Great store, the store is owned by a wonderful family and the location in comparison to the University and surrounding areas brings this store to a highly qualified status. I go here all the time and I dont think I will stop!

They require a surcharge for using a DEBIT card yet they do not have a sign that indicates this. Their sign specifically states for “Credit Card” purchases. This is both on their front door and counter. Nothing states you will be charged for using a debit card. Oh Apple Pay users also get charged which is stated. Update your signs to accurately reflect this and I’ll remove my low rating. This is very misleading and frustrating.This has been updated to address the owners false claim it is posted.

This is an excellent family owned and ran corner store that is so much more than a just convenience store. They are located near the university so they are fully stocked on a ton of beer, wine and liquors at a decent price! They also carry a lot of frozen and fresh foods as well as fresh produce daily. The mom and pop owners are awesome people and their sons are both amazingly friendly too. This tore also prevents the local area from being a food desert because they do supply fresh produce in an area where a lot of residents do not have transportation. This store is a life saver in many ways.

Was in town visiting family and stopped here along the way. The owners/ workers were friendly and greeted me immediately upon entering which was a nice gesture. Walked around and they had a decent selection. They even asked if there was anything specific I was looking for or needed help finding anything. The prices were fair in my opinion. Walked out with a few drinks and some snacks. The shorter man that was working was pretty entertaining and made fun conversation when it came time to ring up my items. I think he said his name was Sam or Sim or something like that. If Im in town and passing by here, I would stop by again.

They have a wide selection of groceries and everyday items in the market with fair prices.. the owners are friendly and greet me every time I walk in! Great location!

I do love how this convenient store is somewhat discreet and is in walking distance to many houses and apartment complexes. It really is convenient. But the prices seem quite high and unorthodox on a lot of items. The staff is a gamble if you get someone who is very friendly or someone who doesnt look like they want to be there.

Stopped at Valley as I was passing through town - I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of snacks and alcohol and the prices seemed reasonable. I was able to find alot of things I usually have trouble finding elsewhere. Staff was helpful and super friendly. Would definitely shop here again

I havent been in Valley Market in years. Now that I live close its right around the corner ha. Its still the same like I remember it was years ago. Clean, spacious and still got everything I need lol. Friendly cashiers. This place still Rocks!

I have experienced the best from this local store. The kindness and knowledge from the owner truly made me feel welcome .They have such a variety of items that pretty much makes needing to go to a larger store unnecessary .

Prices vary, but ownership is nice and always professional. Locations of the store is ideal for college students, local residents, and anyone who is just passing along. Highly recommend this place for anything general.

Got a broken product from the lady and she wouldnt do anything for me and didnt even give me a receipt of purchase.

Owner is Rude, bad attitude. I tried to let them know their produce was going bad and he said to go to the supermarket. Also overcharges for items. The card machine was not working and his comments where condescending. Me and my husband have gone to this place a few times and employees are always argumentative/smart remarks when asked questions

If i could give no stars i would. I feep disrespected every flipping time i walk in. They also have a diffrent leval of taxes (which is illegal) but they sell things they buy from the dollor store or walmart and resell it for higher.

Prices are high selection is good, especially for a mini mart, it is the market for the area and has been here for a very long time, so they must be doing something right

Valley Market is very convenient for your local neighborhood. Very hidden and discreet.

Overpriced, outdated stuff, with really rude personnel. I just grabbed something when crucially necessary or in holidays. Not recommended at all.
