This was by far the best experience purchasing a car. This was the first BRAND NEW car I have ever purchased and I was incredibly nervous. I submitted an offer online, got a call within the hour from Cesar. After a quick chat, I sent him pics of my trade in and he put together an offer including my trade-in and payment details. THEN…he drove the car to me with the paperwork (and it wasn’t a short drive either)!!! My husband was floored that I was able to do everything without leaving the house! Now, I had done my research and knew exactly what car I wanted. Cesar made this process so smooth and totally put me at ease with making the purchase. I did look at other dealerships that were closer, but this location had the BEST inventory and I’m so glad I chose them. Not sure I would have found this level of service anywhere else. It was pretty incredible.

The Finance Department even let me know when rates went down for my Lease Agreement which was much appreciated. All in all, the more my relationship continues, the more I am appreciating DCH of Riverside.

We had an especially wonderful experience at DCH Subaru! Esteban Estrada was our Service Advisor. He made it possible for us to have our Forester’s cracked windshield replaced! Not only did he do that, but when I asked him if there was a way to save some important stickers on the windshield, he promised to try and save them. He asked the service department to try to save them, and they did! No easy task! They used heat to slowly and carefully remove them and then successfully reapply them to the new windshield!That shows exceptional customer care, service, and departmental cooperation from a very professional,skilled, and friendly staff! I feel very fortunate to be able to have all of my Subaru needs fulfilled so close to home at DCH Subaru!

Customer service was good and the loaner car was highly appreciated.Apart from routine maintenance I had noted steering instability. This issue was not found or resolved.Portions of my steering system were just recently recalled and my sway bar bushings have been in need of replacement for a very long time.These failing bushings have caused premature wear to my suspension system and tires at my expense. These could have and should have been found and during the examination I requested.

Exceptional experience at this dealership because I had the most honest salesman in Ali. No extra add ons and no BS, I paid the price I negotiated plus tax and license and I was out the door in less than three hours. Ive probably purchased 10 cars thus far in my life and this was the best car purchase experience Ive had. I will be back in the future if I ever need another Subaru.

I bought my car at another dealer outside of the Riverside area but I took it to DCH Subaru in Riverside because it was more convenient. It was a very good decision. Julio was so pleasant to deal with and could not have been more attentive to my needs. I had an issue with my phone connection and it was quickly resolved. This was also the first maintenance on my new car and it was very thorough and didnt take long at all.

I went to San Bernardino Subaru first, but after they low balled me on my trade in, and marked up the vehicle I was looking at by six thousand! I left and came and talked to Jae Young at DCH Subaru riverside. Jae got me the same vehicle not marked up ridiculously! I purchased our 2017 Subaru Outback from DCH Subaru in Riverside, California. Our sales lady was suburb and gave us a fair price for our old “lemon” Outback. We had our new car serviced at DCH for about 3 1/2 years and received pretty good service. We had one problem with them not ordering a part which we had requested twice and didn’t receive. I gave up and to this day we have a cracked front mud flap. A few days ago, I took the car in for a required service and we needed an update on our Starlink. I was told it would take 2 - 3 hours for the update. 5 hours later the car was done and the paperwork was brought in and placed on the service advisor’s desk. I approached another service advisor about paying for the car and was told I had to wait for my service advisor who was at lunch. He came in a 1/2 hour and I was able to check my car out and go down the street for my “free” car wash at a Mobil gas station. And then I was on my way home to the San Bernardino mountains (2 more hours with traffic ).Will I return for future service? Probably not. Sorry DCH, it’s time to move on.

I feel so safe driving my Subaru. I like coming to this dealership because all customers are treated like royalty, very different from my experience at the dealership down the street.

