Say no, no to these iPhone Repair Pros. Poor customer communication. Profit is more important than customer satisfaction. Proven, below-average products.I have purchased previous products and services from this company and all were satisfactory until this final visit. I learned that the product failed due to a manufacturing fault; and, this was admitted by the company. After an extensive discussion about how the product is designed and B2B policies regarding returns, refunds, and replacements, the company decided to charge me for the fault instead of issuing another product that worked as well as the previous four! Production mistakes happen, yet, I had to suffer for the broken product instead of either the (1) manufacturer of the product or (2) the company. They made me pay for a product that did not work.This company needs to find a solid product vendor with the highest quality products so the customer does not have to pay for faulty products. This company also needs extensive guest satisfaction training. Clearly, the companys mission statement and values do not line up with either high-quality products or meeting customer expectations.Say, No, no to these iPhone Repair Pros.--Dr. Keene (2021)

Had a back screen cracked on my iPhone Xs Max. Took my device over here. They didnt have the same color of the original screen, but they at least were professional enough to contact me and let me know. I gave the green light to change out the back to a different color and everything turned out to my liking.

I really appreciate these guys. i have had a couple different phones repaired and one was more than the typical screen repair. which by the way happen to be more fairly priced than other repair shops. most importantly they have good customer service in my opinion. for example they have gone out of there way when my wheelchair prevented me from getting into their location more than once because of rain or inoperable elevator. highly recommend them.

Repairs are top notch and reliable. I had water damage and phone wouldnt turn on, they couldnt guarantee the work but 1 year latter and I havent had any issues. The second repair was to replace the charging port and they were about to close. They were nice enough to stay open and take care of right away.

I was very impressed with how quickly the guys had my phone done! The appointment was booked for the next day after I called and they replaced my cracked screen within 20 minutes. The screen replacement had some issues with the touch responsiveness, a manufacturer error, however, they had me back in right away and fixed it again for me and now it works good as new. They even replaced and installed a new screen protector when I took it back in, very considerate. Extremely professional and the lowest prices of everywhere I called, would definitely recommend.

I had just came out of a bad car accident and my phone broke during the accident and that led me to be a little short on money so i had to a find a shop that would fix my phone for cheap.i needed a new back piece and battery for my iphone X. This very nice, young gentleman by the name of zech gave me the best customer service i have seen in a long time and charged me less than 200 dollars, compared to the 500 dollars the apple store would’ve charged me if i had chose them to repair my phone, i recommend everyone and anybody with any issue that doesn’t want to spend a boatload of money on fixing their iphone to come here and just try it out, i will be sure to try this shop out again with any other issue i have with my iphone

My name is Alroy. I had my iphone 6 repaired at Iphone pros several times. The first was to replace the battery, that went well. However when they replaced my phone screen, they replaced it with a screen that was too thick and because of that I was not locked out of my phone. The screen didnt register my fingers hitting the numbers and Apple disabled my phone. Because if them I lost all my important pictures and other things I had stored on the phone. When I spoke with them they were very rude and dismissive. I get it, I am not tech savvy and dont use the cloud, I am just old fashioned that way. But if they had replaced my screen with the correct one in the first place I would not have lost everything. Plus all the money I spent with them, now I am having seconds thoughts about their repairs, if they had handled the situation differently I wouldnt be here now.

This place is a front for stealing data on your phone. It is not a real service shop. Poor service all around. Poor quality of workmanship. Time to repair was days not hours. The part they ordered took two weeks to get because FedEx can’t find the shop’s suite. They take your password keep the phone for days and then give it back hijacked. Took my daughters phone there and after weeks of runaround and poor quality parts installation they refunded my money. But not before returning the phone hijacked. Data usage after getting it back was 5 times more than it had ever been. This place cannot be trusted to do any repair work. Dust under the replacement screen. A broken camera. A hijacked camera and hijacked data usage.Stay away from this place!!!!!

