Sign advertises a 6-in-1 screwdriver for $2.99, but it only has 4 bits. It has 6 pieces, but only 4 different uses. I was disappointed.

Great little local store. Staff are always wanting to help you find anything you need. Prices are better than ACE and I like supporting small business. They have always had the little stuff I need up to larger tools and items.

The minute you walk into this True Value store you are always greeted and asked if you need any help. I dont always need help but its nice to have them there for those times I do. I just cant say enough about how great their customer service is.The other wonderful thing is that the people working there can always help you with any project youre working on - they have such an abundance of knowledge. Just learned today that they have a lovely variety of plants and picked up a few for my garden. Truly a One-Stop place.

The store and the staff here are great. You walk in the door and they are there waiting for you to help with what ever crazy project Im working on.

Fantastic service. Its more expensive on some items than the big box store, but for hardware it is so much cheaper. I normally get everything I want and check out in 5 minutes or less. Unless you go on a busy Saturday, there is almost always someone there to direct you to exactly what you want!

I shop here for the convenience not the prices. The staff is great. One other thing of note, if you want to buy something in bulk you can actually save some money, you just need to let the store manager know ahead of time and they will work something out for you. Bird seeds are a great example.

Staff is always so happy to help with any questions and guide you to the right section. Started my gardening a little late so this isnt usually as applicable but I get 26 seed packets for 4 dollars as theyre currently 75% off and still have quite a bit of flowers and vegetables (can always stock up!).

Man, I love this store. I just found a new favorite paint, thanks to them too. I needed a Gliddon paint, and the local big box stores couldnt figure out how to take my order for pickup over the phone. On a whim I called True Value in Rio Rancho because I heard that they could match paint codes. Answer was yes :-) I bought a test gallon, and loved it. I requested 20 more gallons and thought that there would be a small shade mismatch from the original gallon. The 5 gallon mix exactly matched that first gallon, and the paint is very, very good. This is thick paint, so use a 1/2 nap roller to apply. I bought the Easy Care Ultra Premium interior eggshell. The application is a little lower as the paint is so thick, but that is what happens with quality paint. Very good hiding capability, and from what I can tell the durability looks like it will be exceptional.

Great place for what you need. I am a young widow and they have taught me what I needed to know to complete honey do tasks around my home. They remember me every time I go into that store. The lady behind the counter may not be the most welcoming with a fake Welcome to Whatever without looking up, but she will ask if you are not sure where to go what you need help with. She will get someone to assist you. Most customers are repeat customers and know where they need to go. The rest of the staff is outstanding! They are very knowledgeable! I love the small town feel of the store. That is becoming rare these days. I shop there for all my project needs.

The big box stores cannot even compete with their selection of small parts!

Very helpful..they carry all plumbing stuff for old Amrep shower and bath repair perfect because no one else does..you would have to have a copper sweater to fix pipes if they didnt carry them
