Fantastic customer service and very down to earth team working here. I’ve taken 3x vehicles for window tinting and recently had front and rear bumpers installed on my truck. When it comes to professionalism and customer focused worked, they ensured that the final product was exactly what I was looking for. Very experienced tinting .I had my 2004 Highlander done all the windows in less than 2 hours excellent excellent job my second time returning people at the counter are friendly and the installer was very knowledgeable many years of experience. Worst experience ever!!2 days ago I paid for the parts and labor for the installation of leveling kit to lift my truck to 3” level. When I got home I noticed that the height is not as high as I expected, I measure the height and it was not lifted to full 3 level. I double check the leveling kit and I found out that they didn’t install all the 0.25 spacer shims to make it full 3 level. When I talked to one of their staff (Chris Canales) before the parts was ordered it was very clear that the truck should be lifted up to the max level of 3”.For any reason on why they didn’t install the other shims they supposed to tell me (as a customer) and give the uninstalled shims back to me because that is still consider mine, I paid for all the parts to be installed. I paid for all the parts and labor and I guess deserve some honest work.They didn’t install all the shims, they didn’t give me back the uninstalled shims, the truck was not lifted as we agreed, and they didn’t tell me about.

I was recommended to this shop.i didnt get anything done here due to pricing. But it was a nice shop, and it stays busy

Was a difficult build but Allout made it happen! ReadyLift 4 SST, 35x12.50r22, stock 22 wheels, and 1.25 wheel spacers. Also did tint all around along with a Flowmaster exhaust dumped in front of rear axle. Chris Canales was such a great helped and emailed/talked/texted the whole way through my build. Was recommended to Allout and only heard positive things. Thanks again yall, love the truck!

I just had my cloth interior replaced with Katzkin leather in my 2012 GMC HD 2500 yesterday, at All Out Off Road in Richmond. I COULD NOT be happier!!! The quality and installation workmanship is way beyond what I even expected. I feel like Im in a brand new truck (but with no payments!) Gino was incredible to work with, making the whole process even better. My truck was in @ 9:00 and finished @ 2:45 pm. I highly recommend going for Katzkin replacements if youre even considering doing so. And, oh, ask for Gino! Thanks again Gino / All Out!

Really pleased with the work Allout did on my Jeep Wrangler. I took my Jeep in after I installed my metalcloak 2.5” game changer lift to have the alignment corrected, and the control arms adjusted. They did a good job. With only one minor hiccup which they promptly fixed, the overall experience was very good. The Jeep rides great, and they helped save me some time with my busy schedule to get the Jeep into spec. The staff were all professional and attentive thanks Chris, Travis, and Gino. Thanks to their tech Keith for taking care of my Jeep.

Houston offers many options for customizing a vehicle, but if you want it done right the first time, you cannot go wrong with AllOut Offroad. I have used them to lift 2 Tundras, a FJ Cruiser, and a F-150. They have installed my bed rugs, bed covers, running boards, wheel well covers, leather interiors, fender flares, bed steps, and LED lights. Affordable prices and very professional work. I took a Jeep to an alternative big American Tire and Wheel place for a lift and tires/wheels, and it was a nightmare trying to get them to take responsibility for a suspension problem just one year later (suspension bolts bent, improperly installed, and improper tread wearing on tires). I have never had any issues with AllOut Offroad’s work. I have used their Tomball, Richmond, and Stafford locations. Can’t believe some new truck dealerships use that other company for some lifts and aftermarket accessories when AllOut OffRoad would be so much more reliable.

Just Unbelievable !!! We brought in our 2016 1500 Ram truck today 4-3-2020 at 10 am for an Air lift 5000 series Kit installation. At the counter, we were told that the job could be done same day. We got a call at about 4pm same day saying that the Kit was going to need a few more hours to be installed because they had to do some modifications and that they would not be able to get it done by 6pm. We headed over to the store 20 minutes later and to our surprise, the HAD NOT EVEN TOUCHED THE TRUCK, AT ALL. We are not mad about these people not getting the job done, WE MAD because of the lack of responsibility and communication and lie to our face. IF YOU CAN NOT GET IT DONE, JUST SAY IT and it will be up to the client to decide what to do BEFORE WE LEAVE THE TRUCK. ALSO,, NO APOLOGIES from no one, whatsoever...Anyways,, ... good luck with these fellas...

