Amazing Customer Service, along with great service!

I love this auto body shop. The customer service and the prices are unbeatable. Cars come in beat up and leave looking showroom clean. I have been in multiple car accidents, not surprising living in Atlanta, and this is my go to shop. I always get great rates and they work with me on my deductible.

Excellent service. Was ready to work on car at appointment time. Friendly, reasonable price, knowledgeable and super cute in his overalls. I will go again if I need body work.

I am very pleased with the work performed on my car. Pete, the manager was very helpful and they even helped me out with my insurance deductible. I cant even tell where the damage was, it looks like a brand new car. I will be referring all of my family and friends to Mims.

I was in a horrible accident and I had no idea where to take my car to get it fixed. I work at Hartsfield Airport and everyone I spoke to about where to take my car mentioned Mims Auto Body. I took my car there and met one of the techs named Pete, he assured me they would take care of my baby and they fixed it like new. They helped me set up my rental with Enterprise which was a lifesaver. I also had a $500 deductible which they worked with me and gave me a deep discount which I truly needed. I have my baby back now and you cant even tell it was in an accident. I highly recommend this place if you want your car fixed right. Pete I will be telling everyone about your shop. I had a minor accident in my car and one of my celeb buddies referred me to this shop and gave them a high recommendation. After doing my research, I found that they have been in business over 20 years, are well known for amazing collision repairs and they also service a great deal of celebrity vehicles. I decided to take my car to the Riverdale location for repairs and I dont regret it.Not only did I receive top notch customer service, but I was informed of the process, kept updated on the progress and before you know it my car was repaired and in no time at all, I was back on the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta set.Shout out to the staff at Mims Auto Body for great, quality work. I will be referring all of my folks to them. And In That Order, The Queen has spoken!

This place is great the customer service is off the chain. Some one stole my car and put it through the ringer I took it to Mims they hooked it up now its looks as good as new. Thanks Pete
