I came in to get my screen fixed on an iPhone 8plus (I know it’s old you don’t have to say it 😅) and got it fixed no problem. Had a slight issue when I left but they fixed it again no problem. Also bought some nice accessories

Brought in an iPhone for a cracked screen repair. Chris, who was at the counter, was courteous, responsive and friendly. I dropped off the phone, grabbed a burger at a place down the block, and by the time I got back, the phone was ready to go. Thanks to Brandon for doing a great job.

I was so impressed with fruit fixed and Brandon. I came in at 7:48 pm (12 minutes to closing) with a cracked phone screen. I expected to drop off the phone and pick it up the next day, since it seemed unreasonable for a technician to perform a repair so close to closing. To say that Im pleased is an understatement! I have stored a tremendous collection of great music on my Classic iPod 160Gb. Its battery failed. At the Apple store I was treated rudely and derisively. Thats too old! We dont service those any more. My next errand happened to be at Batteries&Bulbs to spruce up my key fobs. I asked if they could replace my iPods battery. The tech said FruitFixed. Thats what they do. I brought my iPod in at 11:30 am - no appointment necessary in contradistinction to the Apple Store. A quick look, and I was told Oh, good, We keep that battery in stock, and theres no soldering involved. It will be ready in about an hour. And it was!!! When I picked it up, I asked, Did everything work OK? Quick response: Oh, yes. We always check that all functions are restored in case any other work is necessary. What a joy, riding home while listening to Handels Water Music Suite 2 on my restored device. Thanks, FruitFixed!

Came in with moisture in my phone alerts beeping. They told me that id need to replace the port for $128. When I returned to pick up my phone, they were able to just clean up the port and all was well for only $37. So very nice to go to a business thats honest and not just out for every buck they can possibly make. Ill be back and recommend FF again and again!

Someone seems to have stolen or lost my MacBook charger after I turned it in while my laptop was supposed to be repaired. I was told they dont take chargers, but the person who took my laptop certainly did. I didnt receive a response about it, just told theyd call me back if they found it and they didnt. The charger was just bought pretty recently. Another gentleman did graciously remove the screen protector on my iPhone screen, which I couldnt seem to get off, but I was still super disappointed my charger was lost especially because I cant afford a new one.

Brought them an iMac that was over 11 years old. He did not immediately turn us away, but stated it may take a while to find out what was wrong and if it could be fixed. It did take a while however, that’s what it takes to be meticulous and thorough. Very satisfied with the customer service, efficiency, and value that I found there. I would highly recommend them, if you have something even if it’s older to give them a try.

Brought my iphone 11 in today after calling for pricing and timing estimate. The phone call fast, courteous, and they said it would only take about 30 minutes to fix my cracked screen which was causing glitches in the phone making it unuseable. When I walked in the service was super kind, funny and even let me know it would be cheaper than I originally thought! They went above and beyond in the service and it made my day.
