The prices are amazing here!I went in for the cheapest box spring that I could find and not only did they hook me up with a great deal but i got a fast delivery too. Mike was very patient with us as we felt this was a big decision to make and spent hours trying the different mattresses. One thing I would recommend however, is START with the computer evaluation of your needs rather than test for hours first. As the video says, You may not know what you really need even though you think you do. - If we had started with that, I think it would have drastically reduced the time we spent trying out everything. Got the mattress delivered and it seems good. Its a very large $$ purchase for us, so it was definitely a big deal.

Tim was absolutely wonderful to work with and helped us to find a great mattress. Delivery was next day which was fantastic!… until the delivery guys ran into our mailbox and destroyed it. We understand accidents happen and were told to contact the store and they would take care of replacing it. Makes sense… so we contacted the store and then given Corporate’s number, who then tells us that WE are responsible to find 3 contractors to quote the destroyed mailbox within 30 days or else they will not replace. Why is the customer responsible for cleaning up the company’s mistake? Absolutely frustrating and ridiculous. Not only are we having to scramble to fix their mess up, trying to get a contractor to come out has been a pain. I will never recommend this place to anybody simply because if the company messes up, you have to pay the consequences.

Matt was awesome 👏🏽. My wife and I have been waiting to get a king size bed for a while now and Matt did everything right. From greeting me at the door with great manners and customer service to explaining to me the importance of doing the sleep test. The GM at the Town Square store was awesome as well. Remembered my name, gave me a great deal as well as treated my family and I with great respect. Everyone of course has on mask 😷 to stay within COVID protocol and made sure that I felt comfortable. But the absolute BEST thing was this.... delivery for our bed we only two day out. Everyone else was like 2 weeks or even 3 weeks. I purchased my bed on Saturday and received it on Tuesday at 8:30 AM. This was a super DOPE “cool” experience. Thanks guys!

We came to Mattress Warehouse looking for a bed to replace our very old and worn one. We were immediately greeted by Drew Sizemore. He was friendly and guided us through an educational experience in mattress technology without being condescending or pushy. He was working alone in the store today and had to “juggle” many customers at once. He did so with ease and in so doing got us the information we needed to process our search for the best mattress set for us. He allowed us the space we needed as we considered each prospective mattress without disregarding us in the process of assisting other customers. He was available to answer any questions we had (and there were many). We were the last remaining customers of the group that came in almost as a cluster and although Drew did look fatigued from it all, his customer service and attitude never waned. In the end, we purchased an entire ensemble and couldn’t be happier about it. The thinking that absolutely closed the deal was “if they’ll work like this before the sale, they will work like that to maintain good customer satisfaction after the sale.” Highly recommend both Drew and Mattress Warehouse!

Went in to get a mattress, Londen was helpful, kind and patient with our requirements. He also tried to get us the best deal possible. We recently moved to a new house and didnt have any mattress . He immediately showed us a comparable mattress which would give us the same quality but save us money. Drew was an awesome help! I can be very indecisive and know very little about mattresses. Drew was patient and answered all of my questions. He didnt make me feel burdensome, nor did he pressure me into purchasing. I noticed he had a limp in his walk and he advised that he was in some pain.
