He then watched incoming inventory for an exact match. When we decided to go ahead, he took us carefully through all steps of trade-in, choosing accessories, and using the features. Dave was very helpful, he had the car ready that we were interested in and had driven two hours to see. He had us test drive it and showed us how it parks itself! When we walked in the front door we were greeted by out Salesman Johnathan Friedman. He listened to our questions about the type of vehicle we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about all the features of the Honda Pilot. We explained we were looking for a used vehicle. He proceeded to show us the used inventory that was available. We test drove and ended up purchasing a 2016 Honda Pilot. We were able to finalize the deal and drove our new used car home that day. Overall a pleasant experience and so far am happy with the service and response time from Jonathan on the questions we have had.

Repeat customer after a purchase in 2019, back this time for an HR-V and had the same excellent level of support throughout the car purchase process! I had an appointment scheduled for 0730 and got there about 15 minutes early. Braden took my information and got me right in. I was met on arrival and the service rep was courteous. I had planned an hour so remained on site. Additional service was recommended and the information and fees were presented by text. For future service appointments, I will plan to allow more time as I was there for 90 minutes.The service rep contacted me as soon as work was completed and explained what had been done. Once we got there she showed us the vehicle, gave us some time to think about it and gave us an excellent price, lower than full price. I was lied to about the details of the valet service.My sales person would not cooperate with me on the price of my vehicle. Eventually the price was lowered, but only after waiting 2 months and them lowering the price on Cars.comWas supposed to have a year of free oil changes but only ended up getting 1, and half of my most recent oil change is sitting on my driveway. They also scuffed up my rims. Will never be servicing my vehicle here again. Nor will I recommend anyone else, either for servicing or purchasing.Update: After looking into it on my own, it turns out that my oil plug wasn’t tightened. Practically about to fall out. Could’ve destroyed my engine had it come completely loose and all my oil drained out.

Had some extensive service done here and now my 10 year old 83k mile Civic EX feels tight again like it did brand new. Maybe a tad more expensive than other places but probably worth it assuming the technicians are Honda certified. All in all Im happy, Id definitely go back.

Honda/Paige made this super easy! You literally drop off your vehicle and your contact person keeps you updated with what is going on. They even provided me a loaner vehicle. The people are very helpful and friendly. My 2 year old came with me and she had a great time while being there.

He presented the car with no pressure and then he followed up with me the next day and we agreed on a price. I got my own loan from my bank and the finance manager Mike Sidhom did a great job sending purchase agreement to my bank. Everything went nice and easy. Thanks for a great experience!!! Every estimate wait time they gave me ended up being twice as long. I understand working on cars is not a fast process but I noticed multiple employees apologizing for the extra long wait while sitting in the waiting room, meaning the dealership over books themselves when they take appointments, or they purposely give low estimates.

I went there because we had a Van that needed repairs, they never told us they towed the van I received a letter from the tow company thats how I knew the van was towed the manager Mr.Holt said he had contact me, but I never receive any calls from them, they had the Van towed. when I got to the tow company they had put $800 worth of charges on us saying that they repaired the Van they didnt repaired it so the tow company had to credit us that money. I dont think Ill be doing business with Honda Richfield anymore. Trust is very important and I cant stand a liar. And I didnt want to give them one star.

My initial experience with Richfield Bloomington Honda was great! Zack helped me find the perfect van for me and my family and the finance people were attentive and helpful. After I got the van I had some major life changes and was out of commission for a while. Part of the finance paper work got messed up ( the banks fault not the dealership) and payments didn’t happen. Instead of threatening me or giving me a hard time they understood the hardships I had and worked with me to get things back on track. Dan Curry who is a finance manager was polite, courteous and understanding and helped me a great deal. I can honestly say that I will buy all future cars from Richfield Bloomington Honda because they deserve the loyalty.

The gentleman who helped me, Brandon, was very kind, very knowledgeable and made the experience very pleasant for my first time at this location. However, I’m giving a 4 stars because after getting my vehicle back I noticed some minor damage. The paint in two small areas on my vehicle was chipped and that same area was dented in. It’s noticeable but I understand accidents happen so really not making it a huge deal out of it. Just thought it would be good to make others aware.