I was searching all of Southern California for a Subaru Outback Touring in White and DCH Riverside was the only dealership with one in stock. I emailed them and Allen responded within a few minutes. The team at DCH Subaru in Riverside was awesome. Priscilla instantly put me at ease not even guilting me for missing a major service. She did her best to help me save money and even pushed the service through so I wouldn’t be late picking up my kids. Such a blessing! Plus, they had drinks, snacks, and a phone charger while I waited in a comfortable chair. Good service. Nice, roomy waiting area with good coffee. I especially like the drive-thru sensor that checks alignment and tire wear. I think it is extremely helpful for customers to see the information on the big monitor when they step into the service department. I purchased my vehicle at DCH Subaru of Riverside at a great price with no hassle and have really liked the convenience of online scheduling for service.

Disgustingly disappointed and appalled by the lack of care for the customer. Subaru of riverside claims to preform a multipoint inspection with every service but failed to check my air filter and my brakes? When I visited for an oil change and was quickly manipulated into thinking I needed thousands of dollars of work on my vehicle by the sales agent Marvin, I went and got a second opinion. The next mechanic who saw my car was so angry, not only was there no need for any of the suspension work that I was being told I needed but My brakes were DANGEROUSLY thin and my air filter was incredibly clogged. I don’t know how my engine was breathing. It seems they care more about making sales than quality service. In any other industry I can overlook a scammer, but I get sick thinking about how many people like myself trust this dealership with their safety, their lives and their families lives. After the initial anger I waited to say something, just to later realize they also damaged my luggnutts (picture included) when preforming a standard tire rotation. I called to speak to a manager about this service, I have been patient and they have yet to call me back. I would not recommend visiting this location ever.

I bought my car from driveway. Once the car arrived at my house, I noticed the tires where balding and the brakes were bad. Their sister company (DCH Subaru) was kind enough to take my (bmw) in and service it. They were so professional and kept me in the loop about my car. Sonya is one of the managers there and after the evaluation of my car,felt it was best to keep the car there for service. Driveway the place where I bought the car from couldnt even rent a car for me because they didnt have a corporate account. Sony from Subaru sent another manager over to rent a car for me while the car I had just bought was in the shop. Maybe I should have bought a Subaru. I give them 5 stars because they went over and beyond to help me,when driveway couldnt.

Couldn’t be happier with the car I got from this place. The customer service was excellent( how a dealership should be) I stepped onto the lot and all the salesmen seemed to be busy with other customers. Out of nowhere a man came from behind me and asked what I wanted to see😂 I think he had just arrived for work, and his first a room of the day was to surprise me lol. Anyways the bank would t cash my check because it was too large. They waited a week for me to get the funds in my account before taking it out. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new or used Subaru.

As anyone buying or leasing a car at this particular moment has experienced, getting the car you want at a fair price is very challenging. I spoke with at least half a dozen Subaru dealerships in Southern California and they either couldnt get the Ascent I was looking for until August or September or, if they had one, wanted a hefty premium over MSRP. Then I contacted DCH Subaru in Riverside. Philip and Alex were great to work with, super helpful, and got me a fair price on my wifes new Ascent. They delivered everything as promised, including delivering the car to my home and giving me a fair trade in value. Very impressed with the dealership and plan to buy my next Subaru (likely an Outback Wilderness) from them next spring.

*TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH DEALER*I was refered to this dealer through the Costco Auto buying program. When I was contacted, I was presented with an “Internet Sale Price” deal. Deal was for the vehicle we wanted (Ascent) but just in a different color. I replied to Anthony but he never replied. I called his Direct line multiple times and no answer. Eventually, I just called the dealer and was told they had Ascents in stock by Ali. Upon arrival, we weren’t even greeted. I eventually flagged somebody down and asked for Ali. When I showed him the deal, he immediately told me that the Trim and price on the Email I was sent by his coworker was incorrect. That the trim we wanted was much more. This really bothered me because we drove out from Victorville hoping to get an awesome deal. They totally lied to me to get us in. To top it all off, the car ran out of gas during our test drive. We ended up at the lot where the Ascents were supposedly stored but they only had one in a different trim that he didn’t even show us. It would have been a perfect time for Ali to show off the interior of the Ascent and all it’s features since we were already stranded in one. But instead, my wife and I did it ourselves because he was outside by the street and didn’t come back to us until somebody from the dealer came to pick us up. This place is a complete joke. We ended up going to Subaru San Bernardino instead. We just got home with our beautiful 2021 White Subaru Ascent Touring.Sorry Ali, if you would have actually tried, you would have got a sale.

