Went in there to purchase an iPhone 13 due to the fact that my mothers phone was broken and Verizon was out of stock. From the moment I walked in and approached the girl(no name badge worn) at the cell phone kiosk I knew it would be a horrible experience. She seemed to be in a bad mood and was extremely unhelpful. I asked where the restrooms were located as I had been on the road for an hour trying to get there. She pointed me in the direction for the restrooms and then made a gesture as if she were annoyed at the fact that my mother and I had to use the restroom. When we came back from the restroom, we were now being helped by another girl by the name of Crysthel. She was the one that continued our transaction. While waiting for her to do our transaction I witnessed the other girl with no name tag proceed to provide less than exceptional customer service for an individual on a wheelchair. She was argumentative about the location of a phone charger. I’ve never had any interaction with this Best Buy in the past but I can assure you that I won’t ever be back. Take your business elsewhere.

I had phone issues. Set up appointment with geek squad on line. Was early and asked at the door where to go. It was on the right side. Waited while they were helping the people. I got to the desk was out of there in two minutes. He directed me to an area that would help me more! Excellent service!

I love this place. I love electronics of course...This best buy is nice. Its very clean and the employees are helpful.Ive gone here twice for none trivial orders/tasks (dish washer and ordering something not in stock with a speciality coupon) and its always been a great and easy time.I love their price match gurantee and website as well.

Decent selection, but theres a shortage or shipping delay of many things online. Ordered an item for next day delivery, then was told it would take 2 weeks to get it. Walked in and bought it. Tons of helpful employees here too

Curbside pickup is supposedly open until 8pm. Arrived at 7:58pm and received confirmation through the website that my order would be brought out within 3 minutes and was given a code to show the associate... No one ever came out. I saw employees inside closing up the cashes for the night. Page refreshed and said it was taking longer than usual and to sit tight. Then it refreshed again and said they were closed. I guess Im not getting my item. Way to waste my time! Dont post hours of operation if you arent going to uphold them!

This best Buy was alright. The greeter at the entrance of the store spoke, after whatever department I went to no one spoke. I went to the computer area and video games. Best Buy employees walked by me and dld not ask me do you need help. I went back to the computer area a young lady this time did help me with out me asking.

They have excellent service and wi-fi service. Oh, yeah, you can get electric devices here as well. If you are musician, they do have music department where you can find guitar strings and drum sticks. Needs new refrigerator or washing machine, they got it!

Not a lot of DVD or blu-ray in stock physically on the store. Most of it is online, which is depressing. Also they do nit have a clue as to when the xbox series x/s will be restocked completely in the store and to make matters worse the new console will be completely sold out.

This location is okay but not great when it comes to customer service. It was hard to find assistance regardless of so many employees working. I went up to an employee after I was tired of waiting for help and she went to the back/warehouse to get the specific TV I went in for, however she couldnt answer any of my questions. The store seems organized though and fully stocked.

We had the most embarrassing experience. We went into the store to buy our oldest daughter and her soon to be fiancee a tv for their new apartment, it was a housewarming gift from my dad, her grandfather. My 90 year old father tried to pay with a check and the salesperson and the person who was authorizing the payment didnt know the difference between the check number, routing number and account number. I kept trying to show the salesperson, the difference. I had originally asked if she had ever written a check or knew how to distinguish the information, she stated her grandmother, had tried to show her but she wasnt too interested, since she used her card as payment for everything. Someone did something wrong and gave incorrect information, causing the check not to be processed. This took more than 30 minutes. Finally I put the purchase on my card, which took all of 5 seconds. I was thoroughly digusted with the entire experience. No matter, how young or old a salesperson is, everyone should be trained to take all types of payments. I am 50 and I still utilize checks. 90% of people over 65 still use checks in one way or another. I truly hope Best buy resolves this, to avoid further embarrassing moments for its customers.

I hate going into this store, theirs atleast 40 workers visible and none ask you for assistance, and alot of the times ill get something broken there, possibly the worst best buy in town, lots of homeless stealing and overall horrible service.

