Got in when it opened to get my under aged sisters ears peirced but they required a birth certificate. They made us leave, get it, come back, barely glanced at the certificate, and then told us people were ahead of us and it would be 30 minutes. We waited an hour and another person was going in ahead of us so we left. Do not recommend.

I took my 5 month old to get her ears pierced. They were super friendly and attentive. Not to mention very careful/thorough to make sure my little girl looked great and was comfortable. I had such a great experience my first visit to Piercing pagoda that I went back with my Boyfriend today and he bought a gold chain, he loves it and the store manager who was working once again gave us great customer service again.

My friend and I went here and got our ears pierced for the first time, they were very friendly and explained everything to us really well and what to expect and did an amazing job. Would highly recommended.I also went back and got my cartilage done!

I went to get my second lobe piercing as well as a helix piercing. The lady who was assisting me did not give me any information or prepare me for any of it at all. I didn’t find out that they use a gun to pierce the cartilage until right before I was about to have it done. A gun should never be used to pierce cartilage and it can cause it to shatter. When I told the lady I would no longer be getting my helix done there due to the health risks she acted very cross with me and immediately made me feel uncomfortable. I got still got my lobe piercing done however, but she was very cold to me throughout the process and kept conversation short and blunt. Overall she was uninformed and unkind.

The manager and her assistant were fantastic. They were extremely patient with my 11 year daughter who took 45 minutes to work up her courage in order to pierce her ears.

It was excellent had to have my ears repierced since I could not get my earrings in the holes that I had done from when I was about 10 years old

I have had 3 different piercings done at Piercing Pagoda. Very pleased with all of them. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff.
