The ladies here are very professional and personable. They made absolutely sure that I exactly got exactly what I wanted. They did so well on the first headstone that I bought another one (that was well over due) off of them a few weeks later. They do beautiful work and and are very affordable. When loved ones go we want something amazing to remember them by. Stone Plans gave me exactly that!

They contacted me every step, to ensure I was fine with the progress. There were no hidden fees and the price quoted was my final price. Under the circumstances I was buying the headstone, they were just amazing people and and a great business.

This was such an emotional purchase and I was putting it off, however the employees were so kind and considerate. The memorial is beautiful and was done in less time than told. I did shop around and found their prices to be better than others. So happy I chose Stone Plans and highly recommend you atleast visit them.

Beautiful stone but a lot of unnecessary stress getting it completed. Calls do not get returned and emails go unanswered. Took almost a year and several changes to finally get what I wanted. I kept telling them what I wanted but they wouldnt listen.it took going in to the office and getting extremely upset to get things going in the right direction. I ended up with a beautiful stone but it should not have been as difficult as it was. Shea was sub par as far as customer service goes. If I had not already paid in full for the stone, I would have went elsewhere. This company is in desperate need of more friendly, professional and experienced sales people. Most people need guidance through the process and your not going to get that here. The one person that was helpful was April. April will return your calls and answer to best of her ability.Update 6/19/2018 pictures on my sons stone is chipping away. Color is fading and no return call and again no call back on voice mails. Also there has been no response by owner to this review as everyone can see. 6/21 Response: they want to go out to the cemetery and touch up my sons stone. Well a touch up is not a fix. A touch up is temporary. I dont want to be going through this over and over again. I want the stone fixed correctly. Keep in mind this stone is only 6 months old. Inlay pictures are chipping already........whats it going to look like in 6 years? Still requesting to speak with owner and still no reply.

My family had a very good interaction with the staff..they were all very profession and did a fantastic job on my sons headstone. I would highly recommend stone plans to anyone needing a headstone made ...they had ideas I would of never thought of ..they were very helpful during the entire time we were making the arrangements...overall great staff and beautiful work..!!!!

It took a while to get the monument completed but we knew it would because the black stone material had to be shipped to them.The bad part of getting the stone made was that the laser wasn’t operating properly when the stone was engraved.We inspected the stone and was satisfied but not completely thrilled with it.Shay called us a few days later and explained they were not happy with the stone because the quality wasn’t up their usual standards and asked if we would be willing to wait for them to make a new one.Since this stone was for my wife and myself, the extra time really was not an issue.We are certainly very happy we took Shay’s advice.We think the quality is top notch and was well worth the wait.For value and workmanship, I would most certainly recommend Stone Plans in Richmond.

Absolutely gorgeous show room and a personal connection you cant beat.

My Husband is Still trying to get the Granite Marker for my Grave that he paid for in Full Sept 2016, The company told him they ran out of Granite in Gray (which we find hard to believe) They wont reopen till Jan 2017.That will be 5 Months. they claimed originally it would be 60 days!7 complaints on BBB under Stone Plans of Richmond LLC in Indian and Georgia. If this is not resolved soon we will ask that the OAG of each state get involved.

Dont call em.. They dont deliver the product they promise, and the seldom answer the phone when you try to call them. Voicemail goes unanswered
