These guys are awesome. I bought a Mico pod which stopped working after a week. Although store has a policy to exchange faulty devices within 24 hours of purchase, but they exchange my device for free. Its awesome. I recommend everyone to visit this store. They have vast selection of vapes and glasses with nice prices and awesome customer services.

I live right up the hill from here and go here all the time. Tyler helps me each time and has such knowledge of each product the stores sells. Not once have I been rushed in to a purchase and more than a few times I have been helped to make a satisfying purchase from their glassware based on what I’m looking for out of a piece.Customer service is on point, the shop is clean and the staff are knowledgeable. If you’re not going here for your head shop needs or minor shopping needs then you’re messing up.The whole back of the store has an awesome glassware assortment that ranges from twenty dollars to upper tier pieces in the $150+ range. They have cleaning products, smoking products, alternative liquid for your water pipes, ciggs, drinks, munchies, vape stuff, herb grinders and more. Seriously give this place a try!

This store is tucked away and hard to find butt is worth dropping in this guy drinks liquor and smokes blunt wraps and it half as a place is a smoke shop! The name guy that works Nikes name Kevin is a great guy he made the experience awesome for me and helps make my selection.

This is one of the best smoke shops in Reno in my opinion! Ive compared multiple others shop prices to cloud9 and usely cloud9 has the better deal! Ive bought many rigs/glass pieces from this shop name brand an non name brand and Ive always been satisfied with the quality. Cool shop most, I dont go there for the vape or pipes just the fairly priced beer. There is a gentleman there named Bobby who works nights and he is super friendly and very helpful. If you havent been here check it out and see Bobby he is the man.

This is place is my fav smoke/head shop in town. I called them on the phone to speak about the CBD Hemp Flower that they offer. The employee I spoke with, Bradley, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful so I went there and saw Bradley in person to help and he did more than just answer my questions, he provided EXCELLENT customer service. I won’t be going anywhere else because of Bradley. Cloud Nine is my new spot I won’t be going anywhere else !

Love stopping by cloud9. It’s close to the house and convenient, but they also have the greatest people working that have awesome recommendations on vape juice and a good selection of glass. Killer store.

Their Customer service is great, they help me with my questions and I think they might have the best price for Kratom at least on NW Reno.Keep the good job guys.

The staff is amazing and helpful but I cant say I prefer going there over places like 7-11 since Cloud9 charges for you to use your card.

Last time Ill go there. Woman at the counter proceeds to help everyone else that came in long after me, knowing I was there first and waiting.Edit: then she lied to the owner so they can try feeding me this Bs in the reply. If you the owner reads the posts, read it again. She knew I was waiting, she even said she would be right with me before she took off for 10 minutes.
