Customer service is a joke with this company. Tried to get an estimate for lumber, siding, decking, windows, interior and exterior doors, and interior trim. Was told I would have the estimates within a week and a half. 8 weeks later and finally received the lumber estimate, after numerous weekly phone calls and emails. Unless you are a big contractor, they act like they dont want your business. We ended up buying our trusses from them and some were missing, even though we paid for them, trying to get reimbursed for the missing trusses has been extremely challenging. Never contacting you back, making you do all the follow up and work.
