I would highly recommend the Two Men and a Truck team (out of Reno, Nevada), from the office staff all the way through to the four guys that actually moved all of my stuff. The four young men who did all of the work were professional, friendly, courteous, and prompt. Their work ethic is exceptional. If you want a company you can trust with your move, Two Men and a Truck is it !:) Dont waste your time talking to anyone else.

This moving company is HORRIBLE to say the least. I wouldn’t even rate them ONE STAR ! They charged me $650 for a two hour job. And of course dragged it out as long as they could. The 3 guys that came and moved my things were absolutely horrific. One of them came without a shirt on, the other one didn’t do anything at all, and the 3rd one was smoking cigarettes every 10 minutes. They were in more breaks then they were actually moving my items. They broke my front door on my old rental and my TV stand is literally in pieces! And multiple other items. I’ve been in touch with their GM Justin who promised me a refund and pay for the damage THEY CAUSED and he NEVER replied back to me or processed my refund. I called multiple times and spoke to Kelly who said she would get me in touch with the owner and she NEVER does she told me today on 7/28/2021 that the owner will NOT do anything to help me, all he does is own the business. I’m so fed up with this company I am taking them to court to get my money back and to pay for the damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! You will regret it !

These guys made moving look so easy. They were friendly, efficient and were so careful with my furniture. I really appreciated their professionalism and the way they listened to what I had to say. They honestly made the whole moving experience easier.

We had a very small period of time to schedule moving a grand piano. The first movers we scheduled didnt show up causing a big problem! We called Two Men and a Truck on a Saturday morning with 90 minutes to schedule a move or lose the piano. They got us scheduled and got the piano moved within a few hours. They were very professional and polite. They definitely knew what they were doing. And they charged the very bottom price from their estimate. Hopefully, no more pianos to move, but we know who wed call! Thanks!!

Due to a family death, we needed to vacate an apartment on short notice. We had previously scheduled JUNK King-Reno based on their claim to both dispose of JUNK, but also recycle or donate usable furniture to community partners. On arrival, their crew had no intention to move furniture for donation as advertised, but instead proceeded to break perfectly good chairs to to fit them in with their 1/2 truck full of other junk. They would have done the same with other items if we hadnt fired them on the spot.Enter Two Men and a Truck, several days later (after a Google search, as well as a recommendation by a competitor, Loading Helpers). Under the circumstances Two Men squeezed us into the first available spot on their schedule - it was easy to get an estimate from Josh after one phone call, followed by an itemized estimate via email for approval.On the day of the move, the crew called 30 minutes before arrival as promised - 3 men, Ricardo, Isaac and E arrived in an clean and empty truck, sized up the job, and after protecting all donatable furniture and moving it all carefully, loaded their truck within one hour, followed us to the local thrift shop to drop off what was being donated, then took the mattress, box springs and other items to the local dump for disposal.Payment was completed via iPad - the estimated hours were prorated based on the job taking less time than expected. The entire job cost less than we would have spent for Junk King to turn our furniture into their JUNK, and take it all to the dump! We couldnt be happier with the timely, professional, and affordable service, and will use Two Men and a Truck again, and recommend them to everyone we know. We already recommended them to the facility we moved out of, for use by other residents needed to move in or out!

I’ve never used movers before, but I will going forward. They took what would have taken my wife and I around 8 hours to complete, in only 2 hours! The team I worked with was very professional, fast, and careful with our belongings. Would 100% recommend them again. The office team was great, and our amazing movers were Mike, Eddy, and E.

