We had a terrible experience across the board with Pacific Sales kitchen and home. We ordered all new appliances for our kitchen in early September. We finally had resolution (even though it was the wrong fridge) in January. We experienced delay after delay, incompetent install technicians (brought the wrong parts and then said we had to reschedule the install and they were a minimum a week out), salespeople that had little to no ability to make the situation better (lots of we understand your frustration but little to no ability to act on our frustrations), and an overall lack of concern about our situation. At one point the manager of the Pacific Sales (in Roseville) explained to me that they have a policy of minimizing the amount of dissatisfied customers, meaning they could not deliver my refrigerator for at least another week (this was two and half months after we ordered it) because it would set other customers back and potentially make them dissatisfied. In other words, once your labeled as a dissatisfied customer you go to the bottom of the list, not the top. Communication was terrible, customer service was terrible, we ended up getting the wrong fridge, we missed out on a rebate from Bosch because of how long it took to get our appliances and a lack of communication from our salesman about the rebate process. Do not make the same mistake we made. Go to a trusted appliance store like Warner Stellian.