I needed to turn my phone in but the back of my iPhone XR was broken and T-Mobile would not take it as a trade in. This place had the lowest price on rear glass repair except for one place that was cheaper but their back glass was an off brand and the colors were weird (I don’t think I could have turned it in.) Anyways, iPhone Pro’s removed my back broken glass with this cool laser projector machine and I was able to turn in my iPhone easily! Now I’m rockin my new iPhone 12 Pro! 😀Thanks!

Can’t express how grateful I am for this place! I am the kind of person that drops its phone pretty often, so I have had to fix my screen multiple times. I went to this place because I noticed they had pretty good reviews. I am happy I did! They fix my phone in less than an hour for a reasonable price and now I have a 1 year-warranty.

Phone got screen replace and 2 weeks later screen went black and they didn’t want to fix it and wanted to make me pay more money that I already have paid even know they offer 1 year warranty is just a lie don’t promise something you will not offer even know it was only 2 weeks . Waste of my money and ending losing a brand new phone 📱 what a joke 🤷🏻‍♂️

Unfortunately I have to give this business a one star review. I dont like to do this but it is what is it. I set an appointment time for 11am on a Saturday. I got there at 11:05 and had to wait over 1.5 hours for them to look at my phone because they had someone else there already (why book an appointment if you are going to book ANOTHER appointment on top of it?). But I thought ok, i got here late, my fault. I was told when I booked my appointment that they had a screen for my iPhone 6s no problem. When it came to my turn, 30 minutes later I find out they do not have a screen for me. Something about their orders are being held up by customs...so I give them my phone number and I am promised that they will text or call me as soon as the screens come in. Should only be a couple of days.I never got a text or a call. It has been over 3 weeks since I initially went in. Needless to say, I do not think I can give them a positive recommendation to anyone.

I totally recommend this place. Called all over and they gave me the best price and it included a warranty. Now my iPhone X is working again! Super easy and convenient.

I tried making an appointment at the Apple Store to fix my phone’s screen and they didn’t have anything available on the same day. I found this store in google and decided to give it a try. I was surprised by their fast and good service. Jerus fixed my screen while I went for a coffee next door! He was very kind and friendly. I would recommend them, especially If you don’t want to wait days to get your issue fixed.

I am happy I found this store! My 4-year old daughter broke my iPad screen when she accidentally dropped it to the floor. I called for an appointment and the owner was able to help me on the same day! It only took him a day to fix it. Saw all the good reviews and decided to come here. I was not disappointed. I needed an IPhone X screen repair, took my messed up phone and made it new again. Took about 45 minutes and is totally legit. I’ll be bringing my ipad back here next week.By the way they were $90 cheaper than Apple and have a better warranty.

I was having problems with my phone’s battery for a while. I would let it charge all night and the battery would only last for a couple hours. I gave to this place a chance and they were able to fix it. Great service, friendly people! I would definitely recommend it to anyone that has phone problems.

Sorry but this guy did a terrible job replacing my iPhone 6 screen. The new screen looked bad like it was really poor quality right after the repair. The home and power buttons didn’t work properly after the repair either.The screen starting falling off within a few months and shattered again. I took the phone in somewhere else and turns out he forgot to put an important shielding piece back in so now that’s missing. Sounds like others have had good luck but I would never go back here personally.

Glad I found iPhone Pros!Went to another place downtown that I will not mention and had the screen repaired with a supposed warranty. Had a problem with the screen lifting and they refused to cover it. Came to iphone Pros and got a better screen, better quality and a 1 year warranty. My repair spot from now on!Oh and one little thing. There is a Starbucks next door. Easy place to grab a drink while you wait the 30 minutes.

My Apple watch stopped working out of nowhere. I called iPhone repair pros and made an appointment. The owner helped me on the same day, it was a battery problem. Fast and efficient service! I am glad my watch works like new again.

