Fresh great food. Order 3 cheeseburgers animal style. For those of you that have never tried Animal Style you must try it. Well worth I and grate flavors, nothing overdone. As always In-N-Out has the best crew possible, great personalities that work like they own it. This was the first time in a very long time this place did not have lines down the block, but even when they do well worth the wait.

Last year I thought in n out had lost their quality. This visit my mouth was happy to feel that in n out came back to were it belongs

Good food, but service is not great when busy. They forgot my order and I waited almost over 40 mins. for 1 combo

Cant go wrong with a double double, but Im not a fan of the fries. Shakes are fantastic.

In n Out is the Bomb! This so hit the spot but our fur babies love the burgers and fries just as much as you can see here. 5 star service and food. Must make a family night to enjoy.

It was my fault I was in the 12 oclock rush. Spent 24 minutes in the drive thru. Buns were toasted hard. And meat was over well done . Not the best.

I havent been a Californian since 2005. I was looking forward to sharing a cheeseburger cut in half, with grilled onions and one order of fries with my sister. The young man at the window handed me the burger, not cut in half. We asked for it to be cut in half. We each tasted 2 fries, they were cold. I asked him to make sure the cars behind us received warm fries. He smiled at me. I then handed the fries back. Still waiting for 2 t-shirts. He handed us very hot (but our kind of fries) no salt at, still waiting for the 2nd shirt. Very sad process. Hope it was an off day and not the normal service.

I honestly dont know what the rave is about. Im from the Midwest where our pallets are never disappointed. Who goes to a burger joint called In & Out to wait 30 mins in line for a mediocre burger and fried that taste reheated? This review is for ALL In & Outs not just this one. The workers are ALWAYS pleasant its simply because of the taste. I will never understand the rave for this place.

This particular location had a gorgeous man “Gilb” take my order, kind but mean looking. Y’all need more people taking orders outside like him. & “Tom” super kind kid, definitely a great drive thru experience. For a semi busy Thursday night, seems like the crew was right.

It has been a while since I have been to this In & Out and it appears they are some issues. The order taker did not let the kitchen know we wanted well done fries, so had to wait curb side. When we got our food the fries were hot, but the burgers, especially the buns were not. Its like they bagged the burgers while the fries were being cooked.

I love in N out!!!! Taking it back to when I was a young Ling driving in my aunts convertible!! Every single restaurant I visit I am never disappointed. Grilled cheese animal style and two orders of French fries with a large coke please...

Honestly how could I give this or any other in n out less than five stars. I’ve only heard of one in n out in Utah that didn’t have very good food. Of course the food here is served hot and fresh. The service is fast and the employees are friendly. If there’s a long line here don’t turn away because it will most likely go 2 or 3 times faster than what you think. It’s right across the street from Home Depot, McDonald’s, and a gas station, and right off the 91 freeway on Madison Street. There is a secret menu to know about at this restaurant. You can ask for a Neapolitan shake to get strawberry chocolate and vanilla mixed in. You can ask for animal style fries or a burger to get your onions grilled. You can get a protein style burger to get your hamburger bun replaced by lettuce. Animal style fries comes with cheddar cheese and grilled onions and thousand Island dressing. They are amazing! There’s way more to the list. Maybe look up that secret menu on Google.

Missed the drive-thru. Was it marked well? I dont know. But I got my #2 and it was delicious. Great service and fast for the volume.

The double doubles are always very good the French fries are made right then from real fresh potatoes. I didnt my mind waiting my turn in line that was out into the street.It was worth it.

‘In and out’burger always is right

Iconic in n out has great burgers and great service. Its short menu, burgers and fries sodas or shakes not hard figuring out things there. Things that arent in the menu are animal style which is raw onions and grilled onions and pickles and protein style is a lettuce wrap. Now Im not an authority completely with this so please forgive me if Im not entirely accurate with this. But youll probably will be satisfied.

It was good, but not as good as I remember. Havent been in a while. The fries were a little limp. The patty was a bit dry.

And always consistent no matter which one you go to. Theres usually a wait but you never get disappointedFries are always cooked to perfection and they are cooked made to order so they are always freshI get the yellow peppers added in at no cost. I am a vegetarian and I love the veggie burger/ grilled cheese, fries and milk shake..I think the fries has enough SALT.. my request to management only give SALT if they ask for it.. less wastage in our landfill..

I love md some In N Out and this location does not fail! Make sure to follow the right of way procedure and dont block the intersection!! There are two lanes to order from, one for people coming from the north and the other for the people that come from the south. It does get busy on the weekends so just know there will be a wait, just like everywhere else. Theyll get you your food fast and youll be eating before you know it.

Got the #3 combo. Was made the way I ordered it. No problem at all.

I ordered a 4X4 with Junkyard Fries. It was the best thing I ever had. I forgot to order my onions to be grilled. It makes the burger that much more flavorful. It was still well cooked and juicy. Just thinking about it makes me want to drive over there and order another one.

Normally we have no complaints about In-N-Out Burgers but this time I have to say I was a bit disappointed. We ordered quite a bit of food and yes it was extremely busy. It was dinner time after all. But everything wasnt really up to par. For example when we ordered french fries well done they did not come back well done and instead of taking them back because it was so busy I kind of just threw up my hands. Also its really all youre making is Burgers and Fries they should be made to order when you order them a certain way. Just sayin!

The best burger eve. 🍔 The location is rough. Very busy near freeway offramp and auto square. Was about 18 cars back in the drive thru, but went pretty quick and is always worth the wait.

Finally waited in the 20 hour line and Ill say it.... Im not a fan. Its just a typical burger and the fries are undercooked. I know this is going to upset some people because In and Out has a wide fan base....but its over rated in my humble opinion.

Well I have to admit the burger had better quality meat than the In-N-Out burger in Texas. Way more fresh and hot.

Its In-N-Out, the food normally speaks for itself. However, when I picked a couple burgers and animal fries for Valentines day, the bread seemed old and dry, and the cheese on the fries was spread poorly. Overall Couldve been better but was still good.

The employees working drive thru didnt tell me about the drive thru line with less(left line) car and they were blocking that short(left) line. They let me drive to the long(right) line. I had a passenger being perfect for the short(left) line.Customer service was great.