Visit: 5/6/21Time: 6:30pmFirst off, Im a patient person when it when it comes to retail. Ive worked in retail many years in my past (over a decade) as well as worked at Best Buy during Holiday seasons and then stayed on after that for about a year.My disappointment started at the front door were The door greeter did not greet myself or my 2 children that were with me. I walked straight to the laptop area and started to look through the laptops. There were many associates that passed me that worked there, but not one of them acknowledged my existence with even a head nod or asked if I needed help. I proceeded to look at the computers behind the sales desk were there were 3 workers and, again, not 1 of them asked if I needed help At all. At this time there was not many customers so they were simply conversating with each other. After about 30 minutes or so I finally, on my own, narrowed down my selections. As I got closer to my purchase, that I was selling myself on, I finally found an associate who made eye contact with me and was almost forced to talk to me because he did. I asked him about the one I was looked at and asked if there was anything comparable and he did make a suggestion for comparison. I told him thanks and I would take time to compare and make a decision. After some back and forth, I went with the one he suggested, but its frustrating that the lack of customer service was there in the department. Its not that there wasnt associatesin there, it was the lack of motivation to help others that I saw.In this day and age of brick and mortar companies starting to Go away, you would think that the push for better customer service would be there but it was truly lacking.Once he got me the laptop, I purchased it hastily while he (the salesperson ) had another customer waiting to talk to him. I then left the department and decided to go to the TV section before exiting.Along the way i passed by a minimum of 4 associates and not one greeted or even a silent head nod. When I was done viewing tvs I walked to the front door, passing 1 employee that I assume worked in the media department and he was leaning on a TV playing on his phone. I approached the front door with laptop in hand, and, again, multiple greeters and/or associates there at the front door chatting, and no good bye or even checking that the laptop in hand was purchased.Gave 3 starts because:- The store was at least laid out good- Signs on the products I researched had QR codes to scan and get self help- Product was instock- Displays were in working order and allowed for a hands on purchasing experience.

I went in for Apple Airpods pro today and all I gotta say is.... It would have been good if somebody could have told me.... either the guy at the front desk that got the product for me or the lady that checked me out, could have mentioned to me that Im going to need a separate charger with my $255 purchase. Now I have to drive all the way back for another large purchase but this could have been avoided if people had pride in their work. 🙄

On the phone they said theyd help me and take a look at my PC but when I get there they take it to the back then tell me they cant do jack without charging me 100 bucks just for looking ? But that wasnt mentioned over the phone even though I asked over the phone they just said what they wanted to get me in the store waste of time. Also I was told a cleaning was free then they told me its 40 bucks in person. 0 stars liars not cool to waste my time. I was nice in person but Im very irritated.

I rarely shop at Best Buy, but I wanted to take advantage of their sale and their extended return policy on right now. The only reason I didnt give them a 5 was because there were not enough salespeople on the floor. I couldnt find the box, so I had to wait to find someone in the area. BUT, once I found someone in the chromebook area, he was super helpful and went the extra yard to find the one I was looking for. Would go back just because of his personal service. Not an easy job and during a pandemic even harder I would imagine.

This used to be my go-to during the late 90s and early 2000s. Now, I only go when I know theyll have something I need urgently. On my last visit, the shelves were a little bare. I went for some Apple Watch Series 6 accessories, screen protector, case etc. but the selection was dismal. Considering this location has a dedicated Apple section, I was disappointed.

My experience in the store purchasing products is usually a good experience. My problem is dealing with customer service over the phone after purchasing a product. There is a huge disconnect between the customer service call center and the actual stores. Many times the call centers cannot help you with any of your issues, and some of these people will just hang up on you if they just do not want to deal with you anymore. I wont be purchasing anymore products from Best Buy that might require the assistance of customer service anymore. The negative experiences I have had to deal with is just not worth it.

Customer service sat there while we were waiting to ask questions about the coffee maker we had questions about. Finally after ten minutes we decided to approach them and ask our questions. They seemed perturbed by us even bothering them. We usually have great customer service every other time.In the end we ended up making a purchase after doing our own research with them. They had the best price and they usually price match. Guess I will make my purchase on-line and not even go to the store unless absolutely necessary.
