Lots of premade meals you can heat up if you dont feel like cooking. They also have fresh hot food, a large wine and beer selection, and some unique snacks and candy. Plus theyre open late.

Love the market, the foods, cakes are wonderful... a lot easier to come here to feed the kids. Wide selection of beers. The cakes they bring in are top notch and delicious.

They have an unparalleled selection of craft beer & the guy who runs it is extremely friendly and always remembers me and what I get.

Loved it until i got accused of stealing drinks several months ago. I was literally walking around trying to find groceries (long story, food desert and my car is broke down) when one of the guys told me he had me on tape stealing drinks and getting into a grey Buick/Toyota Corolla.I have never owned a Buick. I dont know anyone who owns a Toyota Corolla.Obviously I told him to run the tape and told him Id never be back.

Love their flowers, they have such a beautiful aesthetic. They accommodated my last minute bouquet right before Valentine’s Day!

To start, I was to say that I am usually a large fan of locally owned small markets, and appreciate their charm and character. I found this on Google and it looked like a nice place for a quick bite and good beer. After visiting a few times and enjoying their craft beer section, I inquired about a job position posted in the window. After a 3 minute conversation about my class schedule, I was asked to come in the following week for training. During training I was told frequently that I was smart for a girl and usually women have a hard time understanding the work at first (I was training to work a cash register, which anyone can learn). They then put me on the schedule 16 hours a week (2, 8 hour shifts that started at 6:30am) after zero conversation with me about how that would effect me as a full time graduate student. I voiced my concerns to management after my first shift (at this point I had worked 12 hours), and that evening they texted me saying not to bother coming in and that I had wasted their time and I should find a job where I can sit at home and do nothing instead of actually working. AND after all was said and done THEY NEVER PAID ME for the 12 hours! I have refused to give them patronage ever since due to the attitude of the management.

I was a loyal customer and professional employee to this establishment..sorry to say I will no longer patronize this place....although my termination was highly unprofessional..I wish hamiid (mike) the best..too bad you missed out on a local guy who was dedicated to making Richmond better..God bless

Great employees and owners! Love Daves breakfast sammies and theres always a friendly face behind the counter. Good wine selection and great spot to snag something fast to snack on when we’re in a rush!

Absolutely fantastic neighborhood market! Go to spot for drinks, snacks, last minute forgotten ingredients, etc.

I am a graduate student at VCU and I stopped shopping here almost a year ago. Tonight I decided to walk to Strawberry street for aspirin because my head hurt and I didnt feel like driving to 7-11. And the same racial profiling occurred by the same little runt white stalk-boy. I grabbed a Coke and bag of chips to add to the total because the owner complains about using the card on totals that are usually less than $3. After being in the store for 3mins, the stalk-boy came from the back and followed me and my girlfriend to the front while there were 3-5 different white patrons in the store that he did not pay attention to. One of the store owners/workers lives on my street and sees me almost every other day and still allows his employee to racially profile me. Even after living in the neighborhood for 3years now. This is my second complaint and that same employee is still working there. Do not support this racist establishment.

Friendly service, growler-filling, great food to go, specialty sodas, chilled wine. This place is a Richmond treasure!

Clean. Good products. Really expensive, but in this area not surprising.
