My first time here and they fixed my vehicle vibration. They were caring and focussed on root cause and involved me in the process. I enjoyed this experience.

They did a horrible job with balancing and mounting tires, not worth it, went back a few days later to have them rebalance my tires. They wanted me to pay again for a job they didn’t do properly the first time, I would prefer to go elsewhere, horrible customer services. They loss me as a customer!

Make sure you you get the right size! The manager who run the tire side, told.me he was out of my size and put I size down would be just fine. Then I couldnt drive straight at all! I was told I needed a new tire arm, and I do, but with my other tires I drove straightI requested for him to put my old tires back on. They tried to play me, but they got the correct tires from their other location. They said my car would do the same thing, lol Right!WRONG, My car drove just fine with.the correct tires!!! Seriously Im Not the One!I called them once I got home, and informed the mechanic, he was surprised! He was going to inform them. The mechanic was a nice gentleman! But the guys who run the tire side buyer beware!

Horrible customer service and management skills. Got my tires balanced here and they did a horrible job and I came back and asked them to rebalance them and they barely had a conversation with me about it and said it was my fault. Tires and balancing were WORSE after visiting this place. Please go somewhere else people that value your business.

If I could give this place no stars I would. They have horrible customer service skills. We purchased a tire from them and it was a bad tire, took it back and they stated that it wasnt their tire, even with the receipt. Argued us down when in fact it was. Bought another tire and it went flat the same day, took it back and they were confrontational yet again. PSA DO NOTGO TO THEM, save your time and your money and go someplace where they treat you like a person because they definitely do not. Any place who will lie in your face, should not deserve your business. They have lost us as a customer and I hope you all can learn from our experience.

Quick fast service..

First and last time coming here for a tire!! My tire blew completely shredded......not only Im late for work at this point now I have to call a ride and find someone with a jack to get my old tire off and get a new used tire.....we pay the man $45 hurry throw the tire in trunk of a friends car and drive home so I can put the supposed New used tire on so I can go to work......well these folks sold me a tire that had already been plugged I can see the black stuff they plug it with hanging out and not only that their is a nail in the tire as well in between the tread.....i will NEVER come here again

If your looking for repairs dealing with any issues on your vehicle tires I would definitely reccommend. However if your needing services with the auto care department i would seriously avoid. The auto care department and tire department are two different services but both share the same business address. From my experience with the auto care department it seems as though the mechanics are out to make a quick dollar by telling you false problems about your vehicle. My suggestion to anyone who may decide to take their own risk with the auto care department is to request all invoice documents of the services they perform on your vehicle and get everything in writing. Otherwise you will be wasting your money on a service that is only out for your hard earn money.

Initially, I would have given this place a better rating, but once the tires were put on, I began having issues. When I went back (2x) to speak with someone about the issue, but either the manager was not available or the staff to do the tires were not available.Now I’m not able to get help because its past their “5 day policy.” Definitely would not go back again.

I bought 2 used tires here recently. One of the tires had a sidewall plug which led to a slow leak every 4-5 days. Tires were also overinflated to overlook the leak. After the 5 day warranty lapsed, I wasted $50 for a poor tire that I havent even had for a month. I was told because the owner will not return until mid January, there is nothing that could be done. I am very disappointed with the customer service, and I will be sure not to recommend this business anymore.

So I have been going here over a year and this morning made it the last time. The manager of the shop was very rude and argumentative with selling a tire. He informed me the price of the tire $50. I explain to him that I have been coming here so long and getting tires for $40 in my size. This manager stated that due to high demand of this tire size and he was down to his last 2 that is why it was high. It was explain to him from a customer perspective that there need to be some signs stating subject to change because if coming and always paying $40 was the norm. Then I also informed him that I have been coming so much that I could tell him how many times he has been late opening the shop. This manager once again told me he can open when he wants to; felt as though I was his boss. I explain to him that I am a customer and customer service should be what is important. Not only was I bringing my cars here and getting service. But I was referring people to them as well. Well here is my LAST referral...DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Bought two tires on July 23,2020. One blew out on I-75S right before university ave, which cause me to wreck my car. These people put a recapped tire on my front drivers side. They don’t care about well being of the neighbors they could’ve let me know the we’re recapped instead they decided to hustle me. They don’t care about putting a safe product out there so BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service. They are willing to work with you as a customer. They looked at my tires, and because the nail didnt pierce through the tire, they checked to see if I needed a plug. No plug was needed, and they still didnt charge me for the time they spent looking at my vehicle. I recommend them to anybody on the Southside

I took my rim there a minth ago for repair.. The young guy who put my rim back on... Didnt properly house my spate tire and jack.. He said.. Im jus gonna lay it there.. And he didnt return my 22 black/brown key to my rims. When i went back the other day to have my other rim checked.. And i advised him of my key he didnt return.. He told me to contact my dealership!! I only like the older gentleman..
