Awesome place! Secure and easy to use/navigate through the facility. Kathy is wonderful and was a big help on my first day.

Nancy embodied customer service. She was easy to talk to, informative, patient. She maintains a clean property without falling short of calling back customers to answers their questions or following up with issues. She stays calm and collective in any situation. I wish anybody whose in the customer service industry would have the same work ethic she does. Amazing job Nancy!!!

Online rental made it so easy to have my storage unit paid for and ready in minutes. They text you the gate code and your unit number. When I got there in the evening, they already had a lock ready to go inside the unit. Saved me so much time. I highly recommend this storage facility

I was working a temporary job in Reno and when I got reassigned to another part of the country, I chose this Public Storage facility for its good price and convenient location. When it came time to retrieve my belongings and ship them across the country, Nancy and Kelly were exceedingly helpful in assisting me with coordinating my move while I was trying to make it work from my new home in Ohio. They went far above and beyond to help me with all my needs, something Ive never experienced from the other storage locations Ive used in 2 other states. I cannot thank them both enough for being so kind, helpful, and compassionate with all their efforts. Their customer service is absolutely exceptional, their rates are fair, the units are clean and secure, and they provide a fantastic experience for all of your storage needs.

So I went to the South Reno Public storage and the wonderful person Nancy that was at the front desk was absolutely so helpful and very friendly. She spent time explaining my options to rent a space. I was impressed how clean the office and the grounds were all was done in a timely manner. Cost was a little high but I feel my personal property will be safe. Thank you again Nancy your awesome!

I am going to have a real hard time writing this review, only because this has been a rough road for me. I’m glad that I don’t have to do this in person. Because holding back the tears is very difficult. I want to thank Public Storage S. Virginia St., Reno, NV. Again for hiring Nancy. Like I said in my review some months ago regarding Nancy she has been one of the bright stars in my situation, she always has a smile on her face, (and yes you can see her smile Pass her mask) and kind word to say, and she never makes me feel like my situation makes me feel. Like I said in my last review some months ago, I lost my Mom due to cancer (it will be a year on the Nov. 30th) I was displaced, Due to Covid. I lost everything. I’m a barber/Caregiver I lost my business as a barber And then I lost my apartment and right after that I lost my job as a caregiver here in Sacramento. Because I had nowhere to live. It’s been really hard on me I’ve had to live From pillar to post. When I would go to the storage unit Nancy was so kind. I didn’t tell her everything but she had empathy. I ended up in Reno because I had to live with my son who owns his own home in Dayton. The only reason it didn’t work out is because my life is here in Sacramento. So a few weeks back I moved all my stuff back to Sacramento to Public Storage. I was unable to move my furniture which was given to me by a dear friend I had hoped someone kind would buy it . if I could’ve given it to the person that bought it I would have. I’m just glad that they were blessed with it, it belong to a special person before me. Anyway again I didn’t want to let this to be a book. Just wanted to let you know how special Nancy is. She has blessed my heart. Thank you so much again, for hiring Her. I wish she worked out here, or at least I wish she could train the people that work out here I don’t think I’ve ever ran into anyone like her and I’ve been renting from Public Storage for years. Maybe she should be a trainer 😊Thanks again💕

Public storage in Reno Nevada..is a great place to store your things.. long-term or short..first month..$25./5x10...very friendly.. knowledgeable staff..i highly recommend this storage to anyone who needs a spot to keep things for a bit.plus ... theres quit a few public storage businesses where ever you might be.

Liz has been extremely helpful with all of our moving needs. We needed a smaller unit and she was quick to get us taken care of.

I made a reservation online and went into the office. The manager in duty Grace was very helpful and showed me the unit I made a reservation for. She was very understanding about me wanting to talk it over with my wife and measure everything that I want to store.

Best experience Ive ever had with a storage facility, and having spent most of career in college athletics, Ive seen a lot of storage units. Great central location, yet not highly visible, which is nice. Easy in and out access, clean and safe. Not all of the Reno locations meet that last requirement as much as youd probably like. But, the most important part of any rental experience is the people you work with, and Georgina and Crissy simply are wonderful to work with. Friendly, patient, welcoming and willing to help you out any way they can. Thanks guys.

