Always outstanding customer service. I needed to fill out an order form but they were out. The lady helping me was about to go to lunch but instead spent 20mins locating a Manager to print more forms for me before she went to lunch. Most people would have passed this request off to someone else but she owned it!

The guys in the tire shop went the extra mile for me. I had a blowout after 6pm and all the tire stores where closed. I needed to drive a long way home that night and truly needed new tires. They were booked for the evening but somehow still got me in and got me new tires! I had a safe drive home that night and am so thankful!!! They were amazing!

Great store. There were a lot of people but the lines were not long. The store is clean and the shelves were well stocked. We are from Las Vegas NV so it is always fun to see what other stores have.

Got gas here. Thought it would be a long wait but it went very fast. Nice attendance people. Conveniently located by the airport and rental car locations.

It is a bit yuppy but fun nonetheless. We buy bulk paper products, juice, and soda. And every once in a while we find a hidden gem we cannot live without! 😉 Well worth the time to explore!

Great place. I have never had a bad experience in a Costco before. This one included. We stopped here for our 4th of July needs and they had everything we needed to get. Bought a brisket on sale and it was absolutely delicious.

Always busy. You must make a day plan to shop...... I think thats why they sell food by the register.

Biggest Costco Ive been in. Have a great selection of everything you would expect. Was treated to beind able to buy Aqua fina waters. Great price too!

Always consistent quality and helpfulness. Been member since days of pre-Costco Price Club. Anything i ever purchased and returned for ANY reason whatsoever was promptly efficiently reimbursed and /or back ordered if out of stock. No petty arguments. Keep track of your receipts.

It’s Costco. I assume all people know what Costco is like. I will say the pharmacy staff is especially nice and efficient.

Typical Costco, good quality and prices. The employees were very helpful especially the two that carried out and loaded the queen mattress.

We go to this Costco often. The only disappointment today was they had very limited chicken products. Cashiers were working quickly.

We stopped at this Costco as we were passing through Reno. It was clean and safe, and had a nice selection of stuff. We were surprised that the gas station was across the street, but easy to find when coming from the interstate

I am a new resident in the area. Stopped in Costco to pickup just a few things, but mainly to tour and look see for future shopping. I was very impressed with this Costcos stock up and variety of items. Facility was clean, team members were very helpful and down to earth personalities.

The service is always pretty consistent. Just know its almost always busy on weekends so yea... its lame that they got rid of menu items at the food court, hopefully they will bring them back or replace them with something as good.

Always a very neat and tidy Costco to go to. Lots of people trying to beat the heat this morning. Even at 10am long lines. No mens swimming trunks today :( . Long traffic jam for them to mark your receipt before you exit. They managed to get people over to assist, but it was pretty backed up by that point.

Morning (9-11) is the best time to shop. No crowds.

Great Costco Store. Stocking is well kept. Friendly staff and enough so easy to find and get your questions answered. Several weeks ago, I was trying to load the Christmas tree into my SUV and one of the guys who was retrieving the carts in the part lot came over to me and asked if he could help. So Friendly. Easy place to do business with.....

We were just at the Reno store on the 21st and they have put in a new type of check out line where when you check out they have you back to back with the other line so that there is hardly any room to even move as you check out with the other customer actually banging into you. A really ignorant move on their part with covid going on but stupid even in regular times. Whoever is manager of this store should absolutely be fired on the spot. Will not be going back to this store, ans certainly not without a mask as they are forcing you into direct and close contact with other customers way worse than it was before covid. Just no comprehension here.

Good if you need to buy in bulk.. long lines and heavy items tho... But a great place to shop

Great store. Been going here (Harverd Way, Reno) for 5 years. Great staff, a family all its own, a fun store. Looks like we even made it through the pandemic. I am thankful for going to Costcos that followed the science and CDC recommendations. Lets take a look at our plastic usage and carbon footprint. Buying more drinks packaged in aluminum which can be 100% recycled as opposed to plastic. Especially plastic for bottled water vs home filtered, for example, Brita. Then there is the issue of laundry detergent. (Large plastic containers and high phosphates regarding water waste management) I know we can do more together with consumers and businesses working together.

