Ace is a great place. You can find a treasure trove of items. They have something for everyone home owner or renter. You cant go wrong with friendly staff and quality products.

Couldnt find item I looked up online by myself, asked and helpful employee led me straight to it.

The cashier was extremely helpful and exchanged my hose for another without any glitched and she also shook my old paint no problem!

I have been getting my propane from ace and only ace for the most part of the winter. So in the past I had called to see until what time can I get propane I was told 7:45 . Today I got there exactly 7:45 and I was refused service. I had been led to believe that I was a valued customer I guess the truth comes out Im not the type of customer with the same color money as the person that was just helped right before me. What can a person do. I guess doing thing things the right way if youre the wrong color dont pay..

Staff are always helpful! If they dont have it, they offer alternative options at other hardware stores.

Rude older lady with glasses who works here wanted me to do her job for her...stating over and over that I had bring in multiple compost bags for her to scan. I knew the sku # but that wasnt good enough. I just walked out and went to Jerichos. Better soil and friendly service.

I love this store and everything it has to offer. Unfortunately theres an employee there named Tanya that acts as if my presence was offensive every time that I end up having her as a cashier. Shes not rude but extremely discourteous, she honestly makes me feel like I am the most unwelcome person in the entire store. For some reason anytime that I come in to get help at that store she will just stand there and stare at me without saying anything other than just trying to take my money and get me to leave. Any other person that comes in there she will giggle and hehe and strike up conversation and be cordial but for some reason she treats me like Im the biggest waste of her time. I honestly doubt it has anything to do with me personally but for some reason it seems to be something that I can depend on to get from her. Jennifer on the other hand is extremely compassionate and makes me really appreciate the family-owned quality of this Pioneer Ace Hardware. Im sure the pandemic has everybody down but there has to be some give and take. As a former Customer Service Rep and Manager of nearly 15 years I can say without hesitation that Tanya needs some empathy or compassion or some other human quality other than a sense of humor. I could expect this from a teenager at Walmart or McDonalds but not from a grown woman at a hardware store thats family oriented.

We bought a chainsaw today with Mikes help and expertise. He helped us make sure we were buying the size we needed and also gave us a very informational tutorial on every aspect of the product. He also made sure we purchased the correct fuel and accessories. We cant say enough about his kindness and helpfulness. Thanks to Mike we feel very good about our purchase. We plan to go back and purchase a weed eater from him next.

Went in looking for a couple of items. I was unsure about exactly which items I would need to fit the job I was doing. They wore more then happy to help, and also suggested other options. Great customer service and wide variety of items.

Very polite staff. Ive been to this location more times than I can remember and theres a reason I keep going back, the employees and their willingness to help the customer! Ive walked in with a bolt, held it up and asked where I could find it and I was directed promptly to the correct bin. Another time I was in need of a metal strap and a hose retainer, I asked about the items and again was promptly directed to the location of the items. These guys know their store are always ready to assist you.

The associates are nice but they need to be taught how to retrieve these promised coupons from downloading the APP. Supposedly, I was to have $5 off after downloading. It didnt happen and they gave me a lousy 10% off a $6 item. Not impressed.

The staff was snobby and looked like they did not want to be there. On top of that, they took 47 mins to check me out. None of the staff seemed to know what they where doing. Will not recommend this place. F

This location is okay all Aces are different because theyre owned by different people and carry different stuff Ive seen items that you could buy at Harbor Freight here and they mark up the price. With that said they do have a nice selection of stuff that you are looking for but they might not have exactly what youre looking for in the brand you are looking for

Sharon the manager is excellent. I bought yellow Velspar paint. It was guaranteed to cover in one coat. It did not cover with 2 coats. Sharon refunded my money and helped me get a better paint.

I NEVER take the time to write GOOGLE Reviews. Actually I never write any reviews. But today we will make an exception as I have had a couple uncomfortable experiences at this particular store now. This time it was on the phone last time it was in person. Both times trying to get help or ask any questions the person helping me (two different people) was short, not friendly and gave me the notion that I was bothering them. I like to give my money to locally owned business but in this case I’ll be Taking my money elsewhere from now on. This is sad because I work in an industry that I could have spent a considerable amount of money. All they had to do was Slow down and care about the customer.....SMH🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

I have been working on a small project to help my turtle have a better habitat. The staff was tremendously helpful. I was there standing by the PVC pipes thinking. How am I going to do this? I dont know how long I was waiting but all of a sudden one of the employees finally snaps me out of my confusion. I am bad at remembering names but he was an older gentleman with a cool looking mustache. He brought more clarity to my mission. I was able to pick out 3/4 PVC pipes and then I was on my way home. Since my little one was losing patience. But then I remembered I needed to get PVC elbow fittings and a faucet to garden hose adapter. I did three trips going back and forth to my house, trying to figure out which adapter worked for my faucet. I probably should have asked for help sooner cause another employee came up to me and noticed that I have been there three different occasions. This employee was a nice bald gentleman. Finally, with his help I was able to get the adapter and the right PVC elbows to make my turtle contraption. Its to bad I cant bring the employees home to help me with this project. I also want to make a shout out to the person working the register for processing my mishaps and going through the return and exchange process more than two times. Thanks and I will probably be back soon. Not joking I will be back real soon.

Its a hardware store. They dont have lumber and the garden department is small, but the hardware selection is way better than the big box stores.

A little pricey but you can find hard to find hardware there and the People are great especially Sheriff who will always make your day and your visit worth while.

This is by far the most rude Ace I have ever been in. The people are unfriendly and it seems as though we put them out and are in there way while there. I even talked with another customer that said the same, they dislike the people and the way they treat their customers. As a lifelong Ace shopper and member, I wont be back.

Before the pandemic the staff was rude and unhelpful. But now they are also clearly violating the Governors health orders because only one staff member was wearing a mask on May 19th, even though everyone was required to wear one in public starting May 16th. Wanted to try to give a local business our support but will not return.
