This is the most disrespectful management I’ve ever seen. The GM insisted on not doing returns that I got the day before. I even called the GM at the store 30 minutes away that I bought the product and he told him to over ride the return and do it because the products I got were damaged and he still refused. As I walked out the door he began to run his mouth to his con worker about how I must be stupid if I think he would return them. Someone needs to get ahold of there management team because the individual here is on a power trip.

Been going there for years. Everyone has always been nice and helpful. They will lend a screwdriver or pliers if you need it. And will actually come come out and look at the car to help get the right part.

Car started acting up when I was headed to work. Had to call in but I went straight to Advance and with them being able to give me and on the sight diagnostic. I found out it was my throttle going bad. The associate was super cool and she didnt mind me taking her picture.

Mikaili was such a great fella who completely helped me out with my battery replacement and suggested a few things like the battery with the additional year warranty and the terminal protectors. We had some great convos about cars as he replaced the battery. I see a bright future for him and he definitely strikes me as someone that would be a great leader within your organization.

Several times per week an advance autoparts truck illegally backs up down two blocks of roseneath and aggressively honks at any cars attempting to use the road correctly. just an absolute delight for those of us who live in this neighborhood and are working from home during the pandemic

I came in around 630pm with my tire rapidly losing air and asked for assistance from Kevin who was working that night. Without hesitation he came outside, identified the leak, and gave me the proper kit. Then once i had paid for the kit, he offered to hold my phone light while I plugged the hole. I was 40 min away from home and had my family in the car. Kevin’s empathy towards me changed my family’s night. I couldn’t be more thankful to have ran into a better human when I was in a time of need! Thank you Kevin!!

Needed new windshield wipers. Stopped by since this was the closest place. Very nice person helped me and installed the wipers for me. Great experience. Will be back.

This store sold me a part that they selected through their computer to be compatible with my vehicle but it was indeed not. I was made aware at the time of trying to return the part that they do not allow returns on electrical parts.To their credit, their return policy was posted on their counter, but the conspicuousness is debatable. I also understand that they dont set the return policy from the individual store level, but I sure would have been appreciative if they would have reminded me at the time of purchase, especially after witnessing their confidence that it was the correct part.The item I tried to return was an untouched transmission solenoid, purchased hours earlier.The staff at this location is generally very kind and have helped me many times.

I couldnt buy an item thag was less then $4 without them trying to out in my information. The guy said there was no other way he need my name for warranty.

Friendly and ready to help. But not incredibly knowledgeable. But we worked it out.

I visit this Advance Auto Parts more because its close than it being the best of the auto parts store options. This store does some stuff well and other things not so well. For instance, they now offer contactless mobile payments like Android Pay which is great, but if ever you need a part like an oil filter they do not have the standard parts guide in the aisle (so you have to ask an associate, which adds time to the process). Their deals are usually not that great, but occasionally their deals on things like oil and a filter are pretty decent.

There are at least two employees that are great with customers (really awesome). I have always felt satisfied with the service. However last week, there were two other employees that seemed like they were going out of their way to not help me. I can understand if someone doesnt know an answer, but at least either try to find the answer or seem empathetic.

I went in to get my battery checked. The man didn’t greet me. Honestly felt like he was hoping I would disappear because it took a solid minute of me standing there awkwardly for him to ask what I needed. He told me that it’ll be a “few minutes” because there are a couple cars ahead of me and said I can go to the other store for faster service. I asked him about how long because I need to pick my daughter up in 40 minutes and asked him if I should come back later. He gave the same response of a few minutes, he doesn’t know, and go to the other store for faster service. I said thank you and left. Summary: very bad customer service.

Nice store, staff was knowledgable if you seek out their recommendations. They were not very quick to welcome customers in the store but were very fast to help you find products once asked. The parking lot is a little difficult to navigate, but thats what happens on broad street. Plan on using this location from now on

This store continuously disappoints me. They either never have the specific part I need but have a less attractive option or the employees lie about the what services this shop offers. For instance, I went into this store the other day for a quick diagnostic scan because my check engine light was on. The lady tells me, “we no longer offer that service and the closest one we can think of that does is all the way in short pump.” Immediately, I think that sounds like a load of baloney. I call the two closest locations near this store and they tell me they still do offer that service as well as that’s it’s weird this store even gave me this response. Be wary about going here.

Had to change the battery on my car today and needed a lot of help. Instead of getting it towed and paying someone else to install it, I decided to do it myself. Just to preface this story, I have NEVER worked on a car, in any capacity, in all my life. I mean, I didnt even know how to change a tire! Luckily, Advanced Auto Parts is directly across the street from my apartment. I went in to get a little guidance on what to do and Jon, one of the employees there, helped me tremendously. In my car you have to remove the tire before you can access the battery and he was able to talk me through every step of the process and even let me borrow the tools needed to get it done. I seriously could not have done it without him! Thanks Jon!

The staff are friendly and helpful but I am rating the store 3/5 due to the fact that the store itself is very small, has a limited inventory and is poorly arranged in comparison to most other advanced auto stores.

Purchased a car battery from them and they replaced it for me for free in their parking lot! There were some issues with the old battery tray but they rigged something together from parts in the store and were very helpful.