Costco is a great store to get bulk groceries! although you need a membership to get in, you are rewarded with quality groceries, free samples, great sales, and an amazing tood court! i woukd defintely recommend coming here to go grocery shopping! 5/5 stars.

Employees of this Costco act as if there’s no global pandemic. Truly felt uncomfortable when I came to this Costco to shop. No social distancing and no proper mask enforcement; I was surprised that the employees didn’t care about social distancing or wearing mask.

My hunsband and I went to this location to get a membership card we find out if you need to go to customers service desk you cant enter from the exit gate you have to go through the entry gate which they are right next to each other or the super rude employee will yelled at you and chase you down.And the employee at the checkout she dropped the onion and she didnt even told us that she dropped it we finds out when were loading to the car and our car smells like onion and theres onion juice all over my car!!! Thx a lot costco rude employee I will never come back to this location ever again!!!

Different layout than most but the usual inventory and we were in and out quickly. Gas station is across the street and prices about 10 cents less than local competition. At least 50 cents cheaper than California.

I dont need to be chastised like a child if Im early to shop, some of us work graveyard and need to get to sleep. Seniors have all day and can wear all the masks they want. And you need to get parmesan wraps back, and spicy pistachios, and model dairy creamer sucks, I want dairyland back.

Havent been here in decades... but couldnt pass up an associate membership so back in the saddle. If for some reason youve never been to or heard of COSTCO just know that like anywhere else just shop wisely however, exceptional choice, value and quality reign supreme here.

Usually super crowded and parking is miserable, but a great place to shop for deals. Lines also move pretty fast normally.

This Costco is extremely crowded compared to the one in Spanish Springs. I also personally prefer how they have their alcohols arranged in Spanish Springs over how it is in Reno. The customers service is also not the same. Costco is Costco so it still has a lot of the perks that make it good but some are definitely better then others.

Costco what can I say. We always come for a few items and leave with more stuff then my wifes jeep can hold. So I end up sitting with a cart until my daughter can bring my pickup. And the hot dogs in the food court make the wait great.

Costco was great and had a large selection of fresh veggies and fruit. Freezer cases well stocked and good stock of paper products and cleaning supplies. Good supply of meat and seafood as well. Many gift selections. Store was way too crowded but all were masked.

Easy to find items, delicious desserts and low prices for clothes and food. Definitely need to pay attention to prices though, know where youre winning and where you are losing. And great customer service. Overall great bulk grocery store(:

Ive been coming since Covid started and I have a medical exemption from my doctor to not wear a mask, not a shield, and its not related to breathing, I had a trauma experience as a teen, far as Im going, that I really cant do masks, shields, so it was nice that Costco was allowing the exemption. I wouldnt go out if I was ill. Im very careful. And yes, been tested, I drive an hour and a half to get my groceries, stock up. Come in today and state to Vicki, the lady that has always been short with me, always been terrible with customer service and Ive reported her before, state I have the medical excuse, she smiles so big, and points to the sign that they are no longer taking medical exemptions. This is against the law, ADA act. I was about to leave, but I really needed to use the restroom before we headed home, so I took the mask but didnt use it. The rest of the store was fine. Until I was walking out. As I was passing the vision center, a lady told me to put a mask on. I said Im just leaving. She said you have to while youre in here, I said no, Im leaving. She went to a manager, and loudly stated what occurred, and I was escorted out. Im mortified. Im a very shy, polite, calm person. I give my time to Childrens organizations, and donate to childrens charities. The way people have changed and who are safe in having income but wearing the masks, have become terrible in customer service. Its sad, Ive talked to many, MANY, people that have noticed it. There are still great people out there, I know there is an older gentleman that works the doors at Costco and hes always been super nice to me. Hes the exception... we canceled our membership, after 18 years once. I know they dont care, but guess it will have to happen again.