This review is specifically for Kelly. She helped us frombeginning to end and was a pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about our move process. She is very quick with her email replies. She calls back as soon as she is able to and does it all with a smile. I didnt even meet her face to face until the end but I could tell she was smiling on the phone whenever we spoke. The main reason for writing this is to acknowledge how she went above and beyond for us. We moved out of state and had a few items in storage. We finally made time to go back and pick up our belongings and she came in on a weekend, on her day off to accommodate our schedule. How freaking awesome is that?! I have been a customer service manager for almost 20 years and was super impressed with her service. The kind of service she provided is something that you cant really teach people. Used this company for the first time and Im never going with another mover again. From the first conversation with Kelly until the time of final payment we only experienced excellent customer service. The rate quoted was also what we paid and it was a super great deal. We had a MASSIVE Tool Cabinet to move and they were able to get a truck with a lift gate for us. We moved from a packed 3 bedroom apt with a huge garage to a 2 story 3 bed home in another state. Andrew, Ricardo and Carlos were at our home on time and even called ahead to give us heads up. They managed to get everything on the truck which I really didnt expect because we have so much stuff. We filled 100% of the 26 ft truck. It was a bit overweight probably because of the tool cabinet and they handled the issue so smoothly. They removed some heavy equipment to ensure we could cross the state line and were determined to get our stuff to us the same day. This really put them above the great service level to excellent. It was amazing how fast and efficient they were both loading and unloading. Andrew and Ricardo stayed late at our new place to ensure everything we had went to the rooms we wanted. They were also always polite and didnt get annoyed with my noisy kids. Thank you again for helping us get settled into our new home.

Was moving my dad from his condo to assisted living on September 14th. The young kids who were sent to move about 7 pieces of furniture broke his dresser. They didnt wrap it, loaded it drawer side toward the middle, and secured it with a bungee cord. Big surprise, when they showed up to the new place, the dresser had crashed to the floor, breaking a handle and taking a chip out of the front. We were very patient and understanding and just asked them to repair the damage. They came out on the 17th and put wood putty in the chip. They have not returned to sand and stain the dresser and now the person I had been working with, isnt even returning calls. Im so disappointed in their customer service. I know we are all short handed, but come on.... if your damage team is so backed up that you cant come out and fix the furniture your movers break, maybe you should train your movers not to break things!

This team HUSTLED to get us out and in across state lines in the same day. I couldnt recommend them more. These guys literally ran back and forth between our house and the truck — and packed the truck perfectly. They were also super nice and professional. Likewise, their office was kind, flexible, and responsive. 💯all the way!

We used Two Men and a Truck for both packing and moving. We packed many things ourselves but had them help with a lot as well with the kitchen and other areas. In summary: Nothing catastrophic happened but it seems mostly lucky that thats the case considering. We would definitely not use them again. 3-star because they got the job done and everybody involved was friendly and hard-working.Positives:The packing was efficient with plenty of staff and completed quite quickly. They were also flexible and happy to use boxes we provided.The movers were incredibly hard-working and courteous.It was just 3 people on a very hot day moving 4Br worth of stuff (1.5 truckloads). In the end, only a few glasses were found to be broken that weve discovered so far. There was also a dresser that was broken but as particle board furniture, its hard to necessarily fault the movers and they communicated the likelihood.Could use improvement:Packing:- I was told that the at least some of the movers would be the same people but alas that turned out not to be the case. This led the movers to have little context for some things the packers had specifically left to be done on moving day.- The packers also were inconsistent with labeling. Some labeled very clearly while others did no labeling at all and worse, left prior labels on the boxes.- The packing of art left something to be desired. I expect if were paying a service to pack, care in handling artwork should be a specialty. We found multiple pieces simply stacked next to each other with nothing in between them (not so much as a piece of paper). One of the canvases now has a slight dent in it.Many moving issues, individually minor but in aggregate, hard to recommend as a whole:- Twice, I saw a mover attempt to take too many boxes at once and all the boxes fell over. Including one that was labeled fragile.- I have an expensive machine that is clearly labeled top pack, lay flat, fragile. This was left on its side.- Boxes that we took the time to label (including labeling the rooms for ease) were often in completely the wrong room.- I had another box that on all sides labeled with an arrow to indicate which side up. It was marked fragile. This, too, was left on its side.- We found a significant number of large items and boxes in closets that were never moved from the original home- The sectional couch that was reassembled was…not. The clips were not put on at all. This is in part because the packers disassembled and different people moved/reassembled.

