This is the first time that I have shopped and purchased shoes at a WSS store. I must say that they have got a really good selection on brand name, style, color and a decent variety of sizes. Very professional and courteous staff. A must see if looking to buy shoes. I saved the best for last.......Very good prices!!!!!

Not good, not bad. They used to have a way better selection before then they do now. I used to get Jordans there before but now they dont really carry them. If ur looking for a small selection of Nikes or Adidas then this is probably the place for you.

Completely appalled by the management and security team who refused to take an exchange for a shoe. My niece had only tried on the shoes that were too small and had never worn them. Hence the sticker inside still attached. My sister was denied the exchange after the store management and security refused the exchange and were rude and insistent that my sister was not being honest. Money was not being askedSimply a mother with two young children who wanted a new pair of shoes to fit my four year old niece. If this is how you choose to treat members in the community as liar and thief then why shop here? In this time? Taking advantage of a position of power by denying a child a correct fitting shoe for no apparent reason? This person should be ashamedOf themselves and retrained on how to properly serve and treat customers.

The interior cleanliness of the store like floors was immaculate and that makes me a highly satisfied customer. The ease of shopping throughout the store like racks being organized by size, were easy to shop. The friendliness of the employees was excellent and ready to help you find clothes, shoes, accessories. The speed of the checkout was excellent. I was highly recommended it and I left a satisfied customer.

Do not order from here. Put in an order for pick up and 7 hours later they still haven’t got it ready. I went into the store and saw that they have more than 1 of my size in stock and they still won’t get it ready. Bunch lazy bums working here

Dopest shoes

This is my love, and always well stocked with a wide variety of brands. I was very pleased to see they are begining to stock clothing and light accessories. My suggestion for budget is cut down employees or get management that knows how to direct them in a task so they are not always chatting at the front. I also over heard what sounded to me like they pick and choose there own schedules dropping in for a hour hear and there like go hit dad up for cash when they need something. This is unacceptable.

Decided to stop by this store for some running shoes for my Nephew. Within 20 minutes, I found some comfortable shoes, paid for them and was on my way. Staff is friendly and they seem to have something for everyone. Would definitely shop here again.

Store is well kept and merchandise is well organized. I have found hidden gems thru the yrs of shopping at this particular WSS. I have never had a quality issue with any merchandise purchased. I will continue to be a customer at this location.

Prices are very reasonable. Bought some Vans for my niece. At the Vans store they were regular price $60. Got them for $40 @ wss. Good customer service. They also have coupons.

They were semi helpful. Pretending to look for something they said they had in stock. The level of effort was almost non existent.

I came to this store yesterday. There were three employees at the counter. I was never asked by any of them if everything was okay or if I needed help. Instead, they were all taking about personal life experiences. Im kind of disappointed. I feel like some employees need to be trained on customer service skills.

Great shoe store been here multiple times and everyone who works here is nice. The store is always clean and organized (I can appreciate clean and organized nothings worse than having to dig and look for stuff) they usually have great sales. If you dont want to deal with going to the mall I would come here they have every brand! #wss

Manager through away my cane wit no remorse-Still tryin to get it replaced n the Area Manager gave me a 30 dollars gift card-First for health reason that is not enough-Second the prices are over rated in this store-And Third no one call to see if I received my replacement cane (sad)

No type of deals and all the guys just stand around until you have to ask a bunch of questions. Once you asked they were nice but not very forth coming with information.

This place had what I wanted. I been searching for the Jordan 1 low black toe all over the place, I went to galleria at Tyler to find the shoes I wanted. First, I went to shoe palace to get them, they had them but at a shoe size that wasn’t my size, then I went to footlocker and they didn’t have them. And I went to every shoe store in the mall and none have the shoe I want. So I went down to my local WSS store and I stumbled upon the shoe I wanted and they had the size I needed. Great shoes for a reasonable price, this place had everything I needed including stuff that are necessary for Jordans such as crease preventers and etc. I highly recommend everyone who is looking for a shoe that they are looking for to come on down to this store and get em for a reasonable price. It was a easy shoe shopping for my son .I was able to get him some nice Nikes and a pair of Fila sandals for $60 dollars out the door .thanks to the coupon that they send on the mail tomorrow its the last day to use it.the place its pretty organized so that made it very easy for me to be out in less than half hour.😀

Do not shop here! The manager literally finds the smallest things on your shoe so that they wont have to give you a refund or an exchange which saves them money. Esmeralda, the manager, needs to be fired for being so quick to find minor inconveniences on shoes. She literally finds a speck on the shoe and decides that a customer should not be refunded or allow them an exchange. Also, the district supervisor Eernie answers his phone in an unprofessional way and gives attitude when speaking, instead of having a civil conversation with customers.

Disorganized and poor customer service. I understand that with it being Back to School season, things get a little hectic. However, being in customer service over 15 years, I see these times as an opportunity to have heightened, top tier customer service. That was not received today. The fellow with the colorful hair didnt even both to offer a rewards card after I told him I didnt have one. Simple things make all the difference.

Has some good deals but not the inventory it used to have? Not a lot of help. Is more like your on your own.

I asked if I could return my items and repurchase them but adding another item so I could use my coupon & the Cashier whos name he said was Robert said I wasnt able to do that! So I said Fine return my stuff & give me my Cash back i went to the kids section selected my shoes again & got back in there huge line. Again he told me that I wasnt able to use the coupon because it says I have to use it at the time of purchase.
