New cafe in town opened i guess a month ago. Cozy cafe thats serves really good bakery breakfast food, however when i got a chicken pesto sandwich for lunch and firstly its a very good portion but they just served in a regular grocery shop white bread, rather i am expecting some sort of artisan bread. Chicken didn’t taste very fresh, looks stale. Pesto sauce was good but i wish they add a bit more of it to the sandwich. Good coffee. But i would like to do one more visit in couple of weeks or so and give one more try.

This is an awesome place. Great food. Wonderful customer service. Try out their breakfast croissants and coffee as well.

I’m in town for work and it’s a struggle to find places that are actually open in downtown right now. I’m so happy this coffee shop is open! The coffee is fantastic and so are the breakfast sandwiches. The owner is also incredibly nice. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in town.

This place is absolutely one of my favorites. The staff was sociable and attentive. The place has a nice feel to it. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I liked.

This place is wonderful. The folks working here are friendly and laid back. The orange juice is straight from Florida, the coffees good and their breakfast biscuits are fresh and really really good. So happy I stopped here passing through town. You wont be disappointed if you enjoy breakfast food or coffee

In town for day on business, stumbled upon this cafe. Cold brew coffee was solid and breakfast croissant was 10/10. Fresh baked and hand crafted by the owner right in front of me.

Got a Caprese Breakfast Biscuit, Chickpea Salad Side and Coffee for $10. Generous portion on the breakfast biscuit and the side was fresh made and only $2. The guy making the food seemed like the owner and was very friendly and after he completed all the orders he came out and checked in with customers. Definitely going back!

Great sandwiches--the Reuben is my fave, but all the selections here are fresh and delish. Wade is the owner and he is also on the grill, so everything is on point! 5 stars.

Stumbled on this cute coffee shop while on a day trip to Richmond. Outstanding coffee and breakfast sandwiches and the best customer service Ive experienced recently! Incredibly nice owner that made me want to return next time Im in the city!

Update, they are selling Diet Coke now. Food and staff are consistently good.I have been here twice for lunch. I love their roast beef panini. The staff is nice and the prices are ok. I just wish they sold diet coke. My coworkers like this place too.

Nothing special. Coffee is decent, but you can get a decent cup of caffeine anywhere.Food was uninspired and mediocre at best. Wake cafe is the perfect spot to ponder the disappointing decisions you have made throughout life during a mid-life crisis.

This café is a hidden gem! With the Art Deco theme and high ceilings, this place is athletically pleasing and a great place to sit, chill and enjoy a great cup of coffee. Having lived in Italy for 3 years, I’ve learned to identify as appreciate quality coffee and these folks serve it! I was pleasantly surprised to see they serve a true macchiato, prepared the Italian way and not the abomination Starbucks peddles. Equally impressive is the owners passion for coffee but also his and his assistant’s friendliness. I look forward to making a B-line to the shop next time I am in town!

Stumbled upon while walking the street and stopped by for a cup of Macchiato and boy it was perfectly hot and delicious with enough foam to my taste. Liked my experience and would go back surely.
