Jason had a store full of customers when we arrived. However, that did not keep him from making sure each and every person was acknowledged, and helped with their purchase. We had a simple buying purpose and Jason quickly understood what we wanted with very little direction. Within 30 minutes we made our purchase and are happy owners of a new twin mattress. The only advice I would leave for Jason is...just because you are a salesman doesnt mean you have to act like one. Thankfully he very quickly adjusted to our demeanor and understood that we had a very specific purpose for our visit and made sure we were accommodated to our needs. GREAT JOB!

Went into Mattress Firm intending to be hounded by a salesman, so I already had my guard up. I also had my mind set on spending a certain amount of money (based off current sales via website). To my surprise, we were greeted (not bombarded) by a gentleman by the name of Tony. He asked questions to get an idea of what type of sleepers we were (wife and I), asked us about our current mattress, etc. Explained to us the scientific process of purchasing a mattress. We listened, as my guard was still up. After walking around a bit with Tony, and trying different mattresses out, I started to get soft and Tony didnt seem like a salesman anymore to me. He was genuinely interested in finding the perfect fit for us. He was quite funny, patient (we also had a 5 year old jumping from bed to bed), and very informative about the specs of mattresses. He broke it down to our level and made it easy for us to understand. We picked out our bed, and ended up paying a little (lot) more than initially intended, but....I feel 100% comfortable with our purchase. Tony was even able to throw in a few discounts. Most importantly, we are scheduled to get it delivered in 2 days, in the midst of a world wife shortage on everything including mattresses. Tony told us a woman came in and spent 10K on a TemperPedic mattress, and wont have it until like December or something. He looked on the computer to see what was in stock and advised us up front of what was available. I never felt like Tony was out for a commission off of us. Tony is the type of guy youd want to have a drink with. If youre in the market for a mattress, call this store and find out when Tony is going to be working. You wont be disappointed. 5 stars. You da man, Tony.

The first time I ordered from Mattress Firm I did it through the online chat which was very easy and quick. Then it wasn’t the mattress that I wanted so I needed a bigger one. The mattress is fine. The experience was not. I was told that I would be receiving a mattress, box spring, and frame by a rep who told me he was hungover from drinking with his buddies the night before. He tried to upsell me because I drive a Tesla, although I had informed him that Im going through a difficult family situation and am trying to budget as best as possible. When it was delivered, which was convenient, there was no frame. I went back to inform the rep that it was not included, he said it was not his fault. I stated that he told me I would be receiving a frame. He initially claimed he never said that. I showed him the area of the store in which he walked me through the frame options, and that somehow rang a bell. He then admitted it was his mistake, but said I wasnt being charged for it. Thats fine, but I believed I was when I purchased from them. I made sure to tell him to have the financing company send a bill to my new mailing address multiple times, since it is different than my billing address due to a family situation Im going through. Surprise, the bill never arrived despite me going over this multiple times. Now, I receive a notice that Im about to miss a payment via email, and so I call the financing company. First I tried to pay online, but I need an account number which I dont have since I didnt receive their mail. Next, I try to pay through their automated system and that doesnt work for some reason, so they transfer me to a live person.I hold for 20 minutes and once I get them on the line, they confirm that they have my billing address and not my mailing address, which is why the bill hasnt arrived. I try to change my address with them and the guy says I need to be transferred to a different department. Been on hold for another 20 minutes as I type this. They finally answered, and updated my address. I asked them if I would be charged interest if I missed my payment, and they said good question Ill have to transfer you. 20 minutes later they answer and say that I will not be charged interest or late fees, and theyll send my card in 7-10 business days. I have a problem trusting that due to the errors these organizations have made already, but well wait and see.

Delivery was late and they brought a wrong item. Continue to send texts from numbers that don’t answer and emails for which replies are blocked. In this day and age how difficult should this be?

Awesome experience. Robert was very knowledgeable and provided great information regarding the products. He also offered information on the pros and cons of ther features for kids beds. After helping make a choice he spent the time looking for the best possible discounts and was generally great at interacting with the children while we shopped for the right childrens mattress.

I had an amazing experience here while trying to buy a mattress for my new apartment. Due to the pandemic, a lot of the items were not available when I needed it. However, they did a great job with checking to see what was available and would fit my needs/costs. They made the process very easy!

(You have to buy it first.)But this Mattress Firm makes it all better, the moment I arrived I was greeted by Juan, exceptional sales rep. Instead of selling and going right for the close, Juan explained.Juan took the time to understand what I was looking for, better yet, he helped me understand why was I looking for what I was looking. This is priceless in and of itself.After 30 minutes I was out with a brand new mattress (not literally, as its delivered) and with the satisfaction of a purchase well made that my wife and I will enjoy for the next 10yrs!And thanks Juan for your help! Fast forward a few days and manufacturing issues ensued, causing the mattress to be held up for an indefinite period of time.Bernie called me right away to detail the problem and I expressed my frustration. To Bernies credit, we started exploring alternative solutions and kept communication tight.After a few weeks of back and forth, Bernie was able to make things right by me and get me into a higher model bed without additional cost and expedited shipping.Great customer service and management by Bernie. I ordered a new mattress and board Saturday and it was delivered today, (Monday). The employees in the store were so upbeat, kind, and inviting. It took me less than 25 minutes to walk in, try out mattresses, complete the order and set up delivery. The delivery men were equally efficient. Be careful before going to this place, will not recommend. Spent more than $2000 for Tempur pedic mattress, which turned out to be a total disappointment. Not happy with the service too.

Be sure and ask specific questions about the warranty. I was told my mattress had a 10 year warranty. When it developed a lump after only 2 years I started the warranty process on March 3. Finally on June 2 I was told my mattress had a pro-rated warranty. So I had to go back to the store and spend more money to get something comparable. There was no dispute that the mattress I was sold was defective so I am pretty unhappy about having to spend more money because the warranty was a credit (and a small one at that) and not an exchange. Then it took them 2 days to deliver my mattress. Too many mattress companies to deal with this frustration. I have no complaints with the current sales team (Chad) was nice but the first guy who sold me the original was not forthcoming with the warranty info.

I had a GREAT experience at this store! They were very patient and helpful. I originally purchased an iSerta but wasnt thrilled with it so at 30 days I exchanged it for DreamLux and upgraded my base. They were very accommodating with the exchange process and gave me a great deal. I was even able to get a credit on the DreamLux when the price lowered for Memorial Day (it was within 120 days of purchase). I would highly recommend THIS store.

I had an amazing experience with this Mattress Firm. The salespeople were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient - especially Dustin! They were able to get me the best deal possible for what I wanted.

I bought the pillow there they said they had it. But they didnt so the order it from another store. In Katy but it didnt come in. I got my money back but they still wanted me to get other things for the store. Bad service!.

Bernie and Barbara were really helpful showing me the different options, helping me to get the finance and delivery quick. Overall good experience.

We purchased a Tempur Pedic from the Richmond Mattress Firm. The salesman reassured us that Mattress Firm had a great 90 day return policy with no hidden fees. He also pushed two free pillows onto us. We didnt even really care to have the pillows but we took them anyway. 90 days later, we were not impressed with the TempurPedic, so I called to return the mattress. I was informed that we would be charged for the free pillows since we were returning the mattress. These pillows are apparently over $120 a piece. This is something he NEVER mentioned when we were discussing the purchase. I guess thats one way to make a buck. We will never be purchasing from Mattress Firm again, especially the one in Richmond, TX.