A big thank you to service advisor Travis! I travelled to Minnesota from Nebraska to watch my sons football game. My car was dead about 1 hour prior to kickoff and I really thought Id miss the game. I called Travis and talked through my problem. I was able to get my car jump started and over to the Honda service team. In 20 minutes I had a new battery and was still able to make it to the game with time to spare and cheer the Nebraska Wesleyan Prairie Wolves to victory! People were friendly and helpful. Appointment was on time and quick and easy. The only negative is that every time I go there they tell me I need to change my cabin filter. I know its not expensive, but I do it regularly myself and I just did it, so I know it doesnt need changing. Makes me wonder what else they try to sell folks thats not needed. I have a mechanic who is also a good friend so I know the condition of my car. I believe they do good work and I mostly trust them.

Historically I’ve had good service experiences here. This time however was different. When making the service appointment for an oil change I said I don’t have another car so I would have to wait to which he made a note so they would be aware that I was going to wait for my car. I also said to please replace the front and rear wipers.When I checked in for my appointment I was told it would be 1.5 hours. I also reminded them to replace the wipers. After waiting for 2 hours, I was told my car was just being brought into the garage to be worked on. They apologized and said it would be just 45 more minutes. After waiting 1.5 more hours my car’s oil change was done. 3.5 hours total for an oil change. On the way home I found out they had forgot to replace my wipers. It was a waste of a morning.

I am not thrilled with my last visit the way I usually am.The service rep was super pushy, didnt even have the part. Applied only one coupon, didnt tell me I was eligible for a loaner car while my car was being repaired. I dont like being taken advantage of, and this time I felt like that. Usually the rep is on top of everything. They will tell you in advance what you can and cannot use as far as offers are concerned. If I had known i can only use one coupon a day, Id just do the service in multiple days to save the money. Also, he didnt tell me that when I change my tire the alignment will get done any way, knew i wasnt buying tires right away but still did and charged for the whole alignment. This was seriously so disappointing. Previously i gave this place a 5 star because i never got ripped off before this trip.I am officially not going back to them.

I had a great experience here! I was in a tough spot because I hit a deer and insurance totaled my Honda Fit. I wanted another Fit but the supply where I live in SD was extremely limited. I was also on a time crunch because my rental car only lasted a few more days. I inquired about a Fit but it sold before I could get there. Another one came in, in my dream color too! They were able to hold it for me and I came to town to buy it. The price was great despite the expensive used car market currently. They truly deliver when they say they are priced low! All of the staff I worked with were friendly and not pushy at all. They gave me plenty of time to check out the car and think things through. The fact that I live out of state wasn’t an issue either, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the cities or outside the area looking for great options and genuine service!

Great service and friendly staff. I was there for a quick service of my car (basic checks, tire rotation and oil change) and it was faster than I was expected on a very busy day. The appointment scheduling was easy. I was received by Braden who was very reasonable and quick. I have Honda service contract which was bought in Wisconsin and was not Richfield Honda recommend. However Braden took efforts to make sure it gets added to my record so that next time onwards I dont need to call them and get it settled. The service provided was good, but overpriced.Even with a coupon, an oil change and what should have been a courtesy inspection on our 2018 Honda Odyssey with no known issues cost over $160. That’s ridiculous.We will likely consider taking the vehicle to one of the other Honda dealerships in the area or even one of those quick lube places for faster and more cost effective oil change service in the future.

When I arrived I was immediately greeted and after a brief discussion of the work to be performed I was shown to the shuttle service area. I was given a free ride and I was able to follow the progress of the service work via email. After which I was picked up and brought back to RB Honda. My car was driven over to me and it was washed and looked sharp. I must say that it the best service appointment Ive ever had.

Do not work with Enrique, the finance manager. He blatantly lied to my face about the payments for the car I was purchasing to get me to sign the papers. After the papers were filled out, I was told the exact opposite by sales and their insurance worker. I’m left paying $300 more a month than what I had originally signed for.

