are always nice. Store is clean and items are always displayed neatly. Only complaint is that Im a yarn person. Not much of a selection for yarn. Mostly the fancy expensive things.

Their sales are great, prices arent too high. Awesome selection of everything you need. Rewards member is free. I just started going to Michaels. So far I enjoy making crafts with my son. Coupons, I am not pleased with the free shipping, it is taking too long.

Michaels craft store is clean as well as organized with a good selection of most arts and crafts supplies. The staff is not overly abundant but you can generally find someone to assist you. Michaels is my first choice most of the time for my arts and crafts needs.

This store has just about anything you could need to fulfill your creative needs. But the front end help was not very helpful. We had questions about ordering something. The girl we asked was more concerned with conversing with her coworker than in helping us.

This is a very nice store. The sales associates are extremely Pleasant. They are very efficient and eager to help. The store has so many different items. We got all we needed for our wedding. Love it!

The personnel at the frame center was very helpful. Assisted me in finding a replacement frame for an odd shaped picture. Great deal and I was able to use a coupon. I left satisfied and did not pay an arm and a leg to get it done. Very happy with the store, prices, employees, and cleanliness.
