Absolute terrible experence! This is a story that is currently unfolding, but we have paid this company for windows and doors package for a high end SF home we are building...part of the doors and window order is now months late, plus some of the unit we did receive are of inferior construction. This order cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, and as this post they have become unresponsive. We will update this review as this thing unfolds, but my advise would be buyer beware..