Im mixed in my review because Ive been very happy with the staff at this Public Storage; specifically, Id like to commend Georgina for her outstanding customer service. She has always been very kind and helpful, and has gone out of her way to make my experience as pleasant as possible. It has been a pleasure to see her when I go in person to pay my monthly fee. That said, I have been somewhat disappointed with the company in general. I find that the cost of rent increases are rather high in their incremental jumps...in two years time, mine has gone from about $50 to $90. It is becoming increasingly difficult to keep paying this fee. Also, a fine coating of dirt has covered all of my possessions. Thankfully, I covered most of my belongings, but will have much cleaning to do once I am able to remove them from storage. The hours are very good, and access is quite easy with regard to the electronic entry. The physical set-up, however, is difficult for maneuvering a vehicle, and Im not looking forward to getting a moving truck in and out of there. In sum, Georgina makes a rather difficult experience (the reasons why my belongings are in storage), much more palatable!

I have rented units here several times when I need a temporary storage solution. I have moved out whenever I no longer needed the space with ease; there are not any long-term contracts. The staff is very friendly and the price for the storage unit is very reasonable.

This place is easy to get to, right off the freeway. The girls in the office were so helpful they didnt have a space in the size we needed but she called around and found one for us and it was closer to where we are looking to Get a house. Thank you Cindy for your help.

Me and my boyfriend just moved to reno and we hear about this public storage space and we went to check it out and we were greeted by this lady name Esther and she was very nice and very helpful. she walked us though what the best storage to get and we walked to go check it out and we loved the size because we have lot of stuff and we went back to the office and rented the space now our stuff will be safe . thank you Ms.Esther for helping us get our perfect locker.

I needed to find a place that I feel comfortable storing my stuff for an extended period of time. The storage units here are clean and well-maintained. Also, the hall units are convenient in that the hallways are not long, so if you get a hall unit you wont have to hike your stuff too far even if the unit is at the end of the hall.The staff are lovely and very helpful! Say hi to Georgina and Stacey if they are there :)

I had a great experience at public storage, Kennedy was so nice and very helpful they work with me on saving me money.I came in a few days after the 1st of the month, I wanted to cancel my unit I didn’t need it anymore I actually didn’t have anything in my storage for a whole month and just didn’t have time to come in an say I wasn’t gonna need it anymore. So I was gonna be charged for the whole month’s rent because I came in after the 1st of the month and my rent was due, and it’s just policy that thats how it goes. They prorated my rent and save me so much money about a $100, I’m a single mom with 4 kids and that kind of money it’s pretty hard to get. Thank you so much you guys were great😁🙏🏻I recommend you 100%

I came into the office and wanted a storage unit, I am an elderly women and grace and kai were wonderful. They helped me find the right size unit and showed me how to put my lock on. I would reccomend these girls to everyone! You girls rock! Your boss is lucky to have you!

It was such a stressful day needing to be all moved out of my apartment due to unforeseen circumstances. But Im so grateful for the care and kindness provided by Kennedy. She listened and helped us to know what we would need for all my items to stay safe in storage. Plus when I wanted storage closer to Sparks with the deal she went above and beyond in calling as many stores as she could to find out if there were any. In the end there werent but she had kept a hold on the one we were looking at anyways so wed have a back up. Thank you Kennedy and Cindy!

She was very polite and professional, and explained to me the different specials and services they offered. I was truly impressed with her customer service and how helpful Georgina was, and would highly recommend this storage to anyone looking! Georgina was so pleasant and 5 stars in every way!!!

Georgina is always awesome to work with. She goes out of her way to make people feel comfortable and truly cares about her customers. Also it is almost impossible to forget to pay a bill as the staff always give you a friendly reminder your payment is do. I will always go back to this storage facility for future needs.

Eventually I will be moving to winnimucca and the person who takes over my position here in Reno will be made clear to only get a storage unit with public storage and when I move to winnimucca for work it is abundantly clear and wise that I will be doing the same and being a loyal customer to public storage! This place is wonderful, I like the size of the unit, the girls here are very delightful and very sweet, they have always welcomed us with big smiles, Georgina and Lindsay are you amazing women, units super clean, this is the first Restroom ever in my life that I dont feel the need to clean it. My girlfriend and i had recently moved in together and we dont have much room in our place and are going to downsize. A friend recommended this place to me so we checked it out. The ladies that helped us, Natasha and Georgina, were very kind and knowledgeable. The Property was clean and the units as well. With their help we were set up with a unit that was perfect for our needs and it is very close to where we live.