Great that the gas station has THREE pumps per island. Moves the line along quickly.

Very clean and organized store I also felt very safe as everyone was wearing a mask. Its always fun coming here.

Rude cashier. Said I would have to wait until next visit to use my rewards for $74. Then said if I wanted to use it I would have to go to end of the line and checkout again.

Some good deals but to be honest, Ive actually found better alcohol prices at Total Wine. The meat is double the grocery store price with a quality that is neglibly better. Lose a star for the sheer volume of old, slow people who shop here as well as dozens of Karens, clogging the aisles and registers, which always have long lines. This can never be a quick trip, any time of day.

I dont get any things because the self services didnt take my payment the stores have very bad services they didnt care about the customers

Costco has certainly improved with the recent expansion, and the addition of self-checkout. How many times have you gone to Costco and had just two items, and the lines have been eight miles long?? Check out nowadays is very speedy and desk Costco has really improved over the past 6 months to the credit of their staff.

Costco is the everything store, super sized. A bit of a revolving stock, sometimes they stop carrying brands and items. I just bought a new laptop here, smoking deals on computers and most electronics. The cheese selection always impresses me. Stellar deals on fresh seafood, beef, poultry. Humongous frozen foods section with everything. Try and stop by during a non pandemic year, the sample days are delicious and a great way to try new products.

Needed some maintenance on my hearing aids. They have always honored the agreement, still no charge for some replacement.

Always good finds. Some interesting pricing though. Found honey citron and ginger tea. Loved it . Bought 1 kg size for 6.59 and then... 2 kg size for 8.79

This is the definitely the most nightmarish customer service we have ever experienced. Jamie “helped” us order an iPhone. When the item arrived, he opened the box without telling us and unapologetically approached us with our phone in his hand. Seriously dude? You unboxed our iPhone and started playing with it already? Congratulations! To add insult to injury he promised to reorder the phone and never followed up. Never ever go near the electronics department in this store if you value your time.Update: It has been more than a week since we returned the phone but the Verizon payment plan that Jamie set up is still active. This is unbelievable: Verizon will be charging us all the fees for the phone we already returned!

Everything we needed was stocked and the service was quick considering it was very busy

Best Costco. Very clean, store Mgrs. Are very helpful. Their stock is great and their new refrigerated section for dairy products is really nice.

They keep changing The Times For opening the store in the morning they do not have shut up time.

Best part was I wanted this rolling island, a costo cleaning man helped me get ot into my cart, after I paid and I thought that I could maneuver it into my vehicle...well, a young man gathering carts helped me. It’s a nice wholesale store, with good products quality. Everything comes in bulk so maybe not the best option if you have a small family.

The Associates are always great, kind and helpful. We find everything we need, and then some, whenever we shop here. Great layout and super clean!

Costco is the devil! I went it to look for a few things and found a lot of things. Ended up spending 1800 in all today and still need to go back for some other stuff for the house.Love it, lol

Costco employee helpful in getting item restocked when asked. Needed forklift to get item down and only took 5 minutes.

It would be five stars if there was not lines to leave the place because they HAVE to check your receipt before you go. Went to Costco to return an Interstate battery that was just over a year old. Ive been a member at costso for more than 10 years and never had an issue returning anything. However Costco would not exchange the battery. Disapointing, I will never buy Interstate batteries from costco again.

Not Costcos fault, but we cant get in earlier in the day and so they never seem to have TP and paper towels when we need them! Would be nice if theyd hold some back to put out throughout the day for us later shoppers. Im always grateful for the gracious staff.

Has everything that I would ever need in the entire world and the pizza there is one of the beat I’ve had but it can’t complete with little ceascars (idk how to spell little ceasars). Anyway would 10/10 recommend going there at least once a week.

Very clean and well lit, amazing crew!

They have a much better selection in their store compared to the one in Sparks. The only issue I have is the parking. There arent enough parking spaces and the parking spaces are small so travel smaller ;).

Good place to buy groceries and clothes.
