Andre is really cool and nice. I too am a women who knows what it feel like to be taken advantage of by a mechanic. Its funny because he was fixing on my sister car and when he finished I asked could he look at mine. He did no problem or question asked. I kind of already had a clue what it was and he confirm. When youre a woman your greatest fear is that a mechanic is going to see you coming and rip you off. My transmission started going out but I needed my car so I took it to this place. My car was fixed in a decent time frame and I felt the price was fair based on the quotes I got from other places around town. He kept me in the loop on what was going on and my car has been riding smooth. I will for sure go back to Andre, no question.

Not Too Shabby! Great Service!The owner and head mechanic Andre did a fantastic job on my work truck. I had an engine replacement and he was about $150 less than the other businesses that I contacted in my area (Riverdale) and he had the entire job done in less than 3 days. He answered all my questions, ordered and replaced all the parts I needed and when I thought I had issues, helped me process the warranty and get everything straightened out. I did not have ANY problems and my car has been running without any issues since February. I recommended him to my sons and my daughter as well.

Mr. Williams serviced my 2002 pontiac on 3 separate occasions. Items that were fixed on my car: my AC was blowing hot air, my transmission was not properly working and my car was running hot. I was sure that I needed a new transmission and Andre explained each item and that it ended up being a water pump issue that was MUCH less expensive! and my car has been running beautifully for over 3 months. He communicated and followed up. The AC issue had to be looked at again but i was not charged for his labor the second time. I appreciated the service, the follow up and as a single mom i felt taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone.

I took my truck to this guy back in October or November 2015 pay Andre $1100 to put an engine in. Now his shop is gone from the location on Donald Lee Hollowell PKWY my truck is gone and he wont return my calls. I have file a police report. Beware he still your money and your vehicle. He is just ripping people off. If you know where he is contact Atlanta PD they are looking for him.

DONT NOT HIRE THIS SHOP. Andre has had my car for over a month and has done nothin. He lies about where he’s at progress wise and does r take care of your vehicle. He constantly has personal issues and never actually does any work. I’m taking him to court as we speak to get my money back for poor service.

This guy whined to me about having negative reviews but DOES NOT know how to handle business. Spent over a grand on a engine install and it was all good. However not even two weeks later car stops and I try and call him (with zero issue about paying him again) I get my phone calls ignored. Luckily my savy girl friend called from here to our surprise he immediately answered and acted like it wasnt his problem. Trust me there are way better places to pay money and establish a relationship with a mechanic. Good news is I found one and my car is rolling no thanks this guy. Bad news is this isnt a good example about what happens when you support black businesses very disappointing.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICES AT Atlanta Automotive Experts. I WENT TO ANDRE 1 YEAR AGO TO HAVE MY SATURN SERVICE FOR TRANSMISSION REPAIRS. HE DID FIX MY CAR. I WENT BACK TO HIM LAST MONTH TO WORK ON MY CAR AGAIN. I GAVE HIM A DEPOSIT. AND HE REFUSE TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT MONEY. SHADED BUSINESS SHOP.

I loved my experience at Atlanta Automotive Experts. I was really in a bind when my engine went out on my car and they really helped me. The owner Andre personally took me to Lithonia to get an engine because I had no transportation. We drove back and he put the engine in my car. The price was very affordable and I had my car up and running within 4 days. Im a working single mother of two so its truly a blessing when you find someone honest and gives you a break.

This guy is the BEST.He gave me a great quote over the phone and drove all the way to lithonia to pick up my keys and then to norcross to get my stranded car. I am so grateful he had my car fixed and back on the road in 3 days as promised. We will definitely be using them again for our auto repairs. Thanks again.

Terrible follow up! Service is worst. I had an engine replacement done in August 2015, the engine didnt last a month. it was replaced via the warranty and it lasted maybe a month and a half. We have not heard from the owner of the company since then. The company has also relocated, but, still have my vehicle. Beware of using this company because they dont stand behind the service and are literally thieves as they have not refunded the cost of the warrantied engine or made the repairs as they were paid to do.

