I had a great experience without an appointment.., Eric was my salesman and even though they had only one cash register and the rest were for charge cards. I paid cash and had to wait quiet a bit of time because of a non thinking sales associate who would not log out for at least two to three minutes so I could be on my way..., Eric felt what any of us.. I paid and I have to go syndrome he got the manager involved and in the following minutes ( 5 more ) my phone was on receipt in hand and on my way.

This review is not for this particular store, but for T-mobile/Sprint as a whole.My friend and I share a plan, we both were due for upgrades, and we had sprint. This was our first time dealing with T-mobile instead of sprint, thinking we would be able to walk into the store and be treated like a t mobile customer because they merged with sprint, dead wrong. It has now been a month since my friend ordered and received his upgrade, and it has been a nightmare ever since, we went in to upgrade my phone and wanted to pay his old phone off and it took the adviser over 2 hours just to find the right line and he blamed it on sprint. Then told us there was nothing he could do about paying off my old phone, so all together we have been dealing with sprint for well over a combined 18 hours, dealing with shipping, returning s etc.And they blame it on t mobile? This is the sloppiest business I have ever dealt with, and then we find out today that sprint t canceled the new from being shipped thus, and no one knows what the hell is going on.both of these companies are garbage.

You guys need a class on customer service, especially the girl with the black curly hair, I believe she might be Hispanic. Extremely rude. Seriously, customer satisfaction is the #1 priority in ANY successful business and people with a nasty attitude will always bring you and the company down so either fix it or remove the problem by letting her go.

Im glad Im glad T-Mobile has that personal connection. I do not like talking to robots or computers because they dont think. But, at the same time, T-Mobile has to bear in mind that these young people they hire are dealing with older folks and they need to have much respect. They need to stop being condescending.

Great!! I left them over a year ago to go to Sprint. Knowing that T-mobile was going to buy them and take over. Was hoping to get a better priced plan until the merger. HUGE MISTAKE!! Ended up paying the same as I was and had terrible service. Took my Sprint phone to T-mobile today and got one of their sim cards. Can already tell a difference in call quality and a huge difference in data speeds. Glad to be back with T-mobile again.

Elise was amazing she helped me after I had a very bad customer service experience from the T-Mobile off of Brook Road. She helped me out with no issues and quick friendly service which was needed after a long day of work and having to go out of my way to get better service. Elise made my day with her customer service and smile that Im sure she had on behind her mask lol!!! You guys need to give her a nice raise she does her job very well.

I have had phones with sprint>Verizon>and now T-Mobile. I have been so pleased with my T-Mobile experience. The customer service is the best customer service I have ever experienced period. T-Mobile isnt perfect like every company, but T-Mobile works the hardest to get it right. And the representatives at the Staples Mill location mirror that!

We came to this location, after being completely disappointed by AT&T, to enquire about switching our plan over. Maria, our sales associate, and the manager, Tim, were quick to help us and begin working out a plan that would work best for our family. They were both very informative and really cared about making sure we were getting the best deal, that we were happy, and that we completely understood what they were doing and why. Maria spent so much time with us and definitely gave us the best experience weve ever had getting new phones. We all got the phones we wanted and a much better plan, for less than we were paying at AT&T. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend T-Mobile, this location, and the amazing staff here too! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great Experience! Maryleen was very friendly and helpful and did everything she could to assist me. Tim stepped in and went above and beyond, trying all possible solutions before coming to the conclusion that there was absolutely nothing they could do to fix it but we did figure out an alternative option and I walked out with a working phone! I highly recommend this location!

Excellent customer service given to us by Sarah and her AWESOME TEAM- Josh and Lucas are on point! We are always greeted upon entering the store and always addressed by name. Seriously, this store has great customer service and you always see the same faces no matter when you visit this store. The manager makes sure all customers are treated with respect and are happy upon leaving. And they have a Spanish speaking team member!

All they are concerned about is the sale. Product knowledge is zero. Horrible customer service. They are only nice to you when they want to get the sale. After you walk out of the store with the phone and come back again its a totally different experience. I wish I could rate them below 1. And the manager at the store is useless when solving customer problems.

Very slow service. They need to hire more than 2 people for the after 5 hours. I waited an entire hour of waiting, just to be told I couldnt be helped to my satisfaction. The ladies were nice but the wait time is too long!!!

Tmobile should really have kept the self serve kiosk for payments because having to wait everytime just to make a payment is a pain especially since employees can get stuck with the same customer for quite some time. But overall the staff are always friendly.

The sales department, they just wanted to make sales but they dont need customer satisfaction, they give false information and make customers to buy new phones and when they dont qualify for offers they just say sorry and they blame us.... i experienced it recently with BOGO offer and they are sorry for us and giving $100 off for their mistake.......worst T mobile