When the movers met us unfortunately the third guy had family emergency so we only had two movers. The office sent a shorter truck since i said limit move to five hours. I do think they estimate higher on time needed for the job. Trust me we have moved and know what it takes. The MOVERS WERE GREAT.. sorry I misplaced their names. They worked fast and packed the 20 ft. Vs 26 ft. Truck we ordered. KUDOS TO THEM. i had office adjust price for one less mover and the TWO still finished the job closer to what I said.

These guys were the best movers weve ever had! They were not only early but were also professional, quick, and efficient -- very careful with all of our stuff (and there was a lot of stuff from a cross country move!). Extremely reasonable pricing. Originally had booked with another company who jacked up the price an additional $1000 from our original quote when we found out our new place didnt have an elevator and was on the third floor. Im so glad I called Two Men and a Truck to get a quote from them, they werent phased by the lack of elevator and gave me a quote less than the original with the other company. The movers being so professional and efficient was icing on the cake. Go with these guys! They take the stress out of moving!

This was my first time using Two Men and A Truck. Moving an office for multiple people is no easy task and Josh in the office was very helpful in all of the phases of a corporate level project. On Move day Tyler, Johny, and Patrick were very nice, professional and efficient. They made quick work of the move and helped to get all of the large pieces placed to my liking before moving. They followed all of the instructions for box placement and any special handling requests that were needed. Should we move again, I will look to this company to help us out.

The three young men that helped me move were exceptional in every way. They were hard working, professional, friendly, and respectful!

Two men and a Truck were contracted to move my elderly parents from a rural location 60+ miles away into town. The drivers called to let us know they were 30-minutes late arriving but made up for it in the speed and efficiency in which they loaded the truck. They wrapped and padded all valuables and were attentive to fragile and/or sentimental items. They delivered the items with no breakage and yet were very expedient off-loading the truck. Items were placed into the correct rooms and unwrapped where applicable. Movers Ricardo, Julio and Andrew did an exceptional job!

Moving crew notified me in timely fashion and arrived right on schedule. Loading of goods in storage location was done very efficiently and unloading into new residence was performed in very professional way. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck - even though my team consisted of three men ;-).

From initial planning stage over the phone to the arrival of the team (ON TIME) to the care they took with my belongings, their professionalism and courteousness...I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. The team (Daniel, E and Steven) were wonderful and so speedy. They did everything with such efficiency and heres the kicker...they came in at less than the amount of the initial phone quote. I was able to move some small stuff in advance myself so this helped of course. But really, I was in awe of how focused they were on what they were doing...they are some hard-working guys! I would absolutely use their services again if, heaven forbid, I ever have to move again. Great company.

Company destroyed our Dinning room table. Movers said they were very sorry for rolling it into truck and out of truck without wrapping it. The wood edges are destroyed and the base is wobbly. The crew admittedly apologized and made a repair claim / reimbursement claim. Asked us to send pictures of the damage and said they would call us back to let us know what they would do. No calls, no replies and when I finally got a hold of Danyel, he said he was going to corporate meeting to discuss our damage. Said he would contact us next day with information. No call back. To text. So we texted and asked what they were going to do. Danyel tells us that we have basic coverage. This is insane. Next their going to blame it on Covid for not having trained movers. Table was $2,000 + from Ennis furniture. So disappointed in this company.

When I originally called to arrange my move I was very clear that I wanted my furniture completely covered. My couches are white and in very good condition. There was very little to move. The man I spoke with on the phone understood what I said. My furniture was not all the way covered, they were literally running out of my house with my belongings. My pillows to my couch got dropped on the ground. They were not covered. I called the manager. I believe his name was Josh, he came out but nothing was accomplished by that. I called to let them no that I had marks on my couches. I was told I would receive a call back by the next day. It has been 2 weeks, nothing. I am very disappointed in this company and especially there management. If you care about your belongings and you care about professionalism. I would definitely use another moving company.

