They are chronically understaffed and slow. I do not recommend going there.

What a pain to get anything non standard printed any time. Photo paper is only available at the machines. Machines resize every print to fill up the page. Every time Im out 7-8 bucks trying o print something that ends up going into trash. Passport photos have shadows and the background is grey and dark. Save yourself the frustration and go to office deport.

If I could give a zero I would. FedEx needs to up its game I had to go over to UPS and they were able to ship a package. FedEx was telling me to create my own label and drop it in a box. Absolutely ridiculous when I was already at the store.

I went for a business print out of pamphlets, ask to do some preview prints and I want the machine to do a professional fold, but the guy there just cuts and folds by hand which lowers the professional feel of it. One of the prints was jammed and scratched the ink. I was fine with taking a few previews including that damaged one that clearly didnt meet the standard, but I was charged for it before I knew it.Thats a small dissatisfaction, whats big is the next day when I specify I will pick up at 9-10am for the 50 of the pamphlets I have emailed to them (no email confirmation of sorts, I had to go in person to ask if they have received it. They have.) And I went closer to 10 am to pick up, they had no knowledge anything under my name, took someone who came in from the previous nights to remember me. She told me that the printers were down last night and this morning too. I was shocked because they have not printed anything of mine and have not bothered to notify me. The lady there said they have another method of printing them on different paper, it was the only option I had since it was the fastest. It took two of the workers 30min to print mine AFTER serving other customers coming in, and they cut and folded everything by hand, which I dreaded. Had to cut multiple times because it wasnt perfect, the pamphlets are already puffing up and looking unprofessional, and the lady even put rubber bands around the corners which I immediately took off because they bent and damaged the corners. Didnt give me a box of any kind, just a flat brown bag. I left at almost 12 pm, unsatisfied.

Driver didn’t even stop at my house, just drove right past. When the manager here disputed that I pulled out video but they dismissed it so I had to drive over here. Somehow FedEx is worse than Amazon contract delivery. Where are the negative star options?

Great, prompt service! I put in an order for a client remotely, from New Mexico, and they were very helpful in explaining everything to me and allowing me to pay over the phone. Easy breezy, I would definitely recommend them. In fact, I was surprised to see the negative reviews on here.

This is the worst FedEx I have ever been to. They are no longer located where GPS said and arent street facing so even after calling and asking where they were, it took me 30 minutes to locate them 3 blocks from their GPS location.I go in to have a large packet of documents scanned. They only have a scanner that you have to manually scan each page by hand. Usually when you do it yourself, it costs maybe $12 to use the scanner and email the documents to yourself. But they dont have one. Oh, but they can scan it in the back for you and put it on a flash drive. So I buy the flash drive. After they scan it, they inform me it costs .89 per page just to scan them. Not print on paper using the paper and ink. Just to scan. So $60 later, I finally have my electronic documents instead $12 I was planning on spending.

I went to this store to mail things.. the guy there didn’t tell me they charge extra package fee which other fedex never charge for that...so when I paid the extra package fee, there is no extra package item show on the receipt at all ...so I ask I need a new receipt to show what they exactly charged on it...they can’t give it to me ... and tell me they can refund me .. I can buy the tab pack by myself, then they don’t charge the extra fee.. so I go to get a tab .. then the guy tell me I can use their tab for free, but need pay the paper put inside the box .. So I only can give up to mail my box...when they refund my fee I paid before, they ask my phone number, i never hear about that, I refused to give my phone number, the guy say he can’t refund me....finally I say I need talk to your manager to refund me, I’m not going to give my phone number; and I get my refund.....it’s a terrible place!!!

New location is great, better layout and easy to use. They have a few dedicated parking spots as well. But due to the new charge for parking its difficult to just walk in anymore.

DO NOT USE FEDEX!!! Fedex WILL NOT take responsibility for my damaged shipment. Their customer service was extremely bad!! so disappointed!

They turned around a color print job for me quickly and with good results after I had problems with materials shipped from another printer. I wish they were a little less expensive on color printing so that I could use them more regularly but they were great in a pinch.

I do not have a problem with the driver they leave a note on the door if I missed them.

My companys copier broke this evening before a very important conference. I work in Reston, so I thought Ill just have Fedex finish the copies for me. Simple enough. That was a huge mistake.I walk into this location at 8:30pm and am met by Rick. Rick is vacuuming and sighs when he sees me. He then finishes the last corner he is working on addresses me with yes?I let him know the situation and he literally laughs in my face and says that isnt happening. Now, I know they have other jobs ahead of mine, I was just curious if they could help me, no need to be rude about it.Rick then tells me he is not the productions employee and that I better go have dinner and come back when the production guy gets off break. By then I had enough and simply got this done near my home in Burke. I will never go to Fedex again with this kind of horrible service waiting for me.

Convenient to have in the Town Center if you need to FedEx or print something out.

I cannot one previous comments!!! A lady on purposely did not tell me all the options available, ended up I paid more then double price compared to exactly same delivery i made 2 weeks back. They will try to rip you off, stay away.

Depends in who is staffing the front desk for customer service. Machines are usually OK, but sometimes broken. At least the office is clean.