This is my first Subaru and Im pleased to tell that I got it from DCH Subaru Riverside. Their transparency with pricing and direct to the point communication to my online inquiry got me to put this dealership first of the list of dealerships to check in person and went home that day with a new 2021 Subaru Forester - Touring, never bothered to check the rest of dealerships on my list. Theres no pressure, offered me a better price and more.To be honest, theres some hiccups mid and post transaction but they went extra mile to address/resolve those issues and the staff made sure Im happy and satisfied with their service. Milton met us early for our appointment to complete the paperwork for our Outback. He was clear with explanations and kept the process going so there was very little wait time. They didnt try to force add-ons. They were straightforward with the price of the car, showing all details accurately. Financing was a smooth experience. They beat our credit union loan percentage so we had a lower down payment than expected. Milton actually stopped his lunch mid-bite to orient us to the cars informatics. He was thorough and very patient. He answered all questions. No rush just an efficient and thorough experience.

We were contacted remarkably quickly, to rectify the minor mismatched floor mats and were kind enough to ship them as opposed to a trip back to the dealer, which is thoughtful.We bought a Subaru there on 3/22 after the first visit didnt go so well on 3/21. We went back and worked with another salesman and was able to complete the purchase. Everyone was super friendly, like commissioned employees are. Nothing stood out as something I wouldnt get at every other dealership regardless of what brand and we went to 5 before we picked the subaru. The car is great minus the mismatched floor mats, dealer has some room to improve. Was contacted after with an email requesting my experience, explained everything and was told I would be contacted.

When I came in to test drive a Crosstrek back in August, they were all out. 😮 But Jae didnt leave it at that, he told me they were expecting a shipment in September and gave me a rundown on the cost, the expected stock available and how to reserve a vehicle. I was able to make an informed decision and reserve a Crosstrek for when they came in at August pricing. I was so excited to pick up my Crosstrek yesterday. Jae even drove me to get my mom so I could have a cosigner. Im so happy!🤩😁

I came here to trade in my jeep after having a baby during a lot of covid closures. Albert was really easy going and honest with the overall process. I didn’t feel like I was getting haggled (I was alone as well, if that makes a difference to any females reading this). Priscilla helped with driving out with me to meet my husband to finish signing off on paperwork when he wasn’t able to meet up in office to finalize the purchase.We went back a few months later (today) to get the vehicle it’s routine maintenance and Priscilla was our service attendant! Update: My air conditioning has went out and my check engine light has popped on two weeks after purchase.🙃 So there’s that...They’re super chill here. I got my car last week and when I said no to the normal upsell tactics car salesman use (yes, even the trustworthy ones do. Just do your research so you know what to say yes and no to!) the salesman working with me respected my wishes and wasn’t pushy. It was also so insanely fast I couldn’t believe it. My sister and brother just happened to buy new cars over the last 3 months (at completely different places) and they both were there 5+ hours. I was in and out in less than two hours... I was amazed! The car is a beauty and so far so good. Definitely would recommend for people who want a chill car buying experience and know they’re in good hands. Loved my experience!

My husband and I got our first brand new car here and our experience could have nor been better. During the current chip shortage, its hard to get a good deal and a great car salesman who actually give you great attention and patience. However, if you get to meet Milthon, you will receive the best service ever. He is a wise man and trustworthy, which I have not seen in any other car dealers. He was professional, quick on his feet and passionate about Subaru cars, he owns one as well. We met him on our first car showroom and stick with him through our process, and myself, to be honest, not an easy to be pleased customer. It was our luck to meet him and deal with him for our first car since we may look young and naive. I did not deal with anybody else as closely, but overall, everyone seems a bit calmer than other dealerships where all salesman will trace you and aggressively sell you the car. Also, we got the Costco program and this is the only dealer providing this. The whole process was straightforward, in and out, no hard negotiation or hard selling. Get Milthon! He is the man!

