The service people are super friendly. The service tech answered all my questions and more. Every time I call the receptionist stalks the service writer until I get to talk to him! Excellent customer service.

Went in spoke with william at hilltop ford hes a mgr there. Very nice person . Hes offered to try to help me with my situation .

Call that my car was ready when to pickup and waiting 30 to given too.

Clean 8 hours wait time for an outside vendor that has this dealer last on the service rotation. Had me come in for service @ 9:30 am I did not leave until 5 pm. I should have clocked in or a the very least got lunch. All that time the could have charged my PLUG-IN EV!!!