Cannot say enough about this team. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new leather seats - way beyond the level of service were used to. Seriously, they are top-notch. Multiple times, they were able to get me on the schedule quickly and had a great same day turnaround time. High quality work! Its great leaving knowing that the job was done right. Once I did have a very small issue that was immediately rectified and accompanied with mass appologies. We were referred to all-out by a friend, that we bought our 2017 rubicon jeep from. We got in touch with Jill, and she met us at the store in Richmond. She introduced us to Travis, and oh my he really knew what to show us and he was very knowledgeable. Needless to say we spent a lot of money. But it was so worth it, we are so happy with rims and tires, and all the extras. So if you a 4x4 go to them. 100% happy with the gang at all-out off road. Will definitely be back.

Allout Off Road and Travis Asher are the best in off road performance or anything you need for you vehicle. I have been using Travis and his guys for about 10 years on all of my personal vehicles ( which are about 5 of them) plus all of my vehicles at my dealerships. ( which are in the hundreds probably) Their customer service is top notch as well as their pricing is the best in the business. Got after market Katzkin leather put on my car seats. They were professionally installed in a day here. Looks and feels softer and better quality than the leather from the manufacturer. Call here directly to place your order. I didnt know and called Katzkin directly and found out too late, I would have saved $100. So in this case, dont cut out the middle man because they charge less. Looking around the shop, they have a nice selection of wheels and lots of other accessories

I have know Gino and Chance for 20 plus years. There do only quality work and stand by it 100 percent. They have been lifting, installing bumpers and fifth wheels on all my vehicles including my ranch trucks. Gino the idea you came up with on my F250 is getting nothing but praise. After installation of an aftermarket exaust we discovered that the spare would not fit beneath the truck but have to be carried in the bed. The manafacturer provided no disclaimer for this problem. The guys at AllOut replaced it with a more expensive system that allows the spare to go back beneath the truck where it belongs at no extra cost to me. I couldnt believe it! Koudos to Allout!

Dropped my truck off for tires and level on Wednesday and was told it would be ready Thursday....showed up Thursday and my truck was parked in the same spot. They had a miscommunication on there end and did everything in the world to make it right. All Out paid for my Uber to the office in the morning and sent my truck to my office on a flat bed wrecker. They never tried to squirm and owned the screwup right off the bat and then went above and beyond to make it right. Great customer service and honesty are all you can ask for. Got a lift and beadlocks put on my G-wagen. I was having a hard time finding a shop that felt comfortable doing the work. These guys knocked it out with ease.

I have been to All Out a handful of times over the past 3 years for this & that. I have not one complaint about them!! Every single person up there has always been very friendly & helpful. Recently I installed a lift on my truck & it was making some hobble noises that progressively got worse. I took it to a different offroad shop (not naming any names) but they seemed to have no time for me & they didnt even fix my problem at all. I called Allout to tell them my problem & they said Of course we have time! Were never TOO busy to help someone out. I brought it in immediately & they actually fixed my problem & didnt even try to change me. They spent over an hour double checking everything. This place really does an awesome job!! Dont go anywhere else but All Out!!

I bought a truck from a dealership 2017 GMC 1500 that Allout done the suspension lift, wheels,tires,and Amp steps... had some issues with Superchip tire calibration tool ....after several attempts Travis and Chris went ABOVE AND BEYOND and got a tuner for the truck which helped tremendously .... still was gavubg issues pulling my trailer so they set it up so I could regear the truck to suit my needs .... very busy shop but they take care of there customers above and beyond.... highly recommend this shop to ANYONE who wants good service that still feels customers are #1 . Thanks guys you are the bomb !!!UPDATE : We got a stock 2017 GMC 2500 Z71 Duramax Travis and Maugel and Im sure Ive missed a couple but after a 6 in lift wheels tires light bar in the grill traction bars, tint Caspor 2.0 looks AWESOME.... In June I had them install new torsion bar keys on my new HD2500. Drove away only to turn right back around since alignment was way out and steering wheel was 30 degrees out. They put it back onto the alignment rack, drove away, truck no longer pulls to a side but steering wheel still 30 degrees out. After eating my front tires, I took it to the Chevy dealership for an alignment only to find that everything was out of spec, but front suspension parts were left loose. I might purchase parts from them in the future but never again allow them to work on my truck.

Dont go here. I went twice for a quote on getting work done and both times they took my info and never called me. Ended up going to Extreme off road and Performance in Katy and they took me serious.

Gotten too expensive. Now more of a place to look and find it cheaper elsewhere.
