Ive been a customer of Gordon Appliance Service (Jeff Gordon) for several years. First visit was very impressive he came out and recommended replacing a ceiling wall with a better part (instead of original) since it was a known manufacturer common issue. Next day installed the part and its worked great since then. Same refrigerator recently (June 2020) sprayed water out the back side and once again recommended proactively replacing the entire hose inside and out since only replacing the outside hose could result in another future visit for the same type issue. Super knowledgeable about common problems and provided great customer service including answering all of our questions. Ive not had any issues reaching him, even though he uses an answering service. Probably not a person to refund a nonrefundable diagnostic charge if he cant repair you appliance but larger companies might if that is your expectation that any of his expense should be fully refundable. Id say A+ service from my viewpoint, you should give him a chance. He must be treating nearly all customers the right way, otherwise he wouldnt have a thriving business that helps many at a reasonable cost without the up sell of unnecessary parts or guarantees / third party guaranty contracts.

I find it absurd that they have the audacity to use the word Fast to describe their service. My Hairdresser has been waiting since JULY for them to complete the repair of their clothes dryer!!!@@