He was supposed to have my hood painted and fix the A/C. After he had my car for 1.5 weeks and I couldnt get in touch with him at all, I drove to his shop. My car was not fixed, instead he had taken it for his personal use and put hundreds of miles on it. His familys phones were connected to my media system (my daughter took pics). My previously clean backseat was full of grease and the full tank that the car had when he picked it up was now less than half full. This is a Hyundai Sonata and doesnt use much gas. He refused to give me my hood or disclose the location. I had to call the police and file a report. Finally, another week later, the guys he rents his space from helped me get my hood back. They said that people come by constantly to complain and wonder what happened to their cars. Police had been there before on several occasions as well. I also gave him 2 large bottles of Freon worth $50 that I previously purchased to put in my car, but he definitely used it on another car. Probably his own since he told me that his truck was leaking Freon. Andrew said he put it in my car but never checked if it was working... That sounds reasonable? He never gave me an explanation or an apology. Youve been warned!!! He is a crook! I just found out he bend my hood and hinges as well... smh

I called him asking for a simple tow. He said he would tow and fix my car for $100. Once he towed my car to his shop he found about $600 worth of maintenance and told me to pick it up on the 16th. He calls me two days before the 16th and states that he found more issues and would have to order more parts. My car is still not fixed and he tells me he will be charging storage fees starting tomorrow. This guy is a crook.

I took my car to andre to do a whole list of work on my Honda . I needed an engine replaced (he quoted me 600 for the engine and 400 for labor) and also I needed a new catalyc converter (he quoted me 250 labor and parts) and replace the radiator. He told me he could do these things in three business days seeming the other things are fairly simple to fix the hardest thing would be the engine. It took him over three days to begin working on my car and over a week from then to complete these things! In the mist of doing this I got several updates saying I need to pay more money for other issues on my car. Such as an engine mount (that he told me cost $60. I agreed and then when I get my bill its $60+100 labor! Why? when you already had my engine out the car its all of four screws to take a mount off and put one on and you never disclosed these extra costs). My car also pulled a code for transmission sensor I asked him to price one and he said ok and he would call me back in a few minutes. 4 hours later I have to call him back for him to let me know he already put the part on my car and I will owe him that money plus some before he can finish working on my car... Note. My car wont even drive now for some unknown reason (car cuts off when I hit gas or put into drive) and wont fix this issue until i pay him (my car was drivable before hand). My car was left unlocked, my windows left down and my hood left open in the rain while it was sitting @ his lot. My emergency tools are missing from my car as well. Do not use this mechanic. He will hold your vehicle WAY TOO long and charge you WAY MORE THAN what was quoted and the problem may never get fixed with or without warranty...

This man is disrespectful and all out doors. He picked up my 2001 BMW 325ci on Feb 11 to change the engine that he told me would take a week with a $900 deposit. After 2 weeks went by without hearing a word from him. I began calling but didnt reach him for another 2 weeks. Nothing done to my car. Said he got into some legal trouble and he is back now. Told me he would jump right on my car. I have been calling and texting this man and he will not pick up, return my calls, or text me back. Finally got him on the phone where he told me he changed the engine and that he was on his way to pick up some parts to complete my car. A week went by and nothing so I went out there. To my surprise my car hadnt been touched from the day he got it. No engine change no nothing. My head light is busted and my windown is open so the rain is getting in my car and my key is still in the ignition.This man is the worst person to do business with. He is a crook and shady character. He took my money and just have my car sitting. Today is April 5th and i went to his shop at 9am of course he still wasnt there. One guy call him for me and he kept hanging up on me. I still dont have my car fixed or started nor my money. Beware of going to this man. He hangs up in you as if you owe him something when in fact it is him that owes me. But god got a special place for people like him. Its not over. Trust me... He is the true example of an unprofessional shady crooked lying disrespectful business person. If you take your car here after reading this I dont feel sorry for you when he do you the same way.
