Came here for an office desk and office chair, since I’ve been doing more work from home like many others. I was able to find a good basic desk that was easy to put together. I also found a good chair and paid the extra fee to have them put it together, and they did it timely and professionally. So good experience overall.

Im a regular visitor / shopper at this location. This is a convenient and well-stoked store. The in-store manager, Mike Sikes, is knowledgeable about the products and services they sell. However, he has terrible customer handling skills.

The stores are more empty now than it used to be, since many people prefer to shop online than in the store. I try to buy from the stores hoping that it will help their survival. Everytime I shop at this Office Depot, asides from it being very quiet with very few customers, the customer service is consistently great, and the store is always very clean and stocked with what I need. I have shopped at this store with my little 13 lb terrier mix, and the employees seemed okay with my dog walking around the store. My dog is also very well behaved and does NOT urinate or defecate in the store. I also love that Office Depot does back to school donations. They made the donation process so easy because they bagged the school supplies with notebooks, rules, pencils, etc.. in each bag. Each bag has a different price tag which allow you to choice the one(s) in the price range that is comfortable for you. The last time I went, they were doing a water donation event to the local fire department. I donated cases of water, and the young man loaded the cases, and Office Depot took care of the donation pickup/delivery. It is really great to shop with a company who cares about the community. Office Depot made the donation process so easy for people who want to make a donation.

This is for curbside. I went to pick up a desk. Mind you, i have picked up furniture the same size as this before from ikea They always put it in for me through my trunk and it fits like a glove! I arrive & this boy comes and tells me to help pick it up with him...SEEING I AM NOTICEABLY PREGNANT!!! I told him how am i supposed to help u if i am Pregnant. He says we only have “females inside who are really small”...yet you have the audacity to ask ME..a 5’1 pregnant female to PICK UP a heavy item? He ended up putting the item in as i told him from the beginning. But he was SUPER INCONVENIENT and rude! If i get a confirmation that a order is ready to pick up then you need to make sure u have enough people to assist u with putting something big in a car and not ASSUME the person coming is a male or someone who can help you!

Grace at the printing center was patient, attentive, and extremely helpful getting our prints done. She helped us figure out how to get our photos and resume prints done perfectly despite some complications with the files on our flash drive. Well be back to visit this location for sure.

The aisles are clearly marked, making the office supplies at this location easy to find. There is a good selection at this location of office supplies, office furniture, and office equipment (such as printers, copiers, and computers). The prices are reasonable. The employees are polite and helpful.

Great Customer Service!! They were very helpful and and happy to help me. the best experience I have had in this type of retail store. It is obvious that the Sales Associate Arnaz cares for his customers, he does a wonderful job.

Greeted upon entering and pointed in the direction where I needed to go. Printing a black and white paper is .12 and a colored document is .25. I was in and out within 5min.

You can instantly tell this store wont survive as it is today. The service is lackluster and uninspired. The merchandising is extremely poor and needs a complete revamp if they have any hope of making it in a continuously growing online shopping world. Its not too hard to reimagine this place, but the current efforts and execution are simply not where they need to be.The 2 stars is for my experience but it gets 1 star for the business being, what can only be described as, abandoned.Fixing the business isnt easy but the solutions are clear. My favorite office supply store. Fantastic copy service & prints my email attachments for pennies. I dont even keep a printer at home because their print service is so fantastic

Ive only ever used the print services here, but I can say with certainty they are awesome! Prices are much better than other options nearby (Fedex, CVS, Walgreens, etc.) and unlike the nearby Fedex Office location, the workers are happy to correct issues with printing for free. The workers are also very transparent when something may cost extra and will inform you ahead of time. In general, they all seem very experienced in both printing and graphic design troubleshooting, and every person Ive interacted with has been kind and helpful.

I was able to get most of what I wanted for a lot less on Amazon. I got some binders for a lot more than they should be, but I wanted the specific color, so ok, my choice. And I got Christmas letter paper, expensive but got a beautiful pattern that I really liked since I saw it and decided to go ahead and get it way earlier than needed.

