I purchased couches and dressers and have a really bad problem with the dressers. They ALL constantly roll off the hinge where its suppose to roll straight back. No matter how careful I am trying to align them right they always seem to fall off. They said there was nothing they can do,which upsets me as the dressers were not cheap to be having this problem when I BARELY have anything in them. But I loved how helpful they were in the store and I absolutely love the couches I purchased.

Price gouging, Went for a mattress and was quoted 350 queen pillow top matress only and went back to buy it and they told me $600 for the same one. Never going there again.

This is father and son(s) portrayed store, they go out of their way to help, anyways give a great price and above-par service. Have a friendly chat. Weve bought half the furniture for our house (and probably would have purchased ALL of our furniture here had we only gone here first - now the other place is closed-Down ANYWAY! 😀) and are very pleased with the price, the speedy delivery and setup of everything.We just recently went back to buy a new mattress and will be returning fur our future time furnishing needs!(Mattress, though its under the bedding, night stand, dresser and 5 pc. dining table set as pictured in our home).

This place promises you things and doesnt deliver what they promise.They promised me a brand new out of the box tv stand through our contract, made me show up at 5pm 4 days later for it to be assembled, get there and they play like its still getting built. One employee tells another employee to go button it up for me and the other employee was confused and didnt know what that meant, walked to the back and paced back and forth, then they tell me to go home and theyll deliver it for free for making me waste my time out of my day for making me come when it wasnt ready and there wasnt a stand, so delivering it free isnt an added bonus if I still wasted a trip to pick it up. They get here and I realize its the floor model and they didnt even clean or dust it lol they sent it in saran wrap and new couch card board to make me think it was new. What a joke. I went back for my couch to find the floor room model was not in its location to know they thought they played me lol

This place is great! The people are friendly and guide you directly to what you need! I came in here looking for a 5 dresser and I walked out with a six dresser for under $200! I had 10 color options including getting it non painted but I went with white because white already had a primer on it so when I painted it will be much easier for me! I recommend this place to everyone they got a good selection here and get prices!

Lack of customer serviceA couple weeks ago I went inside to look around at some furniture. I was greeted by the salesman very politely and he showed me around continually checking to see if I needed assistance. My wife and I felt comfortable and decided we wanted to buy a table that we were offered a good deal on . I believe the older gentleman there maybe the owner came over and was one of the politest person you can meet . He offered my daughter some cookies and stickers . We got to talking and he was giving us incredible deals because it was our first time there and he wanted us to be regular customers . We ended up spending a couple thousand in furniture and looking forward to making this our regular furniture store and recommended them to family . I went back in yesterday to purchase some more furniture, again I was greeted by the sales man as he remembered me . I was looking to purchase a recliner and he said let me talk to my boss on what I can do for you since you made a big purchase last time . The boss was there just sitting on one of the couches and didn’t even get up to come my way just sat there and rudely said 399 plus tax is best I can do not evenly looking at me . I said ok, told the salesman thank you and turned around and walked out . Felt very disrespected that he couldn’t even get up and come over to talk to me . For future customers if the owner is there continue to shop you will be in good hands . If the son is there don’t waste time and turn around and leave as he will not have much manners towards you and comes off pretty rude . Part of the furniture I received is not exactly what I had picked in the store but I didn’t make a big deal on it due to the fact how kind the owner was .

Outstanding Customer Service!! If I could give 10+ stars I would! Purchased a full size mattress and full size metal frame. 2 days later the frame broke due to possible weak weld points which maybe was the cause if it breaking and/or it was just simply a bad batch? I came back to tell them what had happened along with some of the crucial parts that had broken to present to them. Ok everybody, first of all, one of the biggest things you must come in with is a good attitude and respect and youll get that in return. I had explained the situation with calm sincerity and they understood. Not only did they replace the frame but they were very nice enough to upgrade it to a more better one. Nothing says customer satisfaction or service like this place. The father, who I believe is the boss man, was very nice as well as the son. I will for now on purchase all my furniture here along with telling everybody to come here for good pricing and customer service.

Reasonable prices and extremely friendly salesman

I went over the weekend to look at a bed I found on their website. I called earlier the previous week before driving the distance to Riverside. The gentleman I spoke to the first time was an absolute gem. Provided me all the details and was really patient with me. The second time it wasnt him and this person was less than the best reflection of the business. However, we all have our days and maybe I was just on the poor end of the day for him. When I went in I was surprised to be able to recognize that the gentleman working on Sunday was the same person I spoke to the first time. Again, patient and wonderful through my entire bed buying experience. He was sweet to my children as well. The experience was beautiful. His people skills were genuine. He was honest in his sales approach. He was understanding of my financial restraints and pointed me in the best direction for me when he could have EASILY chose to up-sell me. People who truly care about people really leave an impact. I am so happy to have had this experience.