Our experience purchasing a Honda CR-V at Richfield Bloomington Honda was overall disappointing and won’t be back. We test drove the CR-V on a Tuesday morning and put a $500 deposit on the vehicle to hold it until Saturday, when my wife and I could make it to the dealership to sign the papers. I was told the $500 deposit would be applied against the final purchase price if we bought the vehicle. In the meantime, Honda was to arrange financing information and get back to me on the price, lender, and interest rate. At that point, a payment sheet was provided for another CR-V which I had inquired about but was already sold, so I asked for that to be fixed and to provide final information in advance of Saturday. I was told Tuesday evening that the information would be sent over “shortly”, however two days passed and no information was provided until I followed up. At that time the sales representative told me they did not have access to the financial information and a finance manage would have to contact us. I continued to follow up to obtain the final financial information prior to coming to the dealership Saturday, but never received anything other than verbal information. Come Saturday, we are in process of singing the purchase documents, and we are informed that there is a chip in the windshield that needs to be repaired (why was this not taken care of during the 4 days prior to the purchase?) and we would be contacted on Monday to schedule an appointment to have the window fixed, meaning we’d have to return to the dealership again (we do not live close to Richfield). No big deal but an annoyance and inconvenience. We wrap the paperwork and get the overview of how to use some important safety features of the vehicle prior to leaving the lot, which was great and really appreciated. Before pulling out of the lot, I check the purchase agreement one final time and notice two errors: 1) the purchase price for the vehicle was for the OTHER CR-V that we had inquired about, not the CR-V we had purchased, and 2) the $500 deposit was not applied against the final purchase price and nobody from Honda mentioned it. I immediately walked back into the dealership to have the issue fixed, and the issue was ultimately fixed early the following week via a credit card refund, however, again just shows poor internal communication within Honda and lack of attention to detail. Last three points on this are that 1) we had to reach out to Honda as nobody contacted us on the following Monday to schedule the window repair appointment, 2) we had a couple clarification questions on the warranty we purchased and have not head back, and 3) sales rep told us we could put $6K on our credit cards ($3K per card) but at time of purchase only had the opportunity for $3K total. I am sure others have better experiences than we have, and this may be rare, however just a poor overall experience with RB Honda. I would give 1 star but the safety feature demo bumped it up to 2 stars.

⛔️⛔️⛔️Really bad customer service. This dealer service will rip you off as much as they want. They kept my car for 2 days and didnt fix anything at all and keep recommend putting a NEW Brake every year with the reason No Warranty for 12 months. Why do you fix anything that will break down again in the next 12 months like to that? Price is not cheap at all $300 last year and today 10/07/2021 they keep asking for another one for $400. This is ridiculous….THIS IS A WARNING FOR NEW CUSTOMERS

I thoroughly enjoyed buying my 2 cars here. The lifetime powertrain warranty is a nice perk, and Jonathan in sales was fantastic to work with and made buying a car a pleasure. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has completely ruined my opinion of the place. I have found the service advisors here to be either highly incompetent or highly exploitative - Im not sure which is worse. Not only have they tried to push me to pay for issues their own techs caused and were either too greedy or too incompetent to rectify, but this last time they tried to charge me after the fact for service I specifically told them I DID NOT WANT, only then to find that they hadnt even performed the service they were trying to charge me for. Id have been taken advantage of both times if I hadnt called them out on it. Id like to think that there could be some resolution to this problem, but unfortunately theyve lost my trust and I dont think that it can be regained. 1 star overall because sales didnt disappoint like service did. Graded separately, sales 5, service 0.

Zack was wonderful to work with in buying a car. He is knowledgeable, relatable and an over all good guy.The only negative was that we had been told it would be an hour for closing/paperwork but took a good 2 plus hours. Lots of “sitting around” time. I felt the process to could have been more streamlined and coordinated.

Richfield Bloomington Honda, and Specifically Maritza R. went above and beyond any dealership or any car sales person experience in my entire life. Very disappointed with lack of ownership of misleading sales. My wife and I feel like we were told everything we needed to hear to sign and buy but when where there issues they are not willing to take ownership over their errors. Sales team showed no empathy through correspondence.Service team is amazing though. The service people treat you with dignity and respect.

My wife and I traveled an hour and a half to buy a car from this dealership because of the lifetime warranty they offered. During a recent oil change we were told that the spool valve had gone out and that it was not covered under the warranty. I spoke with the service manager here and in the end they stepped up and took care of the problem for us. In the end I am happy to have done business with this dealership.
