Tried to place an order for an iPhone to pick up in store and open another line. The employee on the phone said it would be ordered and would arrive in a week. Called back to check on the status of the order. Turns out that the employee had not ordered the phone yet. Okay. Was told by another employee that it would be ordered and would be in in a few days. Sounds good. A few days go by and I call the store. Again, the phone had not been ordered. This store had lied twice about ordering the phone. The told me they could have the phone in store in 2 days. Unfortunately, I was going out of town and couldn’t wait for the store to finally order the phone, plus I was not willing to be lied to again. Do not waste your time at this location.

Ive been with cricket awhile. Went in Williamson Rd location, to pay bill. The guy was rude, Im thinking of switching providers. He wasnt welcoming as a customer. I felt like why would i come back, or refer someone. You run a business you smile, you be inviting this guy was none of that. And I definitely want be going back.

I was with cricket for a long time at one time and the service was great but I suddenly started to get my phone hacked it happend a few times I couldent figure out what the deal was with that person I talked to at cricket dident know what to make of it either but I changed to a walmart straight talk phone agan and no more problems with that but cuz of the service I give all stars

I have a Blu studio phone I switch back and forth with. I have been having Cricket since March. I have been in store many times. I finally met Tiffany who is amazing she transfers all my photo contact and video. She even showed me how to get fast access to my previous apps. She also allow me to vent about personal life. She is a great person. Go by and check out the deal.

Cricket authorized dealer? I went to this store willing to buy a cricket SIM card since mine got damaged and after waiting in line for 45 minutes I was told that they dont sell it unless they activate the SIM card there and charge you another $25 on top of the $9 for the SIM card. What kind of dealer is this? Game Stop sold it to me without problems.

I went into the store on Williamson Rd. I did a B.Y.O.D Tiffany was very nice and friendly. Her personality sparkle. She talk to me as if we been friends from years. Go check her out.

I have been through a lot of companies Ive been through nTelos Sprint T-Mobile boost and then I went to Cricket and their service is AT&T and I would have to agree that their service is the best service where I live at I love cricket I love their service I love their phones and yes I would recommend this store to anyone

Basically if you want to get a good phone you have to buy it outright, or you get a cheap phone. Not impressed !!
