The cashier was great and really helped me by being understanding and allowing me to look for my card on the side of the line by suspending the transaction and allowing me to step aside. Either she is well trained or could tell my anxiety was in full fletch at that particular moment. I have never really stopped and shopped at this location but they have some good prices,if you are buying in bulk. The selection was also pretty good. They did have some great cleaning products for reasonable prices and I will be having to return to purchase some of these.

Me an my family love this store an the cashier Shannon was beyond amazing even when it was a rush. Got all my children snacks for school an work lunches. An great deals. Will be back in two weeks again lol. Keep up the amazing work guys

Lots of great produce, decent bakery selections, and a no butcher meat department that is ok. lots of ethnic food selections to choose from. The only real downfall is sometimes the wait for checkout. It isnt too bad, and I know theyre doing the beat they can.

They just had 9 employees sitting here joking around drinking coffee and now they are gone. All employees are walking around with random drinks in their hands, doing nothing.

I have never been here til now. I found everything I needed (and then some!!) Their prices are really good on most everything. They carry the First Street brand which is my favorite. Store is clean and employees helpful (with good attitudes). I will be back

Made us wait to use the bathroom because of a team meeting. Being a manager of 22 years, this had me confused. Almost made my little girl pee her pants for inspirational 9am meetings that sounded like redundancy.

I really enjoyed shopping here but the cashier register women who disrespected me and treated me aweful when my debit card would not work and she just kept making groaning sounds and sucking her teath, rolling her eyes, yea aweful, but the good thing my card eventually worked and I was able to leave with my products

For me, it is my membership store without the membership. Things I need in a larger capacity, I can find. I am as happy shopping here as I am elsewhere. I do share the suggestion to others as a grocery store to visit.

These people are complete scams and incredibly rude. The worst place you can go shopping. There online service is even worst-shoppers are horrible asking million times stupid questions i.e. what do you mean you want cucumber .... they are cancelling the orders without bothering to inform you because the shoppers dont know how to scan a product and at the end of the day you lost 4-8h and you are receiving email telling you that order is cancelled. In case you are lucky to get it, you will see that half of the things are missing. Will never buy something from there again

Buying in bulk is great especially for small budgets. Every time we go in the employees are polite and helpful. For us its a place that makes us want to return and recommend our family and friends.

The only reason Smart & Final rates a 4 star and not a 5 is that there several Covid related shortagesDistribution channels are definitely being challenged!Frozen food items, some case sizes of drinks and of cleaning products have vacant shelf space. I did not check on TP, yet paper towels were abundant!I have shopped for over 8 years at this store and all items were always available!As the world stabilizes so will Smart & FinalParking is still easy and the staff and checkers are great. I scanned my device. The cashier was still not aware that when its done on the phone that the credit button needs to be put on their account. The purpose of this is not to show my card number or my pin number. Therefore protect my account from fraud. ⚡ Google pay works that way. Scanning my receipt is put on my phone and Ive not had problems 😎

I shopped here for my families restaurant, because it saved me time. They have cameras pointing out at the parking lot that do not work. Car vandalism takes place in the area. I will no longer purchase here because Smart and Final does not care to record its parking lots. All those savings can be sunk with car damages. I warn all other businesses that smart n final is not the place to go. Go to other places that actually have functional outdoor surveillance cameras.

This is a great place to find Costco sized packs of food with similar to Costco prices without the membership. They have all the other groceries you would need as well, and their meats are really fresh! They also carry more Hispanic fresh and packaged foods that you dont find at a lot of other stores. Great prices, but sometimes lines can be long.

I walked in this afternoon, the checker closest to the door yelled at me If you want to shop here, you have to wear a mask.Ummmm, ok. I asked her why they are just doing this now?She mumbled something. I put my mask on and proceeded.Perturbed at the whole situation I stood in line and watched them isolate an old homeless man whom didnt have a mask until he put a mask on. and not one person would help him. This is unreal and uncalled for.So common decency goes out the window because people are to scared to think for them selves ? I will never go in this place again

Went in and shopped without realizing they required facemasks. Wasnt offered one until checkout. Might be a better idea to offer the masks at the entrance.

We went to Smart and Final today, because my wifes friend told her about it. We went nuts. The prices are fantastic. Every kind of spice, tray, cook wear, restaurant supply. Quality produce and meats. It is well worth a drive to Reno. They have flour of all kinds. Even gluten free flour. If you cook, bake, its the place to go. Doing a happy Dance.

I have a heart condition and asthma, this store demanded that I wear a mask inspite of the exemptions the Governor Sisolak added.Also I would like to add that this is discrimination on a type of handicap. The employees also touch their masks without wearing gloves and then proceed to touch food. I am not sure if any of the employees were tested. Deeply concerning.

Prices are way too high. $1.28 a pound for Roma Tomatoes when Walmart has them for alot less.

It had everything needed. Truly one stop shopping. From the usual to the unusual. Quite busy all the time. Takes a bit to check out due to popularity. Laid out quite efficiently but could use more room at registers.

Its been a while since I shopped at Smart and Final. I was truly impressed with there selection of produce and groceries. They had TriTip for $1:99 lbs. There staff were really friendly and helpful. Ill be back .....Great job.

They have a good selection of produce, but overall lack a selection of items. I went in to buy a case of water bottles but they dont even offer that. They need more cashiers, every time I visit the store there is usually 1-2 check out lanes open with very long lines.

My favorite out of my regular town store. Small enough to be easy to shop. Bought ten pounds of russet potatoes of great quality for 2.99. Great kitchen/housewares department. Good service, easy access.

Good selection of general products and supplies for commercial kitchens and restaurants. Very fair prices. A good mix of regular and bulk-sized products. One suggestion for improvement: please start carrying organic products.

Always loved Smart&final since I was a kid.

If you come to this store location in the morning, expect only one line open. No they wont open another one, even though the line of customers extends back into the depths of an aisle. It can take 15 minutes just to buy a simple bottled drink. If youre in a time sensitive situation, avoid the hassle and go to a convenience store or gas station.

This an exceptional store. Very clean. high quality produce. Very friendly clerks. Prices are excellent. It was our first trip and we will be back for sure. We will probably head here before we head to Costco and Winco from now on.

I now remember why I dont shop there. Only two lines open, no less than 16 people in line and no thought to open another. Checker took forever checking out a commercial client with only FIVE items...OMG. Never again. Ill fight Costco crowds.

This store used to be so good. Now that they remodeled it has gone down.Horrible customer service. The manger loves to just yell in front of customers. You can ask where something is and the employees say I dont know. Happened to me to many times.I use to love that store now I only go there if I truely have too.

Only place that carries the no sugar added, dark chocolate almonds I use. Low points on WW by the way. Store is clean staff friendly only complaint is service always real slow. After a few visits Ive learned not to be in a hurry to be some place else. No matter what day or time, Ive tried them all, you have a longer wait in line than any other store including Walmart on their busiest day.

One star is generous. Narrow and cluttered aisles, several items out of stock, no employees to be found if you need help finding something, and incredibly slow lines. About all it has going for it is that it is cheap.
