Nice coin shop in Ridgewood. Polite people and they give you good prices if you decide to sell or buy.
Google should remove from “coin appraisal” search They dont appraise if you go for an appraisal they will say “if your not going to sell im not going through every coin” HORRIBLE SERVICE
Their website has been hacked.
Wonderful friendly staff and a large selection of coins and stamps. Highly recommended.
Very helpful will come back to buy more stuff
The coin shop has been an eye sore in the area. Add that to the guy behind the counter is very rude and talks down to people. Then comes the insult of an offer on the product one is trying to sell. They will first grind your item on a stone way too much in order to verify the gold content. Three short swipes is enough to test for gold content along with the acid.Try selling silver coins minted in 1964 or prior and they will offer less than the price of silver not to mention the numismatic value of the coin, for which they claim not to care about.I rated the owners, employees of this piss poor business one star because there are no negative stars.People beware your coins are worth more so do some reading before going into this piranha shop.GOOD LUCK.
One of a kind coin shop, unique, lots of info on coins, paper money medals etc!!!