The location is excellent and it is the only affordable alternative in the area. Frequently hold good sales for items the independent business person can use. I find staff friendly and helpful.Ray Wedell

This is a very good office supply store. They carry a lot of helpful items.

Their service is very slow, you have wait at least an hour to fax two pages documents. Nobody even ask you if you need assistance. I cannot give them more than one point.

I use Office Depot for most basic office supplies. But they dont have a good range of non-standard or specialty items. Good sales occasionally.

New hire in training very nice and helpful. Needs more clerks 7 to 9 people in line.

Horrendous service, I walked in and stood alone in office chairs for 15 minutes without being aknowledged. I wasnt the only one not being helped, as another customer had to shout out loud to get someone to help her with ink.If you need to buy something here, check the Best Buy next door because theyll give you better service.

Such a bad customer service this guy Alan was so racist and rude like omg there was an Indian family who are front of me on the line, he started yelling at them!! And when I came to the line he started throwing papers on em and telling me oh ma’mma I’m not going to do this now I have a lot of things going on here I have a lot of work what do u want me to do ? And all my papers were black and white only 8 of them!!! Plus he was throwing with his hands!!!! He better watch how he talks! And know how to treat his customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone that works their is socially awkward. I showed up for an interview and the store supervisor, Josh circled around the store for 20 mins while on the phone before Interviewing me. Everyone looks like they just got outta bed. Overall bad experience.

Im waiting for my print order to be completed as I write this... Came to print out 200 colored pages and the woman who is helping me, while kind is overwhelmed. I was the first person in line and she started on my order but then kept servicing others and interrupting my order. It got so bad that after 20 minutes I said I was going to run next door to Harris teeter and would give her 30 minutes to service these people before coming back to pick up my order. She said thank you, but when I came back after 30 minutes, and walked over all she said was a rushed sorry. She didnt do anything with my order. Its now been 25 minutes since that happened and she has yet to do anything, Ive got a 4.5 hour drive to williamsport PA to do tonight and it now looks like I wont be getting in until midnight. Thank you for ignoring me and ruining my night. I cant wait to over pay for this poorly filled order.

Absolutely terrible experience at Spectrum Center Office Depot in Reston, and in dealing with an assistant manager, Chuck, who does not understand how to take care of customers.Having made $25,000+ in purchases from this Office Depot over the past decade, I often use coupons for my purchases. In my past experiences, if I presented an expired coupon, the sales clerk simply called a manager over to override the transaction and I would always - without exception - be given the discount with a smile. Until today.However, during my experience today, the assistant manager, Chuck (whom thankfully I have never dealt with in the past), adamantly refused to let me use any one of the coupons I presented to him because he said they were too far expired.For whatever the reason, he was just rude and took satisfaction in not letting me use the coupon. Im in disbelief how much he really didnt care that I walked out of his store livid, without my merchandise, looking to take all of my future business elsewhere.Advice to his manager: Explain to Chuck what customer service means (perhaps drop by a Chick-fil-A a few times to learn how to treat and respect customers). Then fire him. And yes, Ill be taking all future business to Staples and cancelling my account with Office Depot.

The worst office depot ever or may be the worst merchant in this area, and more .. Very rude personnel and manager I have ever seen,I ordered a desk from their store and the site said it was available but my order was canceled after confirmation and said the manager could answer any question but when I called three times the disconnected my call and hang the phone on me and the last time when I requested to talk to manager he simply in a very rude manner told we dont have it in stock and can do nothing and I say it for the last time and you just order any where else and ask to ship it to you but I dont want to pay 90 bucks for shipment, (they are cheating people ) if they didnt have why their site says it is available and ready for pick up there,Update your site or be polite to people

Walked in looking for ink cartridges for work. i was in a rush and was greeted within 10 seconds and the sales rep promptly took me right to them and i was out the door in a couple minutes.

About business services specifically: no professionalism, no competence, no urgency, and absolutely zero communication. This has been my experience, and this is why office Depot is slowly dying out. In business, if you cannot treat your clients right you will fail.

They have lots of display furniture they do not sell. You go there to see the furniture then go home and order online. Do not expect to buy anything, you will not leave the store with product. Sadly Amazon will beat Office Depot prices...
