I hit a deer on July 4th, 2021 in my 2019 Ford Ranger. I looked at reviews and chose Craft Collision Center as my repair facility. I took my vehicle in 2 days later, and they took my vehicle. They gave an estimate, and said my vehicle should be completed by July 28th. I was warned that there could be part shortages. I was called at least weekly by Travis or Jeremy. I was alerted early in the week that my truck would not be ready by July 28th. I was told it would be ready in the middle of the next week, but they found another issue. They then paid for me to have a rental for a week, as I had not had a vehicle since they started working on my truck. When I went to pick up my truck, there were a few minor issues, and Travis corrected those issues before I left. I then saw that my bumper was not even across the front, and Travis again had it fixed. All in all, I think Craft Collision did a great job. Travis and Jeremy kept me informed, and were not only professional, but kind. They may not have did perfect work, but they are more than willing to make it right. I do recommend their shop.

My brand new Jeep was sent to this shop for repair after an accident. Im not sure I could have had a worse experience from beginning to end with Craft Collision in Roanoke. The end date of my repair was pushed back on the day I was set to drive 4 hours to get my vehicle. No communication beforehand on the possibility of being delayed. To top it off, they did not put my state inspection sticker back on my windshield after replacing. Terrible experience beginning to end.Edit: I have text messages showing a three day gap in their supposed “daily communication” that coincides with when the delay happened. If they can’t be honest in their response to customer reviews how can you expect them to be honest about your repairs?

The team was fantastic. They were very professional with their expertise & customer service. As a first time customer, I considered myself to be a bit of an annoyance, but they remained very polite & considerate and my vehicle looks and drives as if it were never damaged; maybe even better than before. I wont hesitate to recommend Craft Collision to anyone needing collision repair. Thanks guys for your service and patience. Hopefully I wont need you again but if I do I know who to call. ʘ‿ʘ

They are by far the best collision repair shop I have ever used. My car looks amazing. The work they done was above and beyond. I couldnt believe my eyes when we picked it up. I put my pu in for dent and rock chip repair and trim 7 wks for repair they said would only take 3. When I had to show them the things they tried to cover up and damage that was done b4 their work plus the poor quality I was told not their problem.work that shows their lack of expertise

My brand new car went in with NO TIRE SENSOR ISSUES! It came out WITH TIRE SENSOR ISSUES! Im still trying to get fixed. They replaced a tire and said at that point they had to replace right sensor. My light continues to come on and they tell me its a left tire sensor. Well my car was at THEIR SHOP SO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT HAPPENED TO MY SENSOR!! No explanations!

Initial paint job didnt match well and was peeling on the bumper. Took it back for lifetime guarantee and they didnt repaint while I was on vacation. They also attempted to sand down imperfections on the hood and left clear coat scratches all over. I was moving out of town at that time and they refused to issue a refund.

They forgot to put my turning signal bulb back in

My daughter was 3 hours from home when she had an accident on the Interstate in bad weather on her way back to college (she was not hurt). These folks at Craft took care of her - even called us and asked if they could go pick her up at the airport because they heard she was sitting there alone with all her luggage. The car was totaled, so they werent even getting paid to do this. They were just trying to help. Great people! (wish the car was repairable so they could get my business!)

I was very pleased with the friendly service, the staff answered all my questions and made the process extremely easy and pain free when I had to get repairs done on my Honda Civic. Quality of the work was excellent with the estimate and final bill completely documenting every detail. I was pleasantly surprised how well easy it was to coordinate the repair with my insurance.

I would highly suggest not to use this repair shop. We refused the car 3 times for major issues overlooked, ie; paint missing, body parts horribly put together, not even bothering to check head lamp alignment, thumbprints that Mazda found on the bulbs themselves, and its a long list. It seems to be a running game at this point... which technician can do the most of the sloppier job, verses the last. Even after making the manager aware, no care or effort was put into the work. IT does come with a lifetime guarantee- but with management and technicians that take no pride in their work, that does not fix your car unfortunately.So please take it to the actual qualified dealer/service department if you can! Trust me, itll save you from a migraine and spare your car!

Had a friend who recently had a truck repaired here at Craft. Craft seems very careless with their work. They dont put pride in their work, and also they seem to judge their customers. My friend, when picking up his truck, heard a lady in their office saying Did you see that guy who came in here the other day? Then the lady proceeded to say He looked like he was retarded or something. Then she laughed. Wow.. smh.Might want to look at other shops before coming here..
