I was looking for some business cards that were affordable and good quality. I compared staples to some online options and their deal was great-- $20 for 500 business cards! All I needed to do was upload my images and texts online and pick them up. Theyre standard, printed on both sides. I used my own image and it didnt come out blurry. They were ready within a couple days. I am thoroughly impressed with the great customer service and outcome of my cards. Thank you, Staples!

Got a great deal on a backpack for my son however the bathrooms were discusting !!! No toliet paper dispenser in one stall and other one had paper all over the floor with fecal matter on it. Its like this frequently. I am appalled. How difficult is it to keep your bathrooms clean.

I went in today and was helped by Jeff, some of the best and friendliest service I have ever received in a big box technology store. as someone who worked for Best buy for six years I was astounded that I was not pushed into signing up for any credit cards or pushed into getting warranty even though I did get the warranties they were affordable and fair and lasted for three years. If youre looking for technology or office supplies I could not recommend the store enough.

I went in with my cousin who’d asked a front desk associate if they “carry heat transfer paper?”, but the man barely wanted to help us and located it to be in aisle 27-28. As he barely wanted to help us, he made sure to follow us back there to watch for the split second we were back there, that was of course before we decided to go to a different one. I don’t like the feeling of being stalked.. discrimination maybe.. not to put a label on it. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ashley in the print and marketing section is a 5 star person!She not only helped me, and went over the top making sure that I got what I needed. Special invitation cards.But I also watched her make sure the person before me was perfectly taken care of as well.She really went over the top helping customers and as an employer myself it was quite impressive.You guys at staples better make sure you keep her!Wow!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I like the printing services as well as the supplies that they offer. There is always a good number of options to choose from when Im shopping for something, from pencils to paper or calendars to computers.They also have a rewards program and an empty ink cartridge return program.Clean store great associates.

This has been a horrible experience, we brought an iPhone in to have a screen replaced, two months later that screen failed, two months later the second screen failed, when we went in the third time Richard informed us he would not fix the screen again after this time. Well we were told it would take 2 hours to fix, four and a half hours later we called and were told the phone was done but they had broken the home button. When we showed up to pick up the phone we were told our options were to either let them (Staples and Richard) send the phone out and be without it for about a week or take it to Best Buy and let someone there fix it, at our expense.So now we have a phone that barely works, and have been told that they will not fix the screen again when it inevitability fails again.This has been a horrible experience, Richard has been nothing but rude and unhelpful.I really hope this will get sorted out and someone can teach Richard something about customer service.

Good sized store, great selection, well organized layout. Unless an item is on sale or you have a coupon, prices are typically higher (and in some cases much higher) than what you can find online but if you need something right away, a great place to shop

I went here to get business cards printed in a day as advertised. A man came in to pick up his order that he had returned for mistakes and they hadnt even started them. Then some other guy came over and told the worker not to take any more orders without telling them it would be 48 hrs. After having been there for 40-45 minutes working on the cards I needed by the next day now would take 48 hrs. I got upset and left. I went to the Valley View location and Brianna helped me through the whole process. They were great. Tanglewood not so much.

Well, its interesting when in the span of a few days that you can receive drastically different service from people. I came in on Monday and had the smoothest experience with the copy center staff. They were awesome, printed my copies, and checked me out speedily. Well, Rick, the copy center supervisor could take a lesson in customer service and respect from his employees. Is it 2016? When did printing from Dropbox become an issue? You wanted me to email you my documents but let others come behind the counter to log into their accounts and print their documents? He said that their labels may not be able to match up with my document. Wait, what? Isnt this a specialty of Staples? You have a copy and print center. WOW! So, I go buy my own labels and come back as he finishes up with a customer that he LET BEHIND THE COUNTER TO PRINT WHATEVER SHE WAS PRINTING! While Im waiting for this transaction to finish, someone else walks up to the counter. I knew he was going to walk past me as if I wasnt standing there. And he did. And if the nice woman hadnt said anything to him about it, he wouldnt have even spoken to me. So, I let him know about the labels I was going to buy and he gives me the same excuse. I inform him that I was allowed to come behind the counter and log into my Dropbox account a few days ago, why not now? Studdering doesnt count for a response. Neither does his callous smirk and nonchalant attitude. I deserve the same respect as other customers. Inaction is just as bad as negative actions. Im thoroughly disappointed in this experience. Its not what I associated with my many other Staples experiences. Definitely a crappy experience!

Just stopped by today for printing. The rep told me that they dont do their services over email anymore b/c a lot of people caused problems. Okay, then why would you still leave your email address on your business card and not put the sign on your front desk. Also, i told him that i sent him my file online and he said it would take 20 mins for them to receive after I waited near the register for like 10 mins. After I came back, he said he didnt receive anything even though I got a confirmation email from staples that I have registered their service. This guy didnt know how to do his job and wasnt even willing to apologize for the issue. I know its difficult to hire right people, but at least the employees need to have basic knowledge of their job and stay informative. I am not coming back.
