Ive been doing business here over a decade and Ive never had any problems. I am sent a text when it is time to refill, and a text when it is ready. Everyone is nice. They have always answered any questions I have. My husband was recently put on an expensive medication and they answered all of my questions.

Easily the most incompetent group of people Ive ever had contact with. They can not literally EVER get your prescription right. They will always give you a different type of medication. Ive told them multiple times. Its literally on my file. But again time after time the wrong type. One brand will literally give me horrible side effects. I cant not take a thyroid medicine. Time after time, oh you missed up my medication. Gotta wait another 15 minutes for a 8th grade drop out to fill it correctly. Ive complained, nothing is ever done!!! No one is held accountable in that store. Obviously or it wouldnt continue to happen month after month. Who do I complain to!!!! Nothing is done. So if you want to potentially die from Taking the wrong type of medication because it was filled by incompetent 8th grade drop out then pick here. Otherwise if you value your health and hormone profile then pick somewhere else!!!

This pharmacy is one of the best. They go above and beyond to help you. Staff is friendly pharmacist is always there to talk if you need to. I have been here for going on 6 years I would never change

If I could I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star rating. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a pharmacy. They are extremely rude and the staff genuinely does not care.

Always friendly and courteous. Answers any questions if I have any. Might have a little wait at times but not really that bad.

Had to wait for my prescription for nearly a week after my doctor sent to be filled. He had to call and speak with the pharmacist twice! Wont be using walmart pharmacy EVER for anything. And will recommend others dont either. The pharmacy staff there were great! Its the corporate policies that are ridiculous there! Never again!!!

Until I moved, I used to get my prescriptions filled here. It was a great experience, the staff are friendly.

I have been with Walmart Pharmacy for decades.This last week it took 6 trips before they got the prescription filled correctly. They said they called my doctor on Friday and left a message. My Doctor said he had no message from them for the refill and the new policy for a recertification on schedule one drugs which will be required every month starting in August. When my Doctor called them on Tuesday they said the had filled the prescription on Friday. When I went to get my husbands scripts they said they had a hiccup in their system. This meant my husband would have had to go from Friday to Tuesday without pain medication. Instead our Doctor hospitalized him for pain control on Sunday.They ignored my doctors request to fill the spript.Needless to say we have found a new pharmacy. No wait times, no long lines no you could do some shopping while you wait.Hines pharmacy is our new pharmacy and it is saving us over $100 dollars a month!

Went to pick up prescriptions around 7:45pm... pharmacy was already closed for the evening... 1 hour 15 minutes early.

You should update your closing time bcuz u cant pick up or drop off until they decide to come back from lunch.not everyone has an entire hour to walk around Walmart waiting on medicine