I bot my crosstreck from here over all easy painless experience they did screw me on 2 things we got gap insurance but we didnt need it since we put down 15 k and the next they charged me for OnStar my model does have OnStar so I recommend reading the fine print could have save some. after that went to the San Bernardino service depart and it was horrible I had an appt for 11 it took them 4 hours to do my oil change the only good thing there was the latte machine. So for my second oil change I came here hey had me out in an hour nice chairs. the only thing I wish they had that latte machine. They do have a coffee and hot chocolate.

Looking to be ignored, provided bad information, and given a laundry list of excuses for terrible service? Look no further!I was told the issue with my outback was common and easily fixed. Upon taking the afternoon off to resolve the issue, I was told my appoint needed to be rescheduled, or that I would have to leave my car, with no loaner car, for unknown number of days. When I asked why I was scheduled for a time that would not work for the store, I was provided a large list of excuses with no apology.Get it together subaru if you want people to buy more than one of your vehicles. Bottom line, southern California subaru repair stores are a miserable experience.

I recently purchased a new 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from DCH Subaru of Riverside. Although there is another Subaru dealer only a few miles away from where I live, I chose to visit DCH Subaru because of their great communications, responsiveness, and professionalism, and that was even before I even went to their showroom. The salesman who initially reached out to me and then took me through the entire test-drive and sales process was Sal. He was friendly, professional and great to deal with. Although I was dreading the process of buying a new vehicle, he made it simple and efficient. If you are considering purchasing a new Subaru I can highly recommend Sal and DCH Subaru of Riverside.

Best car buying experience I could imagine! Anthony offered exceptional service from start to finish. I set up my deal via email to save time, and Anthony was incredibly responsive and very easy & pleasant to work with. All I had to do was go to the dealership and test drive the car we had talked about, and after that all was said and done in record time. I usually dread the thought of spending hours at a car dealership and was happy to be able to skip all that. I’m now the happiest camper in my new Subaru! We’ll definitely be returning here, I’m pretty sure we’re a Subaru family now!

The finance manager Joesalyn has made this experience a pain, classless & lacks basic customer service etiquette. We are loyal customers to Tom Bell Chevrolet & Fairview Ford because of their outstanding customer service- we always go back. Unfortunately we cannot say we will be purchasing from DCH Subaru again because of the horrible customer service & lack of class, which is truly a shame since we love the Subaru make.

Went in for the recommended 12k mile check up. Only had 6100 miles since I dont go anywhere. Julio, the service person I dealt with told me it would take two hours and it did. I was even offered a lift from my home to pick up my car. That was an offer & a surprise Ive never had before. My crosstalk is great and so is the personnel in the srv dept. I went in for my 18 mo ck and I dealt w/Marvin. Great guy. Help me w/the tech stuff on my android auto app until it was working right. Thanks Marvin.

