A home-bound family members laptop failed and the local Squad said they were running weeks behind. I called and spoke with Kendra, who went to my family members home and picked up the laptop the next day and safely transported it, packed it securely in layers of bubble-wrap, and shipped it to my address. It got here safe and sound and is fixed and already back in Richmond.Kendra was an angel to work with, empathetic, fast, and just an absolute delight across the board. Customer service like this is getting harder and harder to find, so I wanted to take a moment to recognize it.

I will never order a product that ships thru UPSI am done with theyre false deliveries promiseThey send u a text saying your package will be delivered on this day then no package then you try and get ahold of some from their companie, we see your package is in one of our hubs and wont be delivered till this new date. I have had enough.

We have a mail box at the Richmond Indiana UPS store and get so many packages shipped there as well. They staff is also so helpful, friendly and remembers our names too! Its a treat to go in & pickup mail and packages. In fact, I am trying to locate a 3rd package that a shipper claims was sent so I just called the UPS store & spoke with Kendra. She remembers that shipment arriving and that there was only 2 packages. She is amazing!! Thank you for the amazing service!!

Criminals $106 to box and ship 28 lbs to Pennsylvania by slow boat ground no insurance. They had me over a barrel and knew it. Overpaid by about $60. This was an auction lot so thats why I couldnt do it myself.

Amazing customer service! The people here are fantastic to work with. Not only are they very friendly, but they also get things done quickly and efficiently. I work with many vendors for my job and I have to say that this team is the very best. UPS does more than just shipping out packages - they offer amazing printing services too. Can get busy sometimes but theyre efficient and friendly here. They offer a variety of services so its easily a one stop shop for getting docs notarized, packages mailed, etc...

Amazing customer service! I Had business cards designed and printed here and they were absolutely perfect! Even better than I could have imagined. They were done quickly and the communication from the employees there was fantastic!

I brought in some checks to be shredded. They placed them in a box (provided by them) and included it as part of the total weight (you pay by the pound). They first wanted me to also pay for the weight of the box which weighed over a pound. I protested and they then only weighed the checks which decreased the cost by almost half.

I have used this UPS Store for a broad range of printing needs for over two years. They always have my jobs ready earlier than promised, and they get all the details right. Nice people and friendly, knowledgeable service.

Rude and condescending staff. Refused to send my package unless she could open it and then charge me for taping it closed again. Staff always give a nasty attitude when you ask simple questions and seem bothered that you came in you are not a white customer. They may be cheaper than the post office for some things but for the inconvenience of attitude and being treated poorly pay the price at the post office. Avoid this location unless you absolutely have to go in.

Oh my God what a Nightmare!!! Got a postbox here and one week later had a package sent to it and this UPS store refused it. After calling them to find out why they would refuse my package the staff had no answer and the manager refused to speak with me. Found out from the US Post Office the next morning when I tried to get that package that the UPS store requested to have the package sent back. I Talked to the manager that day and she said they would except my packages. That very same day once again the UPS store refused my package! This business is out of control, the manager has no idea what she is doing! and worse yet the staff is not even trained to do their job. The post office staff also told me that store has high turn over and the staff dont seem to know what they are doing. The manager will not refund my money for the postbox they refuse to take packages at. I will never use any UPS store again, I wont even select UPS for any shipments. This store should be shut down till the owner gets competent management and staff in place.Mike P.

Long wait, but worth it

Dont trust them to package anything. Spent 75$ to have them package a monitor for a shipment to a repair center. They packaged the monitor in such a way that the stand cracked the screen. Now Im stuck without a monitor while attempting to deal with UPS and the Repair facility to try and get this all sorted. When I called the UPS store locally, they didnt even OFFER a refund of the 75$ I spent to have THEM package it, instead, telling me that I had to contact corporate because they were a franchise. When talking to corporate, she told me shed help with the damage claims, but, the 75$ that I was out at this point would have to be dealt with at the local store. Complete run around.

This is my go to printing place! Great pricing, amazing staff and everything I need is always done in a timely manor.