I came in for a screen replacement and an issue that would not allow me to use talk-to-text, or hear/speak to the person on the other end of a phone call. The screen repair was easy, and they changed out the microphone they thought was the issue, but it still did not work. They ordered another microphone and that did not work either. After chalking it up to a motherboard problem they put my parts back in and gave my money back for the microphone repair. Well, the phone was then very slow and lagging when selecting anything. I brought the phone back in and when they replaced the first microphone it fixed the lagging issue, which they did without charging for the new microphone part and labor. Great customer service!!

Woke up and my phone was dead, it would not charge at all. Thought it was time for a new iphone. Brought it here today and it’s back as good as new. Apparently it’s a charging port issue. $49 out the door. Saved me $$$$ :smiley: thanks guys. Also got a tempered glass flawlessly installed for $10!

I was having issues with my phone not ringing. I brought it in and Jerus fixed it. When I tried to pay him he just said to bring it back when I had a more serious repair and he didn’t even charge me! It’s nice to find a business that is interested in old fashioned relationships with their customers. I will definitely be back when I have another repair!

I just saw the other review and I had the same experience. The Apple store quoted me $79 for a new battery on my 6s plus even though it’s practically new. Then they said they couldn’t get me in until next week! This shop hooked me up with an new Apple battery for $59 and I was out in 30 minutes with a warranty

I had a broken rear camera on my iPhone 7. I dropped it off and twenty minutes later hed actually replaced the camera twice to troubleshoot what went wrong. The screen accidentally broke during the repair and he replaced that for free. Im not saying I want to go back (because I dont plan on breaking my phone again), but theyve got my business.

Place was great. Not expensive and they were able to fix/change my charging port in less than an hour. My only reservation would be that they have kind of stoner hours, open at 2pm, etc.

I had the same problem as Mathew with my iPhone 6 I got it repaired phone screen was very loose and ended up popping off and my home button did not work at all after the repair and it initially worked before going in, phone screen shattered very quickly as well. Wouldn’t recommend.

Jerus was sooooo helpful! Did an amazing job and showed me how the last time it was repaired it wasnt done properly because they didnt put all of the necessary screws in. Now I have an original iPhone apple screen with all of the proper screws and a 1 year warranty! He even fixed the frame because it was bent!! Im beyond satisfied!

Theyre not certified for apple, so if they repair your phone, apple will no longer touch itTook my iphone 7 in for a cracked screen in june, everything was working PERFECTLY prior to bringig it in, just a screen issue. After they repaired it, my home button wasnt working, they said the only option was to put my old broken screen on. Obviously i didnt want to do that, so reluctantly i just accepted it. He told me the new iphones will do this because the screens arent “from apple” but you call yourself “apple pros.” Sounds like the better buissness bureau would like to hear about using a company’s name your not actually affiliated with. There no warning prior to me waiting hours while you repaired my phone, yet they admitted they knew the touch wouldnt work. THEN my microphone stopped working, havig learned my lesson, i took it to apple, and they said it was the way they replaced the screen that damaged my mic. It will cost 300$ to replace.Just get your phone fixed at apple because its unlikely this place will take any responsibility after they mess up your phoneEdit: I attached a screenshot of my mobile receipt to show I was indeed a customer, contrary to what the owner is claiming in the response.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE! This iPhone Repair establishment is terrible. I sent my iPhone here for a screen and speaker repair. In his attempt to fix the phone, Jerus broke a link to the motherboard. Although he paid to send it to a different location for repair, he said it would take one week. After three weeks, he finally returned the phone to me but still charged full price for the original repair. And now the touch ID does not work. Jerus told me it was my fault because the phone had water damage. But, he had previously admitted that he had noticed the indicators of water damage, so that was just a weak attempt to deflect the blame away from himself. He offered to send the phone away again to have the touch ID repaired, but that would take at least 2 weeks. So it would take at least 5 weeks to get my phone back as it was originally promised, and at full price. Dont let this happen to you!!!!