These guys ROCK! The office team contacted me a couple of days prior to the move and I realized that somehow the date was set for a day prior to the day I would be ready for them. I explained this to them and they were able to adjust the move date to the day I wanted! The movers were on time and actually saved me money by being crazy fast and completing the move way under the time I was quoted for. I will definitely be using their services again and will be telling my friends and family to do the same :)

These guys rock. They were literally jogging the entire time. They moved our entire 2 bedroom house in about 6 hours! Very professional and affordable.

The men and 3 trucks were very good on the first delivery of the day and I was contacted by the office and told that they were ahead of schedule and I would get a refund after they came the second time. The return trip brought them being rather rude and very careless as the wine barrels they spilled out dirt on the ramp and ground. They dropped and broke 5 cinder blocks and 4 pavers. The men just put items where they wanted to even though I told them where to put them. I had to move them by myself. I found out from my employee at the moving location that they were rooting into the items in the bathroom. When they men left I had to clean up after them. They even took my broom with them and I had to locate another broom in my storeroom to clean up after the men. I was told that they treat your items like grandmothers items, which they did not do. I was even told by the lead man that I had to pay $625.00 more which was beyond the agreed to budget. I have never received a statement to which I paid for $4625.00. I wanted a paper statement and have not been provided with one. I would be very careful in using this company and make it a short term of am moving only as any longer they go downhill fast.

My move with Two Men and a Truck went SO smoothly, thanks to the 3-man team, Solomon, Daniel, and Eric! They were careful with my furniture, but efficient and fast. They got my stuff out of the first location in about 2 hours and moved it into the new place (a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator) in just a few hours more. They were awesome and friendly and it was the best I have ever felt about movers. Ive used a few companies in town and this was by far the best experience Ive had. It was easy to set up an appointment and everyone I dealt with in the office was nice, informative and spent the time to address any questions or concerns I might have.The day of the move came and they were on-time. The team of John, Andrew and Braden did a great job of packing our kitchen and getting the furniture ready to load. They worked quickly but not sloppy. John kept me in the loop on how things were going and timing which was greatly appreciated. Given that the cost of moving with Two Men is based on time I was very happy with the speed and effort the team gave.After a lunch break for the team I met them at our new house and they quickly unloaded everything exactly where I asked and also help re-arrange some of the furniture because we werent exactly sure how we wanted things placed.After unpacking the past week I havent found anything damaged or broken. All is as it was before the move which makes the wife and I extremely happy.Overall I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. All team members I met were courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. The pricing seemed reasonable for the time and level of care we needed. If I move again I will definitely use them again.

I own a small vending business and needed some machines picked up from various locations and delivered to storage. After dealing with another company in town who treated us terribly, and calling other companies who had no idea how to help me or give me a bid that wasnt ridiculous, Id almost given up hope. I saw Two Men and a Truck while driving through my neighborhood and thought Id give them a call. The office staff was very helpful and my request did not even phase them. They were able to give me a bid immediately and schedule my service. I was thrilled! On the day of the move, they showed up on time, and were very efficient and professional. I thought it would take all day, but it took less than the original bid time. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. My moving team consisted of Johnny, E, and Shawn. Overall, excellent service by polite and respectful young men. They were fast and efficient. My only negative comment was that their packing was sloppy with no consideration for the items they were packing. They put bottles oil (sideways) in with books and paper that leaked and ruined the books. They threw a cowboy hat in a box and crushed it. Fortunately, the move was only from one building to another, no long term storage or move or the damage would have been worse.

Everything was fine with the move. I just think that its a lot of money for the amount of service you provide. I notice that all the companies are basically the same. But for 10 items and less than two hours worth of work, $360 is a lot of money.

I was moving to third story and knew I couldnt do all the lifting myself. I didnt have them move everything just the big stuff. They did amazing. Hardworking, fast, and really great. So worth the money next time Ill have them move everything!

Truck driver appeared to not having any experience driving a moving van. He damaged the carport awning. The team didnt listen to instructions and were in to much of a hurry.

