Spent about $25k on kitchen and bathroom cabinets along with flooring . Andy is THE BEST. He and his wife, the Customer service representative at the front desk, will literally bend over backwards for you! Any problem we encountered and he was right on top of it and it was fixed within that same day. HIS installers were great and a very trustworthy group of guys. OK I definitely would recommend him to anyone. His wife even gave me tips on how to decorate and paint accordingly to match the colors of my cabinets. EXCELLENT Job i highly recommend.

We LOVE working with the staff at Hager Cabinets. We recently ordered kitchen cabinets for a remodel. When we originally placed the cabinet order our delivery time was 12 weeks. Neal called us to let us know that the company we ordered our cabinets from extended the delivery time to 5 months. Not the news anyone wants to hear however he was very honest with us and even took the time to explain some different cabinet options if we didnt want to wait. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Went to purchase flooring, specifically tile. The funny desk lady was friendly but the man at the flooring desk wouldnt acknowledge we were even there. I was ready to just leave but my wife insisted we get pricing on a couple of items she liked. We went back up front and the lady called back to the flooring desk informing him we needed help. He very reluctantly got out of his chair and asked a few questions but it was obvious he didnt want to help us. Also, he wouldnt put a mask on even though it was mandated by the KY government and signs were on the door saying you couldnt enter without a mask due to COVID-19 protocol. Much to my wifes disapproval, I told him nevermind if he wasnt going to wear a mask to protect me, my wife, and young daughter. I will never go back, even after this pandemic is over. They may be a good source for local builders but not you DIYers.

The guys there are awesome and so helpful especially William, Tyler and Robby will definitely be coming back with all my lumber needs

Very unorganized and unethical. We were hired to work for Hager on their projects, and have not been paid for our work. No one will call us back and we have filed a lien on their customers home. Be cautious before you hire Hager, they do not pay their subs and you may have liens filed against your property.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a pantry cabinet that cost 800$ when it arrived it was veneer on the sides with a big scratch that had been stained. I contacted Neal the salesman and was only told that they would order a new panel that we would have to install. I told them how dissatisfied I was with this cabinet. I was told that they don’t let you return a item unless it’s one they keep in stock. Since most of all the cabinets are special order if it arrives and it’s not what you want you are stuck with it. I wish I had went to Lowe’s or any other place that sells cabinets. I won’t be shopping at Hager Cabinets again.

I preferred working with the folks at Hager over the folks at the big box stores (which I tried first). I bought kitchen cabinets and some flooring and felt the folks at Hagers wanted me to like the end product, not just get a sale. Id go back to these local folks for my next project.
