Best SWEET FROG EVER Chole is AWESOME She Has the Best Customer Service I Have seen Since the Pandemic lol She greeted me in and out the door and my two little boys loved her !!! It was My oldest Birthday :) the establishment was very clean and my kids loved their frozen yogurt . Thank you Sooo much Chole for making our experience GREAT :) !!

Store was closed yesterday at lunch but had weatherproof metal tables and a few chairs on sidewalk out front. Was sitting at one of the tables waiting for food from next door and a lady working inside actually came out and told us we couldnt sit there. Incredible being that they werent even open. Asked us and another gentlemen sitting at the other table to leave. Still cant even get my head around that one.

They ran out of lids, so I had to use their saran wrap from a dirty box. Almost changed my mind. Then they turned the machine around so I could Sign, and it forced me to give the cashier a tip!! What about a discount for no lid?

Good store. Always clean and organized and they have a good selection of yogurt. One thing that really bothers me is the tip jar at the cash register. Tipping is meant for people who do work for you like a waitress, a bellhop, or even a cab driver. They get a tip because in some way they provided a service to you. The people at Sweet frog in no way provide a service to you. They keep the items organized and clean, thats not helping, thats their job. They cash you out at the end - again its their job. Do you tip the cashier at the grocery store for ringing up your it me? Remove the tip jar.

I hadnt realized until this moment that I hit the 3 star rather than the 4 star. The reason for my 4 star rating is simply because of the lack of staff at the time of my visit. This seemed to add stress to the employee who was there which certainly showed. The dessert was delicious and the topping were aplenty but the staffing at that time left a little to be desired. I appreciate the owner offering to make it better but will be back regardless of a discounted treat or not. The frozen yogurt is awesome and thats why I shop at this store.

This place is great! Theyre always so friendly and helpful. We had my sons birthday party there and it was great! Their flavors are delicious!

The best step up from Baskin Robbinz and B.R. has some good quality. Something new where you make your own dessert. Its a great way to bond with your kids/family at this spot bcus you guys make all the decisions together about an item. 5 stars

I love this spot because it carries my favorite flavor... Original Tart. And it is conveniently located near me. I dont have to travel far. The customer service is awesome. I couldnt ask for better.

We come to this location all the time. It is right up the street from our house. The staff is always very nice and tries to let us know about following on Facebook and signing up for the email list to get the promotions. But even with it being so close and the staff being so nice the store could definitely use a deep clean and a little TLC.Came back a few months later and the store could still use some tlc. The find the blue star promo in the board is for a drink so I was told although it doesn’t say so.

The employee that was working was very friendly and the place was clean. Many choices of frozen yogurt and toppings (bar style) which my kids love! We also really love the No Weigh Wednesdays that they do.

I loved this sweet frog when I lived here a couple years ago so we decided to stop through on our way home to Virginia Beach yesterday and it was the worst $10 Ive spent in a long time. More than 1/2 of the bar was empty. There was rotting strawberries in the container and the two young ladies were both at the register though neither greeted you or stopped gossiping about their personal lives long enough to swipe your credit card. I dont think a single customer in line had either of them say anything other than the amount their bill was to them during our time there. The back counter had items to fill the bar all over it but you can bet they werent making it into the container for the paying customers. Visited @ 6:37PM and will not be back.

I loved the idea of having a sweet frog right down the street from my house, however, after receiving terrible customer service from one particular employee, I had to start going to the Carytown location instead. Heavy set woman who is usually the cashier is always very rude, never greets, leans forward on the counter while ringing up customers, just outright poor customer service. Ill stick to Carytown.

Great selection of flavors! Toppings as far as the eye can see! Ok, maybe a small exaggeration there. But the topping selection is awesome! Service ain’t half bad either.

Me and my fiance has been to this place multiple times recently the last two times that we went the service was awful has Messi I think from now on were going to be trying other Sweet Frogs the cheesecake bites Corner Bar and we let the lady know and she still did not change it so I think he just didnt care so because of that and some other things we will not be back to this week called it was an awful experience