My family has 5 subarus, and we have bought 3 of them at DCH, after waiting almost 4 months for our ordered touring outback Im sad that I had to walk out without a car.  Matt Kraft in DCH Subaru of riverside should not be a sales manager of this brand.  When I arrived to see the new car after setting an appointment to finally pick it up, the car was not ready.  I was left alone at a desk with no information,  I decided to walk to the office to ask if I could fill out credit app while we waited and I ran into Matt Kraft berating and yelling at a sales man telling him that they wanted to teach him a lesson and that he does not learn and that they where going to take him of the deal.  Then after finally getting to see the car, Matt Kraft decided to add a bunch of dealer add ons and said he preferred to sell the car to someone else if we did not agree to those terms.  We specifically ordered the car we wanted so that we could have the exact features we needed and exterior color we preferred.  Matt said theres was high demand and he could sell the car full price +marl up to anyone else with all the dealer add ons. I mentioned to him that we had talk about internet pricing at the time, he said internet pricing was now 3k over MSRP and that he had sold 7 cars with that mark that day and he preferred to sell our ordered car with a mark up to someone else.  After 4 months of waiting, we left the dealership without a car.  We were able to buy a new Touring Outback from Ahmad in Livermore subaru, which is almost 500 miles away from our home.  Ahmad was kind and clear about the features in the car, its probably why Ahmad is top 5 Subaru sales man in entire USA .  But the extra time, flight and expense of an overnight trip to pick it up was not ideal.  This experience has me questioning whether I would buy another Subaru in the future.  Subaru really needs to get rid of the old sales managers like Matt Kraft, we have been loyal fans of DCH, even buying 2 new Subarus during pandemic times when things where extremely slow for them. Definitely will not be doing business with a company that hires guys like Matt Kraft. Additionally, we tried contacting the sales man that was being scream at the following day and he no longer seems to work there. Also note we have family members who have worked for subaru dealers and our youngest was sales at that very dealer during a summer while getting his Masters, from first hand experience, not much good things to say about Matt Kraft.

The subaru service department stole $3500 from me. Repaired the car for $3500 but drove less than 5000 miles before finding out you made a mistake but nobody will take responsibility. Now Im in debt on the $3500 loan and a car thats broken down. Never use this service department. Julio also has a problem with honesty. Lied several times.

Service and service writer was great only concern was the fact that I was told I needed an alignment. No problem that the car needed an alignment but I should have been told this at the last service that was only 2800 miles ago and still under factory warranty. Which would have been done at no cost. Warranty was up in February And this is only the middle of March. Nothing change on vehicle to require an alignment.

I had a great experience trading my 2017 crosstrek in for a 2021 forester!I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the facility! There was always someone cleaning/sanitizing the ENTIRE time I was there! Everyone was very nice and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase at any point! The sales rep assisted me in trying to get me the most I could out of a vehicle within my price range!! Again I am very impressed with not only my sales rep but the sales manager!

As always, our service was quick and complete! We expected to pay more to get our moonroof repaired and we were pleasantly surprised at the final bill. There are dealerships that are closer to where we live, but would never use them. Thanks for being there to meet our service needs. Where to start with this................. first the person i talked to on the phone was very polite and professional gave me confidence in using them for my service. Then i arrived and was quoted 1100$ for a new set of brakes (front and back both). It was a little over 560$ for product alone, which sounded high. Did a little research and found the product direct from manufacturer at a grand total with tax and shipping for 108$. Was told i should be lucky i dont have slotted brakes cause that would have been 2400$. Then was quoted 576$ for a service an told my next one would be close to 1000$. I was able to do my complete service and brake change for a fraction of what they are trying to charge by simply calling a few shops. Would recommend not going to this place for any of your needs, its hard for me to say as a ambassador for subaru but dont use them.

I did with just a star rating. Im sure you have so many other wonderful ratings because Im so wrong in this misunderstanding. What are you so concerned with mine? Interesting. Here instead of debating your inventory and contacts, & knowing your lender parameters. MY REVIEW ON MY EXPERIENCE . I felt the sales man was pushy didnt offer a deal on an older vehicle and we couldnt make the deal happen. Wasnt interested in doing anything to make the deal happen. Had two sources of income only wanted to deal with one . Went to another dealer had a way better experience and got the car I wanted same year not at the 30,000 they offered with their lending. Thats all folks. Especially women. You can see how condescending they are by their replies to there reviews. Happy to purchase with another dealer.

Took our 2014 subaru in to get some maintenance work done. Marvin was our service desk guy. He was awesome! So polite and professional! He made us feel really great about our experience there and greatly helped us out. The few other service desk gentleman seem to be just as professional as well.
