Customer service, bar none exceptional, delivery was horrible! The drivers could not find my house, The driver who could not understand me even with GPS! I offered to go get them so they could follow me back and they stopped answering the phone called the main store and was told they cancelled my delivery! The manager of the store apologized and put me on for the next delivery day. I would make him Manager of the year but I would recommend they get a better 3 rd party delivering service or you bring your own truck to pickup and deliver to your home your self! The bed by the way, sleeps like a dream! -1 star for the delivery and the way the situation was handled…

From walking in to leaving, I have never had such an amazing experience with any other sales associate, in any industry. Julia from the valley view location is an absolute winner. She walked us through understanding how important it was to be ”measured” for our best rest. We spend a short period on an analysis bed, then she patiently walked us through all the bed options, allowing us to jump from bed to bed. After we finally made a decision, she walked us patiently through the pay now or finance options… and just was absolutely genuine with us. Customer service is excellent (Drew and London are great), but delivery scheduling is completely inflexible. Im having to wait two weeks for my mattress and bed frame to be delivered because a delivery timeframe cannot be guaranteed for a time where I will be home to recieve it. For working professionals it is not great- would look elsewhere for quicker service.

We researched mattresses for several days and visited several other places. After several disappointing experiences at other stores I called Mattress Warehouse and spoke to Tim. He checked inventory and it seemed promising so we headed over to the store later. When we arrived, the store was very busy but Tim took the time to welcome us and encouraged us to look around without pressure. He was very friendly and remembered me from my phone call hours earlier. He didn’t try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn’t need, he didn’t try to speak in industry jargon, but he was very helpful as we asked questions and guided us in making our decision.
