***PLEASE BE AWARE***A fraudulent crooked auto repair shop. Do not take your car here at all!!! They have my key and wont give it back all because they didnt communicate with me before working on my car as I previously asked them to do and when they called me, they tell me that my car is done and gave me a price that I never approved of. So of course payment wasnt made all because of them not honoring what they suppose to do. Now they want to be petty and hold my key and telling lies that the person who worked on my car went to jail and they havent heard from him and hes the one supposedly has the key. Luckily I have a spare key🙌🏾 But no worries, karma is something else when people do good people wrong.

Chris the mechanic is an honest dude... I thought I knew the issue with my truck and he told me after inspecting the part that it was still good and my issue was somewhere else. He could have replaced the part and told me I had other issues. I respect that... I definitely come back!

I bought my car to get serviced for an alternator and serpentine belt change on 08/23. 3 weeks later my car has no issues with the service that was provided.

Highly recommend this shop. I got my rear and front rotor fixed. I also got one brake pad fixed and front tire rotated. And the service plus the labor only cost 130.90. Just beautiful everything about them was absolutely beautiful.

I have been getting my car serviced at BOTS for two years. As a woman, it is difficult to find a reliable automotive repair shop that doesnt try to rip you off. The service is always excellent and the prices in comparison to other car repair places are reasonable. The owner, Kirk is a very customer-centric and knowledgeable about most domestic and foreign vehicles. What they dont know they are honest and willing to put in the research to best serve their customers. Highly recommended.

This business deserves 0 stars! This repair shop and owner Kirk is scammers! They DIAGNOSED and GUARANTEED that I will not have leak after they repaired. I paid for service $580 for oil leak that THEY diagnosed as my oil pan. My car still continued to leak. I went back and forth to them for 4 months, twice a week AND I live 1 hour away!. They still could not fix after many attempts. They even broke components on my wheel while TRYING to repair, by jacking my car up and putting on bricks in a dark alley, when they promised to put it on a lift.. He took it upon himself to take to get an outside diagnosis because he couldnt figure out why it still leaked, and tried to charge me for it? I didnt even authorized him to do this!! He then said, I had multiple leaks, and he fixed one!?! HUH??(#scratchingmyhead)..Does that make any sense?? HE DIAGNOSED IT FROM THE START, AS JUST THE OIL PAN and GUARANTEED there will be NO LEAK AFTER HE FIX... he then said he was not giving me my money back. SCAM!!! I took him to court, only for them to dismiss my case, Im assuming the judge think the bill he showed the court was something he paid, NOOOOO, that was the bill from him, that, I PAID!!..and I NEVER RECEIVED A DIME BACK. He even had fake documents (and call himself a christian man), Was told to appeal at state level and I will. One would think this wouldnt have gone as far as court, if he was an honest business man, but it did..My story, is the truth and nothing but the truth, so help me GOD!...This business is dishonest and will ruin your car. They will rob you and leave you with not only what you brought the car to them to fix, but other issue with your car. Im out of $580, gas money for my travels to their fake shell of a shop, still oil leak and now issues with my wheel. Would you trust their services after this?? Do I suppose to award him for terrible service? Do NOT USE THEM! Fake Christians and yet I still pray GOD have mercy on them.
