Every time I shop here the employees are welcoming! Elliott went above and beyond with helping me redeem my rewards! I truly appreciate their consistency! I have been a loyalty member for years and they never disappoint at this location! Please shop here and become a loyalty member too!! It has its perks!

The lady was super sweet waiting on my 3 yr old to make a decision and then she suggested the swirl ice cream which he enjoyed. It was expensive but hey its Godiva! The ice cream was good

Godiva my favorite chocolates store! Did you know that Godiva has softserve icecream? Flavors are Dark Chocolate, Vanilla, and ChocolateVanilla Swirl. Customer service is excellent! Godivas icecream is the only icecream that I can have that is ok to my tummy. Godiva offers top quality chocolates, and is worth ever dollar!

The bigger lady here is the most rudest absurd person! Came in to hear her YELLING her head off at a customer stating she’s “ a private business and can refuse service to whom ever she wants to” unbelievable !! Left the store immediately! We’re in 21st century after all, plenty of other places to support with normal customer service .

Workers are super helpful and patient. All the products are super delicious. Their membership program is worth it since you get a free truffle every month. Can be pricey but their sales are awesome and the chocolate is definitely worth it.

Customer service is the worse I’ve seen in a while! Employee is super rude here, wouldn’t serve me and yelled at me because I have a medical condition and didn’t have my mask on my nose only over my mouth.

I love to go here, and for this specific visit, they gave me $10 off for my birthday.Even though I miss the white chocolate raspberry bouchees, the substitutes they recommended were quite tasty. and we were surprised at this visit to find that they had individually wrapped sugar-free chocolate.

These chocolates were amazing. The truffles are to die for. Tried the 75 percent chocolate dark chocolate and it was extremely bitter like it should be. I would totally visit again. They had samples and were very eager to offer them. As always this is an expensive chocolate place. And youd only truly enjoy it if you have a liking for dark chocolate. But if you do, id recommend getting the dark chocolate mints. They are amazing.

Im probably biased because I work here but I can honestly say the stuff they sell here is amazing. Yes, its pricey, but its amazing and high quality so shut up and stop complaining about it. This isnt Hersheys. Very friendly people on staff and lots of things to choose from. Even their soft-serve is great! Get the Oreo Chocolixer its heavenly. My favorite truffle is the Midnight Swirl.

Well its chocolate what more do I need to say. I loved the friendly staff who gave samples to me and my granddaughter. And the soft serve ice cream was a wonderful surprise.

Premium chocolate with great taste and quality. It may feel a little expensive but its worth it. Great gift for special occasions.

This place is a must everytime we go to short pump town center. Love the dark chocolate they carry. They always have a good selection of sweets for whatever you are looking for. The chocolate covered strawberries are a must. Bring your wallet because this is one of the more expensive sweets shops but overall its well worth every bite.

Some mustachioed employee was rude to use about where to line up. But there were no signs indicating where to line up. Then some other customers came in and he was commenting to other employees rudely in front of everyone about where people were lining up. No need to be rude to people who are lining up to buy your stuff. If the organization of the lines is so important to your operation put up some signs and some velvet ropes to help people understand.

I would deem that confections here as middle of the road.... There is better... and there is worse .... Yet, my daughter still appreciates them

The people that work there didnt even look at me, not busy at all. I was going to buy some chocolate . Look like they were avoiding contact. Customer service doesnt exist rarely anymore.

Godiva is the beeeeeest. The chockilixer is my favorite and of course the chocolate there is really good. Sometimes when you buy chocolate there, you can get 1 or a couple for free which is a great thing about that place.

My go to store for friends and relatives with a posh and polished sweet tooth. Ive always had friendly and helpful service here, but guy at the register last time was really warm and welcoming.

Dont shop here. My child was ripped off by the worker. My child and her friends made a purchase. The total was each $4.01 and they each gave a $5 bill. He proceeded to count change but then closed the drawer without giving it to them and said thank you. He also never gave them a receipt so they could dispute it. Thats just wrong. They were too shy to confront him alone. When I confronted him he was rude and dismissive. He kept changing his story. Its only a small amount but you dont rip off kids! Disgraceful.

This location is in a busy and popular mall, and it is Christmas. They had not nearly enough staff to handle the traffic, so I ended up leaving after wait for ten minutes, and people cutting in line. No apologies were given. I wont likely patronize Godiva again.

Went in for the buy one get one for national ice cream day but the ice cream mchimma wasnt working. They offered us the same deal for their chocolixer... Which my family loves. It was made poorly with no ice and no whipped cream, bit what I have had on many other occasions at many different godiva locations nationwide. Was very dissatisfied.

My grandson and I went in for a treat after a good day of playing. The cashier, a heavyset guy was blantly rude to my grandson who is 6 after he didnt give him enough money to pay. He doesnt understand money at his age. I asked him to be patient I would give him more money and he got SMART with me. I asked for mgr and she wasnt much better so apparently they allow this kind of rudeness in their work place. I left my name and phone number for general mgr to call me. No surprise he didnt.Dont waste your time or money on this place they dont appreciate your business or you.

Employees are always an issue. Hire people that you want to represent your highly priced treats at least!

What a wonderful experience visiting the Godiva shoppe at Short Pump today was! The manager was very personable and showed me the hand dipped items she was creating today. The berry cup must be one of the best things Ive ever had! Ill definitely have to try the Trufflelata the next time Im there. Also, dont miss the Tiramisu or Cannolli truffles!