We used this company to move us from Reno to Verdi, NV. They misquoted the amount of time and trucks they needed. Which added about 3 hours to our bill. They broke 1) our TV. 2) a bed. 3 ) Tore three holes in the couch. The “manager” Justin was notified and took MONTHS to fix what they had broken. We moved in August and just this week ( November) they finally fixed the couch. They stacked heavy large boxes on top of boxes that clearly were marked fragile. They broke pieces of China that cannot be replaced. They basically threw our things in different rooms, even when they where all marked plainly. Today we realized that all of our Christmas lights are missing. I have no doubt that they were taken, knowing we wouldn’t look for them until now. They where all together in a large clear plastic bin. I’m sure they are twinkling on someone else’s house this Christmas. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this company. More dissatisfied with Justin, the manager. Made promises that he definitely did not keep. Do not use this company.

Two Men and a Truck were very careful with our items. They wrapped the furniture well for protection and worked hard getting all the items upstairs in my daughters apartment. They were very fast and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Very rarely do I feel like I actually need to go out of my way to leave a good review.In this case, due to the overwhelmingly awesome assistance I received from this company, I feel as though I have no choice.I first called to get a quote on a 500 mile move, and Josh was extremely thorough with going over all options and answering questions, to the point that he was able to get my move scheduled for the very next day.All of my items were neatly and safely arranged within the truck, and unpacked into the new house with AMAZING safety and speed.Thank you for your commitment and making this move the most comfortable that Ive ever been through!I highly recommend this outfit to anybody who needs moving assistance.

Tyler, Zach and Cooper did a fantastic job. Finished very quickly. Lots of stairs and they didnt blink. They were friendly and worked well as a team. I HIGHLY recommend this company and these three guys. Ask for them. The price was very competitive too.

Andrew, Jacob and Daniel helped move us from north Reno to south Reno and they were amazing! Not only were they on time at 8:30 to arrive to start packing up, but they moved everything very quickly and carefully! Will definitely be asking for them again on our next move!

We found ourselves needing to move my 90 year old mother-in-law out of an assisted living facility here in Reno to our house, also in Reno. I called around and spoke with several other moving companies but Two Men and a Truck was able to meet our schedule - even moved it up a day after our situation changed, and did so for less than the other moving companies. They sent us 3 guys, Tyler, Patrick and Cooper. They were right on time, worked fast (actually ran to and from the truck when they werent carrying stuff) which I really appreciated given the fact that I was paying them by the hour. They worked great as a team, got the job done and were very nice to deal with. Highly recommended!

We hired then to help with our big furniture which we would not have been able to move ourselves.Everyone was very courteous and respectful. The office was great and flexible with getting us a quote quickly and scheduling rather last minute as well as keeping us informed with the timeline on when to expect the guys and following up after the move with a receipt and answering any questions we had.The moving team did amazing in helping us come in under our budget, and the level of care shown to our furniture and items of questionable stability (old bookcases, etc) with even such efficiency was phenomenal. We enjoyed chatting with the guys and appreciated every effort they made on our behalf to ensure the move was as smooth as possible for us.This was our first time hiring professionals and overall we agreed that we would 100% be willing to do so again should finances allow during future moves.

The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and were polite and helpful. They finished faster than estimated and came in below the low end of the cost estimate. I eould definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone.

Our team was very courteous and helpful with everything we needed. All three of them worked very hard and were very friendly. Their hustle loading and unloading reduced our estimate considerably and saved us some unexpected money. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone for their next moving experience.

I had an excellent experience with this moving company. The fact that they have their own (big) truck was super helpful. Moving staff was professional, quick, and very efficient. Took all of my stress away as I knew I would not be able to handle this job by myself. I would hire them again any time I needed. Very friendly and helpful office staff and moving staff. What is on their website is really what they deliver. Thank you for making this as easy as possible for me. The work provided took a huge weight off of my shoulders. I needed some very heavy bookcases and a couch moved in my house. Tyler, Patrick and Daryle arrived, listened to what I required and got right to work. I used this company years ago when I had new carpet installed and they were great then as well. I would highly recommend them for any moving project. Really Nice People!!!