I visited Nick & sons after its being recommended to me by three separate friends. After visiting and purchasing my furniture, I now see why. The owner is truly a knowledgeable, fair, caring man. He helped us find the best fabric for a couch, the perfect long-lasting bed set, and an amazing mattress. His prices are more than competitive and more importantly, he really knows what hes talking about. We left with proper cleaning instructions and feeling very confident in our purchase. I went there for the first time and I planned on shopping around, but they had a bedroom set that my son Angel liked and at a great price! I ended up going back to buy the 5 drawer chest. His room looks amazing! Angel loves it and Nick was super nice and helpful and gave my daughter his website so that she could look at bedroom sets for her. Even if Nick has to get the items from the wherehouse, he does it in a timely manner!

They have nice furniture and great attitudes. It was late in the afternoon when we shopped, but we were lucky enough to have enough time to get two mattress sets and two recliners delivered. We will definitely go back for any more furniture needs.

We first went to Nick and Sons about two years ago to look for a mattress for our son. We were immediately sold on their business, and have since bought all of our furniture from them. Their cutomer service and prices are awesome, and the quality of their furniture is great! I know it sounds cliche, but they really treat you like family. I would definitely recommend Nick and Sons. You wont be disappointed!

My husband and I were referred to Nick by a friend and we are so happy to have received the referral! Nick and his son were so polite and very helpful. We are on a tight budget and really needed a coffee table, Nick gave us a great price on a beautiful and functional coffee table and we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Oversold my bed the day I was there to pick it up, had to wait for them to deliver it, then they delivered the wrong headboards so I couldn’t get my bed together, had to wait for then to deliver the right pieces the next day. Customer service was non existent.

Would be 5 stars but one of the delivery guys was lazy af. We were suppose to get our old couch removed but when the guys got here the one guy(lazy guy) said oh were not suppose to do that because we could get injured etc. Etc. So I had to call the store and remind him of our agreement. Then when they confirmed the old couch was suppose to be removed the one lazy guy said we can do it if you help. I never have a problem helping anyone so I helped. It ended up just being me and the young guy that removed the old couch. But all in all Im satisfied. Excellent customer service, good prices and good selection.

Nick and his staff are friendly and patient. My daughter and I were there almost 2 hours making decisions and we werent pressured to hurry up. They gave us space and answered all of our questions.

A+ Family owned business service with big box store prices! Just moved to the area and couldnt bring my couch with. Didnt even shop.anywhere else. Went to Nick and Sons after a Google search, purchased a couch and tv center, and am very pleased. Nick helped me and told me a cool thing...I could get any model couch they had in any fabric and color at no additional cost. Thought that was cool! Anyway, had couch delivered guys were great, very helpful! After I paid for my couch I looked through the Sunday mailer and saw a big box outlet store ad...my couch was custom fabric, better styling and same price. Thank you guys for the great service and product, I will coming and referring people to only you guys!

Had bad experience with this company bad quality oversized sectional ugly not what I had expected was custom made. They didn’t add the queen bed to it and really not what I expected didn’t look like the charcoal grey color I chose looked more like grey silver very ugly missing pillows and just not satisfied with the product they carry. Save your money they were rude on the phone when I called to not have them re make or add the queen bed to it because it was ugly now they don’t want to give me my money back and they want to keep part of it when the queen bed wasn’t added and the quality was horrible. Don’t waste your time with them go somewhere else. Plus they did not explain you couldn’t cancel even if quality and color sucked. Go somewhere else brand furniture places not these cheap place where quality isn’t good. And the service is horrible.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This by far is the most unprofessional furniture store ive ever had to deal with. Not only were they not clear about the mattress sets (which i purchased) they have and what they come with. And still after the week long wait they get delievered and its the wrong items. I called to get and explanation on the situation and told them i was unhappy with the service i was getting and got not only disrespect and horrible customer service, but he actaully hung up the phone when i was expressing my experience with him. I tried to speak to the manager or boss in charge and he refused to let me talk to him. Jacob was the name of the salesman. I felt very disrespected as a customer and will never again give them any business nor reccomend them to anyone. 0 stars!

Once again I was just in Nick and Sons the other day. This time I was there to help my daughter purchase furniture for her new house. Just I have, she loves the place. The service was excellent as usual. They went way above the call of duty to get her what she wanted and yet stayed within our budget. Jacob, oneof Nicks sons, ALWAYS remembers my husband and I, but most if all, he never fails to ask about our 7 yr old grandson, who hes met just once. I love knowing we can go into the store and always receive very personable service. Not to mention how nice the furnishings and how great the prices are. I was able to completely furnish our grandsons bedroom, purchase a mattress set for my daughter, as well as a 26 cu ft refrigerator and all for under $2,000. I dont know of another retail store where you can get such great service, have exceptional prices and furniture is new.Thank you to Nick and Sons, especially to Nick and Jacob for all youve both done to see that we have been able to purchase all weve needed during these last 3.5 yrs. They had added free of charge a beautiful lamp to add to our new living room decor and surprisingly it matched to decor perfectly. Not to mention that this lamp could not cost less that $45-$50, at least from what I could see after comparing it to the same item at other establishments.