Two Men and a Truck are stress savers, when I called to get a moving estimate Josh knew it was out of my price range so he suggested an alternative that saved me a ton of money. I used their service to load the truck and take it to a UPACK facility to do the driving. They have been very helpful, and have gone above and beyond to make sure this move was as cost-efficient to me as possible, while also giving the quality move everyone deserves!! I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck for any type of move, whether it is just loading/unloading or the entire move itself.

As usual, Two Men and a Truck delivered...my belongings safely to my new condo. The men were on time, pleasant and fast. Most of all, they treated my belongings with care. I will definitely use their service again and again.

I called the day of that I needed help moving a very large piece of furniture. The person I talk to on the phone was very helpful and called out to a group of guys to see if they could fit me into their schedule. Not only did they fit me in to their schedule, but they were early. They were fast, courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend this business for any moving needs.

My Husband and I decided on this Company after looking at several others. Were very glad we did. We have a huge heavy old metal framed reclining couch that took 4 men to get it upstairs. It only took 2 to get it down! I had 3 men scheduled originally BUT 1 ended up with a hurt ankle. So was left with only 2 men & A Truck. Lol. At about $65 a hour per man. I was scheduled for a 8 hour move with 3 men. The 2 guys left were still able to finish the job in that time. They even put all the furniture in the places I wanted. They came in several hundred under estimate. Would Highly Recommend them. Good Job Team. Only complaint is the office staff, not the fastest or friendliest. But they arent the ones transporting your stuff. Two Thumbs Up!

Johnny, Patrick, and Daniel made one of the hardest days of my life so much easier. Not only were they professional and efficient, but they were very understanding of my situation and made a very hard day much easier. I will definitely be using Two Men and a Truck again and requesting these young men!

I started moving myself. Im retired on fixed income. From past movers I was never happy with the expensive, slow moving, didnt care complaining people and a much higher bill... after the move!.That being said.... with total confidence I highly recommend Tyler, Zack and Julio. Great ethics, polite, easy to be around, they work together so smooth, each knows what the other is doing, incredibly hard, and fast working...... PERFECT I could not possibly ask for anything more.I really thank Kristen Remington for her recommendation after she used 2 men and a truck for her last move!

This company is 100% professional all the way, from returning my call for a quote to making the appointment. Day of the move the team called about thirty minute out and gave heads up, arrived on time. Three very polite and well mannered young men. They allowed my daughter to show them her concerns for things and what she needed done. They then went to work and did not stop until finished. They left no mess or damage to anything, I have hired movers for the past thirty years, Andrew, Jacob and Daniel are the best I have ever hired. Oh yes the estimate was right on and the time it took was less than anticipated. Thank You Guys, I will be using you again in the very near future.

We used Two Men and a Truck to get our stuff out of storage and move it into our home. Tyler, Coop, and TeShawn were super quick and handled our items with care. They finished faster than expected so our price was lower than was quoted in the end. They put furniture that had been taken apart for storage back together and were very friendly.

Moved a 1830 sq feet home 4 blocks away. The move took 9.5 hours. I had to use my own SUV + tools to assist as they were unprepared. Ive used several moving companies before and never had I had to participate with moving boxes and furniture + tear down, yet still pay over $1000 after a soft reimbursement from the office team. My estimate was max cost of $1,050. Ive never paid more than $850 for a move with the competitors and the other homes were double the sq feet. Im very disappointed and completely exhausted from a move I paid $1000 for. Definitely not using this company again and will let others know of my direct experience.

My first review was awesome as my experience with Ricardo and Julio were. The owners/office staff, however, were not great at all. They never replied on my emails (even when asking for a quote), and now they want to charge me for their own faults. Interesting how they run their business. Very disappointed at this point.

Marcos and Andrew did a fantastic job on our move from Reno Watsonville, CA. They were on time, efficient, and handled all our items with care.

They showed up an hour late with a truck that was too small, one of the workers was injured and couldnt help move, then one of them stole from another storage unit in our complex and got caught. This was all at the pickup location! I would definitely NOT recommend this moving company.
